Today, 22 nov 2018
I was submitted my form 9 am and they call me for 5pm at evening time...
Those time I was going to loose to my energy also there was not any sitting facilities and water for drinking to boost up the body
I was totally frustrated
I hate indian government
And their rude behavior officers or authority those are totally uneducated having strong language...

    I am proud to be an indian... Am i?
    What a joke.. Huh!! I wanna share my one of the worst experiences happened in punjab.
    Yes i know government is corrupted. Either you should have contacts or money to get your work done from government offices.
    I went to suwidha kendra on friday, october 26th 2018 near lamba pind chowk, jalandhar. Just wanted to submit the later entry birth certificate. First of all there no one deal to customer. Kept on waiting for 2 hours and then told by a their senior that the form has marked token number by suwidha center jalandhar, on dated 25 oct 2018. I told them that yesterday my mother was not come with me, thatsway suwidha center customer care people told me, to get the mother you for appling certificate. But ther lamba pind suwidha kendra service adviser told me we can not process your application here, go to main suwidha center and submit your application there. I told them to i am standing here from morning 8:15 am and now you are saying this, please mark your token number and take my application, but they refuse to accept and behave ruadly. And mis behave with us. I m a tax payer citizen of india. And want want the good service because from our taxes that suwidha kendra service advicer get sallary. So please take a strict action against them because they don not want to do their job properly and people suffer for their mistakes.

      Waiting for 3hour to paid electricity bill, please we need more suvidha centre workers, why i should wait, i pay tax and i am india citizens, it is my right to have best service. I complaint about your slow service. I need no excuse, but need solution of this problem. I not want hear indian are slow and lazy people, but hear indian hardworking and fast worker. World say india # because there lazy people, if we make india great we all have to change
      No take this complaint seriously just ingore it
      Just want to talk with india brother or sister

        What a joke.. Huh!! I am thankful that i don’t live here anymore. Wanna share my one of the worst experiences happened in punjab.
        Yes i know government is corrupted. Either you should have contacts or money to get your work done from government offices.
        Went to suvidha centre on friday, april 6th 2018, one located in district courts, ludhiana. Just wanted to get my phone number registered. First of all there is no reception or help desk to guide people. Kept on waiting for 3 hours and then told by a security gaurd to come on monday, april 9th 2018. Went today at 7:00am, so that i can get the coupon or token to get served asap as have limited days to get all my work done.
        At 9:00am they asked to fill in the form and gave the token number at another counter.
        I was told to go to counter no. 7 to get the phone number changed. 9:50 no employee came to serve the public. I went to the senior’s cabin who was a female. Shockingly, all employees were sitting around her for a chit chat and laughter. When i asked the senior official about the delay.. Her reply was” chooha mara hua hai vaha, isliye hum itni smell mai kaam nahi kar sakte” (A mouse is dead there, so we cant work’.
        It does not end here, after 15 mintes a lady came there and said systems are mot working. She was very rude to the public.
        Again i went to this senior lady and her reply was’ you have to wait we do not know when our computers will work. They may or may not work till evening and gave me someone number asking me call him when i asked her where can i escalate the matter. ([protected]) was saved as sahil sir dm in her phone. I can’ t belive a govt. Employee can be that rude that asked me to go out from the room very rudely.
        So... Finally i had to come back home without doing nothing and after this harrassment.
        The system should change in india, where human life should be valued and thanks.
        Hamara certificate site par kab se upload ho gaya hai but Suvidha Centre wale ek hi baat bol rahe hain Hamare Paas sticker nahi hi kal aaya tha khatam ho gaya sticker nahi hai ek baat ki raat Lagaye ja rahe hain

          Suvidha centre is of no use as they are free they did not guide accurate only for address change of my wife after marriage. Its about more than 4 monthssometimes they say us that our software is not working. Sometimes say bring this document or that document. Every person have his own view or may training required rediculous in attending the customer
          We apply death certificate on date 29 may 2018 but staff will not provided noc/ death certificate on till date .we r facing problem from 2 month so plz take any action regarding this

            SIR I HAD TO UPDATE ADHHAR CARD(UID NO.[protected] FROM SUWIDHA CENTRE MANSA.SO I FILL FORM FOR UPDATION AND THEY CHARGES ME 20 RS.AFTER 15 DAYS I AGAIN GO THEY SAID THERE IS SOME MISTAKE LAST TIME SO WE HAVE TO AGAIN UPDAT SO AGAIN THE CHARGE ME 20 RS. AFTER 15 DAYS I GOT MY ADHHAR CARD OF VERY POOR PRINTING EVEN MY PHOTOGRAPH IS UNRECOGNISEABLE.FOR IT THEY ALSO CHARGE 20 RS EXTRA. WHEN I ASK THEM ABOUT POOR PRINTING THEY SAID PRINTER HI AISA HAI SO I REQUEST YOU TO DO SOMETHING
            In this center they said that camera of adhar card is not working since one Month, every time they said this word, they are not making my child adhar card
            They do not working properly, abuse submitting forms, long talk on mobile during working hours and listen songs etc by headphone.

              I want to make new Family Ration card on the name of my mother, & I have deposit rs 20/- fees at my District office (Suvidha centre, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001), but they demanding below additional documents for accepting my request, kindly help to confirm, what is actual & fast way to make new Ration card in case my family have never made any Ration card in past
              Documents required by authorities are mentioned below
              A 2 Request forms (Form D-1) & 1 photo for making new Ration card by Requester ATTESTED BY Counselor (Acceptable & filled up)
              B Self declaration (Acceptable & submitted with fees) (scan attached)
              C Father’s Ration card attested photo copy (Not possible because my family had never made any Ration card in past)
              D Neighbor ration card photocopy (Acceptable)
              E Surrender certificate & NOC (Surrender certificate & NOC of which document)

              I think the requester is not conveyed in detail about proper procedure to obtain new ration card. In my opinion deletion certificate or surrender certificate means the certificate issued by the Food & Supply Department on account of surrender of applicant's previous ration card and deletion certificate means the certificate issued by the same office on account of deletion of applicant's/requester's name from the ration card of his parents. Neighbour's ration card copy is required to help the office to locate the area of residence of the applicant because on every ration card a particular code number of the area i.e. Block number is mentioned.
              i am not satisfied ur comments becoz, if any political leader/minister recommended then where is the law ? and where is the procedure ? law is equal to all.
              I update my aadhar card from suvidha centre in district mansa.I update address and photo but only address will be updated.Not suvidha centre staff fine me 25.Rs again. This is not my fault.
              Every time service is too poor in suvidha centre. this is totally a [censored] department. govt. close private centre to make adhar card, emprovement of suvidha centre zero. that way consumer suffer to much problems. kindly resolve this on priority.

              4 years ago I have an account in suvidhaa.
              But now I forgot my account user name and password.Only knows my agency code 1051. Could you please re open it.Or can you suggest any solutions please. Can I get my old account back???
