I have booked a family ticket online for 6 members PNR [protected] on 29th May 2022 for ₹ 8747 as there were only 3 RAC confirmed and rest stays Waiting List after the chart preparation. So for a family of 6 members and 2 children, it is impossible to travel on 3 RAC confirmed tickets. After that I have Filled a TDR request for the CONFIRMED RAC ticket 4 hours before the departure of train. TDR NUMBER[protected] But now the refund status is showing only half the amount, which is ₹ 4050. So where is the refund for my waiting list ticket. If the confirmed ticket is not traveling then the amount of waiting list tickets should be auto-refunded, but they haven't. I am attaching all the screenshots for details. Please help me get my money back. As none of my family members traveled that day.

        I have recieved a message at 9.28 which was totally wrong against the timing and when i reached at station i have being informed by the enquiry officer that the train was already gone how its happen it was GYANESHWARI SUPER DELUX EXP and its timing is 10.50 so it should be mentioned the correct timing in the time schedule..

          We booked ticket with pnr [protected] dt 3/8/2019. It was booked upto chennai, but we want to visit tirupati so upto renigunta. Darshan tickets are also planned accordingly.
          Train started late by 7 hrs. Though it was late that late was in our scheduled programe limits we sat. But at karjat it was diverted via panvel due to heavy rains & landslide in ghat region. No railway authority was in position to ntell us timings as well route of train. So we left the train. Authorities told us that situation is wellknown to everybody you will get tdr refund. From karjat we went somhow toour residance at dadar at 5 am in morning.
          Now by giving technical reason that tdr was not filed within 4 hours is can not be possible.
          Pl. Look into the matter & arrange for tdr refund.

            I filed a tdr against pnr no. [protected] as the train was running way more than 3 hours late. It was filed as per the guidelines of indian railways. As i checked my complaint later i found out that my complaint was rejected as some other person travelled on my ticket and it was all due to negligence of railways staff. I want my full refund. The refund amount is ₹1165 and the cancellation id is [protected].

              I have not got the refund for the train ticket which I filed tdr 3.5hrs before journey. The reason selected was train late more than 3hrs.

              If railway says that the passengers travelled on that train even after filling TDR, then I can prove them wrong as the passengers travelled on another train on the same day to same destination.

              Please investigate on this matter and provide refund asap or else I may need to go to consumer forum for further action.

              I am attaching all details in this mail.

                    On 17.08.2015 I booked an e-ticket vide PNR No. [protected], I have booked this e-ticket through Android IRCTC Mobile app. Due to some reason I have not travelled and chart was prepared I want cancelled my ticket by filing TDR on-line well before the scheduled departure of the train. But I cant see any TDR option in the Mobile app and when I try to do with the same in my website account then I cant find the booked ticked which I was booked through the mobile app because mobile account and website account not sync up so in this condition how to file TDR. Could you help me on this.

                              Regarding Rfund of ticket of PNR-PNR Number [protected] From TDR IRCTC

                              kindly guide me
                              Dear sir, kindly guide me to whom should i make complaint to for payment of my tdr as it is pending for more than 6 mnths.
                              I received a letter from railways irctc that the case has been transfered CCM/Northern Railway on dt. 27.11.08...but still its more than 1.5 months since then even.
                              sir its a matter a great regret that a passenger has to write so many times for the refund and still has to wait.
                              please sir guide me where should i mail so that i get the refund...
                              as i have paid money to the railways for the above tickets cash and now i want the refund please.

                              kindly let me know the time taken max in the process as the time given was within 3 months of the tdr date..

                              please assure if i am sure of getting the refund.
                              sir, such delay in my rightful claim from railways is discouraging me to use the services of ralways for internet bookings.

In this case we are forwarding your case to railways for the TDR process. Railways check all the matters and decide what amount should be refunded and this all process takes 90 days or more. Once the railways refunded your amount, we will credited to your same account.

                              NOTE: Now you can file the TDR at our website by following below steps:

                              1. Login to irctc.co.in

                              2. Click on File TDR link under “My transactions” and select the PNR no.

                              3. Fill the required details and click on submit button.

                              TDR:ekt [protected] filed on 03 Jan 2012.


                              1) Transaction ID - PNR - Date of journey - Position

                              [protected] - [protected] - 31/12/11 (Tatkal) -- Only one berth allotted against 4 requested. (clearly mentioned while booking)

                              ( No body travelled in that Ticket)

                              Total amount deducted -Rs 9488/=

                              Till now my money has not been refunded.

                              Please help me to get my refund.
