This is in regards to the 40 inch TCL tv. I bought from TCL showroom. There was a 3 years of warranty of my tv but it was damage In 1 year. There was a lot of green lines on screen and the picture was buffering a lot and not a clear view.
Clearly, I am extremely disappointed by this purchase your brand And expect you to either replace my tv or send the repairman at the earliest. If you can't do it pls let me know so I am can take strict action to you

TV 55" Screen Blinking
1] I have purchased TCL TV model no: TCL LED 140 cm-55C2US (3 yrs warranty) from CROMA
Invoice No: SLA[protected] Time Stamp: [protected]:42:19
Of late - I find slight flickering of images on TV - which in due course may lead to failure of screen.
It may be better if your Hyderabad service technician visits and ascertain whether it can be arrested & reversed.
Of course there is 3 year warranty from your side and hence there may not be any urgency. Trust you will take necessary action.

HI team TCL the most ### service provider I had purchased TCL 50 inch led from Amazon & delivered on 28th July but no one turned for installation.
Trying to contact your local service centre -[protected] but not bother to take care of my previous complain -cancelled it & again regenerate new id :IN[protected].

TV Backlight issue - 75 inch TV
I bought a 75'' TV(Model:TCL UHD LED 75P715) from Vijay Sales in Malad Link road, Mumbai for Rs. 105000 on 14th Nov 2020. The TV had a warranty of 3 yrs. On 18th July, 2021 which is 8 months from purchase, the TV had no visibility issue. After multipe calls to the service centre, a technician was sent after 7 days. Later the service centre after repeated call backs informed us that the whole TV has gone for replacment and its not in stock. Its been 1 month after that. Every week i am given false assurances that it will take 7 days more. Its still not resolved. Request you to give us a complete refund and some relief amount due to the harassment for over a month.

I had placed a complaint with TCL customer support on July 17 regarding no picture only audio. The service person visited on July 19, said a spare needs to be replaced and will be done in a week, after which there was no update. When contacted, they said spare not available and a replacement TV will be given in a week to 10 days. It is a month now, still they are saying it will take time, 30-45 working days and so on.

I have purchased TCL brand FHD LED TV from Reliance digital ltd, Chennai.
I have already complained about my TCL brand Product television 43S6500FS Model before 5 months ago within warranty period. But still all complaints in process or complaints have been closed.
I have a problem with some grid lines in my TCL brand Tv. I already informed TCL customer care. But No response from your side. Now my warranty period is also closed. What to do now?

Tcl not working
We have already registered the complaint of our 2 led TV's(40 and 32 inch).we haven't received any positive from the service centre.Firstly they told that the board is complaint and new board will be replaced but it's not done till now.the customer service is very very poor.

My TV has been defective in the warranty period, and I send a complaint to the company, and technician has visited on 1/7/2021, but technician has not repairing the TV, and the technician said that the defective part has been ordered, the part will be replaced within 1 week, but company has not replace his defective part and he send a complaint to the company many time but company not given any response.

I bought tcl 43" 4k uhd tv on Wednesday i.e 21st July 2021. still I haven't got it installed.no one replies neither tcl service center nor the shop from where I bought nor the tcl customer care.

I have purchased 43" LED from TCL Shoppe, Mira-Mumbai. I got some problem in the screen for which Tx visited and informed panel need to be changed. Unfortunately I don't have hardcopy of Invoice. Service team is not helping further to solve it.
LED was purchased form TCL shoppe on 29-9-19 & Installed by authorised person of TCL now your Service + Call centre both are denying to help me with Installation record and also speaking very arrogantly never expected this kind of response form TCL.
TCL Service team has denied providing service despite of product being in warranty. It is very unfortunate I don't have hardcopy of Invoice. Even TCL local team doesn't have authority to check my Installation record. Really sad.
Pls help to get my panel replaced

Tcl the worst brand
Firstly i would like to start with highly not recommending people to buy any Tcl products.
As to clarify the above there products are very average and are no value for money as to my experience we bought a 43 inch tv which had problems from day 1 however we got the tv replaced within 7 days after several follow ups again we had issues with the tv within 6 months o[censored]sage the tcl team came and we have been waiting for the past 45 days for them to replace some parts as according to them its not available.
We have been continuously following with the dealer that is Snehanjali electronics( Virar west) they are all together on a very different level of customer service that is a big zero as they do not seem responsible or respectful towards the customers affer several follow ups ans visits all we hear is that they are following up and they are waiting for the parts to arrive finally after chatting with a Tcl agent i was informed of the tv that it will be replaced.
So to all the people reading this review, i hope they find it helpful and do not buy Tcl products as well they avoid buying products from Snehanjali electronics, please save your time and money by buying products from reputable companies and stores.

