We ordered two lehnga from tailorvala.com. On 3rd september 2019 we received the package through shadowfax courier service. The item that we received is totally different what we ordered.
Company is making fool to the people.
They don't have any proper address, number or contact details on the site as well.
I already fill return and refund form on 03.09.2019 but still no response received from their end. Also while submitting...

I had ordered a kurti from tailorvala but recieved a defected duppatta which is in cheap and bad quality. So i want to return it and get my money rs. 550 back. I recieved it through bluedart courier services. Tailorvala is situated at 17, nilkanth, surat, their helpline is support @ tailorvala.com. I hoped that i would recieve the good quality product from this company but all in vain.

I ordered kurti from tailorvala.com and recieved a defective dupatta of bad and cheap quality which is tone from many parts. I gave 550 rs. For this and due to the wrong delivery i want my money back. I recieved my order through bluedart - apex courier service. I m trying to contact them but there no. Is also switched off.. Kindly help me to get my money back...

I ordered a lehanga in tailorvala nd i recieved a worst quality saree... When i ask for refund they r not responding... It had been 6 days but they didn't respond upto now they think that customers who order in online r fools so they are doing this kind of things... Such an worst website... I never saw this type of worst site... Here they will show good product with good cost but when v recieve it they totally different......