I purchased Tcl tv on 11th Dec 2020 and my tv start troubling on 24th May I raised a complain in tcl customer care and they replace my tv screen but problem not solved and I did a lot of calls and updates they visited on 17th June after that I again raised the complain on 18th June 2021 and the part was ordered by Raja electronics who is their service partner in Deoria Up. Now its going to approx 2 month my Tv is not repaired till now and we are facing mental troubles by taking a lot of calls to their customer care and they always told the resolution will done in this week but I did not find any resolution. I have logged a complaint of my 7 months old TV(which have 18 months warranty), since one month had already passed customer service associates are saying complaint in closed in their system and the technician visited saying he did not received the required item to solve the problem, horrible after sales service.....

I have raised a complaint of flickering in my tv screen in march 2021. Then head of my region said that they will replace the panel. After 2 months, 2 guys came to my house with another tv of different older model. That item has a lots of holes in screen i told them that i cant accept this tv as a replacement. Now its been 4 months i am not getting any response from tcl service center side.

I had purchased TCL android tv 43" with 3 years warrenty, but from last week on words i am facing problem, The TV 43" not power on, and Power light not displayed, got black screen.

TCL TV 65 Display malfunction
There is something wrong with my TCL TV. Model number - 65P8E with 3 years warranty.
Purchased on[protected] from Proton Ventures Rajajinagar, Bangaluru 560010.
After purchasing the TV, the TV started Glitching and the screen kept going completely blank after 2 months and we registered a complaint. A person was sent to resolve the issue and luckily, it was working again. After 6 months the TV again started showing lines and a small blank space. Upon which I again registered a complaint and a person was sent to inspect.
The manager informed me that the TV panel / screen is broken on the Inside and had to be replace. And it will not come under warranty and that I have to pay 80% of my TV cost to get it repaired.
My complaint is that when the default is on your side, the TV that was sold to us had issues from the beginning and there is not even a single scratch on our TV and I possess all the digital evidence of the malfunctioning from the beginning and even though I have a warranty, why should I pay such a huge amount?

Display issue - TCL TV 55" 55P8S
Hi team,
I bought a TCL 55 inch TV - model no. 55P8S in Oct'2020. The TV is having issues where the display becomes blank and the audio is on. This happens almost every day.
I have called the TCL customer service has been canceling my complaint time and again. I raised my first complaint on 13th April 2021. A technician visited once and said that we need to change the motherboard and there is no update further. I have been calling the TCL customer service time and again and they close the complaint after few days stating that the complaint is closed since they could not connect with us.
Can you please help us with either a refund or a repair since the customer service is a pain?
Will really appreciate your help.

TCL TV Screen issue
Hi TCL Team,
Good Afternoon!
TCL TV - TCL 138.78 cm (55 inches) AI 4K UHD Certified Android Smart LED TV 55P8 (Black) (2019 Model).
This is Dinesh Kumar from Chennai (Tamilnadu) on of the TCL customer, First off all I am totally unsatisfied & deeply regret on purchasing your product(TCL TV) and on top of that I am totally annoyed by way you treat your consumer(Myself) via customer call support & on top the Chennai Tambram Dealer Harshini Electronics(Balaji & Bakiyaraj Technician).
Here is the Issue Details: My TCL TV which was purchased on 23rd Dec 2019 started to trouble us since Feb 2021 – Right side of the TV screen keeps on flickering every 5 to 10 seconds and this does not get stopped.
Ticket Details:
IN[protected] – Opened on 13th Feb 2021- Unstable video Flickering. – Closed
IN[protected] – Opened on 9th March 2021 – Panel Issue – Not raised by me it was raised by HE(Harshini electronics) Balaji – Replacement approved on 15th March 2021

First Call & ticket to TCK Customer support:
I called the TCL customer support([protected]) team on 13th Feb 2021 and registered a complaint – As per the support caller the TCL technician will visit our house within 24 to 24 hours.
From 13th to 18th I never received any call from the Technician(Harshini electronics) the concern Technician(Bakiyaraj) came on 19th Feb 2021 – He viewed the problem and informed me that the TV is still in warranty and I will get the new one(not the refurbished one) and there is not need to do any service(Because of warranty time). He said that we will get the replacement by 15 to 20 days and he provided one mobile number to call him to get any update.
After one week I tried to reach out the Technician Bakiyaraj to the number he provide me by it keeps on hitting to mobile switched off – I kept on trying for 5 to 10 days and later called the customer support some were around 1st week of March to get updated on the TV replacement, The Support caller informed me that the part has been already delivered to Harshini Electronics and they have to deliver the product to our home. Support person provided the contact details of Harshini and the Contact person Name is Balaji.
Next day I contacted HE(Harshini Elecrtonics)- Balaji([protected]) one of the worst person I spoke till date – He doesn’t know the courtesy to answer the consumer query and he hang ups the call when I am speaking – He did not even care to provide an update on the situation of the TV and when I will get the part.
Later somewhere around 5th or 6th March the Technician Bakiyaraj call me around 8.30 PM & informed me that he will come & provide the TV replacement - & till this time no one informed me that I will be receiving the refurbished on.
Technician came I as always I started shouting at them and they did have their own explanations for the out of order number and not providing the update on the TV – At last he took the TV from the box and opened the box in front o[censored]s – While unpacking the TV we raised a query to Bakiyaraj whether is this the New TV or refurbished one – The person informed me that this is refurbished TV which really hit my patience and I rejected the TV immediately as no know informed me that I will be receiving the refurbished TV, I Immediately on same day & at same time called the customer support and informed them that I will not accept this refurbished TV and I informed them that I need only new TV.
Then Bakiyaraj & his fellow person took the TV along with them saying that we will reach the company and try to provide the new part or new TV.
Then the Harshini Electronic guy Balaji informed me that he had raised the Ticket for the new TV replacement on 9th March 2021 after this I never contacted Harshini Electronics.
After this from March 9th till 16th April I have contacted TCL customer support(Waste & untrustworthy) more than 25 to 30 times – They provide lots of promises saying that our Manager will call me or the concern person will give the call back immediately during all the call but end of the day not even the security person from TCL customer support calls me.
One day Shankar the Zonal head called me & I informed him all the details and as part of his job he said I will look into it and try to provide the replacement ASAP – So I think in his point of view ASAP means more than 30 to 35 days.
Member I spoke & who gave false promises: Manish(Worst mannerless & worthless Support person) Surya(False promise guy), Nandhini, Rohit, Shankar(Zonal head – One time caller that’s it then he continues with this own personal work), Rajkumar(Called him on 16th April 2021 – Who informed me that he conveyed all my request to the chat and for sure I will get call from higher team – Which I already know that I will not get any call from TCK end), Dev…………..
Concerns:
I need only the New TCL TV & I won't\Can't accept the refurbished TC.
I need an additional warranty time period if I receive the new TV I will not accept the current 18 months – If I receive the new TV I need at least another 8to 12 months extended warranty.
Due to this issue I have to face lots of family & personal issues and it’s also creating depression.
I need to receive this new TV within April 26th 2021 or else I will raise a consumer case against TCL and I am ready to sue TCL for all the trouble that was provided by them to me.
NOTE: - I need only a new TV not refurbished one – if I don’t get the new TCL TV with extended warranty(Additional 6to 12 months) bu 26th April 2021 then I will for sure go to consumer court and register the consumer case on TCL.
I need immediate call back or Update to acknowledge this email by Monday April 19th 2021 or else I will register the consumer complaint against TCL on Tuesday itself – So try to ACKNOWLEDE this email without any further delay.

Here is the Issue Details: My TCL TV which was purchased on 23rd Dec 2019 started to trouble us since Feb 2021 – Right side of the TV screen keeps on flickering every 5 to 10 seconds and this does not get stopped.

First Call & ticket to TCK Customer support:
I called the TCL customer support([protected]) team on 13th Feb 2021 and registered a complaint – As per the support caller the TCL technician will visit our house within 24 to 24 hours.
From 13th to 18th I never received any call from the Technician(Harshini electronics) the concern Technician(Bakiyaraj) came on 19th Feb 2021 – He viewed the problem and informed me that the TV is still in warranty and I will get the new one(not the refurbished one) and there is not need to do any service(Because of warranty time). He said that we will get the replacement by 15 to 20 days and he provided one mobile number to call him to get any update.
After one week I tried to reach out the Technician Bakiyaraj to the number he provide me by it keeps on hitting to mobile switched off – I kept on trying for 5 to 10 days and later called the customer support some were around 1st week of March to get updated on the TV replacement, The Support caller informed me that the part has been already delivered to Harshini Electronics and they have to deliver the product to our home. Support person provided the contact details of Harshini and the Contact person Name is Balaji.
Next day I contacted HE(Harshini Elecrtonics)- Balaji([protected]) one of the worst person I spoke till date – He doesn’t know the courtesy to answer the consumer query and he hang ups the call when I am speaking – He did not even care to provide an update on the situation of the TV and when I will get the part.
Later somewhere around 5th or 6th March the Technician Bakiyaraj call me around 8.30 PM & informed me that he will come & provide the TV replacement - & till this time no one informed me that I will be receiving the refurbished on.
Technician came I as always I started shouting at them and they did have their own explanations for the out of order number and not providing the update on the TV – At last he took the TV from the box and opened the box in front o[censored]s – While unpacking the TV we raised a query to Bakiyaraj whether is this the New TV or refurbished one – The person informed me that this is refurbished TV which really hit my patience and I rejected the TV immediately as no know informed me that I will be receiving the refurbished TV, I Immediately on same day & at same time called the customer support and informed them that I will not accept this refurbished TV and I informed them that I need only new TV.
Then Bakiyaraj & his fellow person took the TV along with them saying that we will reach the company and try to provide the new part or new TV.
Then the Harshini Electronic guy Balaji informed me that he had raised the Ticket for the new TV replacement on 9th March 2021 after this I never contacted Harshini Electronics.
After this from March 9th till 16th April I have contacted TCL customer support(Waste & untrustworthy) more than 25 to 30 times – They provide lots of promises saying that our Manager will call me or the concern person will give the call back immediately during all the call but end of the day not even the security person from TCL customer support calls me.
One day Shankar the Zonal head called me & I informed him all the details and as part of his job he said I will look into it and try to provide the replacement ASAP – So I think in his point of view ASAP means more than 30 to 35 days.
Member I spoke & who gave false promises: Manish(Worst mannerless & worthless Support person) Surya(False promise guy), Nandhini, Rohit, Shankar(Zonal head – One time caller that’s it then he continues with this own personal work), Rajkumar(Called him on 16th April 2021 – Who informed me that he conveyed all my request to the chat and for sure I will get call from higher team – Which I already know that I will not get any call from TCK end), Dev…………..
Concerns:
I need only the New TCL TV & I won't\Can't accept the refurbished TC.
I need an additional warranty time period if I receive the new TV I will not accept the current 18 months – If I receive the new TV I need at least another 8to 12 months extended warranty.
Due to this issue I have to face lots of family & personal issues and it’s also creating depression.
I need to receive this new TV within April 26th 2021 or else I will raise a consumer case against TCL and I am ready to sue TCL for all the trouble that was provided by them to me.
NOTE: - I need only a new TV not refurbished one – if I don’t get the new TCL TV with extended warranty(Additional 6to 12 months) bu 26th April 2021 then I will for sure go to consumer court and register the consumer case on TCL.
I need immediate call back or Update to acknowledge this email by Monday April 19th 2021 or else I will register the consumer complaint against TCL on Tuesday itself – So try to ACKNOWLEDE this email without any further delay.
