No Passenger traveled but amount half refunded

I have booked a family ticket online for 6 members PNR [protected] on 29th May 2022 for ₹ 8747 as there were only 3 RAC confirmed and rest stays Waiting List after the chart preparation. So for a family of 6 members and 2 children, it is impossible to travel on 3 RAC confirmed tickets. After that I have Filled a TDR request for the CONFIRMED RAC ticket 4 hours before the departure of train. TDR NUMBER[protected] But now the refund status...

Train gone before the time

I have recieved a message at 9.28 which was totally wrong against the timing and when i reached at station i have being informed by the enquiry officer that the train was already gone how its happen it was GYANESHWARI SUPER DELUX EXP and its timing is 10.50 so it should be mentioned the correct timing in the time schedule.....

tdr rejected by very technical answer.

We booked ticket with pnr [protected] dt 3/8/2019. It was booked upto chennai, but we want to visit tirupati so upto renigunta. Darshan tickets are also planned accordingly.
Train started late by 7 hrs. Though it was late that late was in our scheduled programe limits we sat. But at karjat it was diverted via panvel due to heavy rains & landslide in ghat region. No railway authority was in position to ntell us timings as well route...

no refund against tdr

I filed a tdr against pnr no. [protected] as the train was running way more than 3 hours late. It was filed as per the guidelines of indian railways. As i checked my complaint later i found out that my complaint was rejected as some other person travelled on my ticket and it was all due to negligence of railways staff. I want my full refund. The refund amount is ₹1165 and the cancellation id is [protected]....

tdr money not refunded

I have not got the refund for the train ticket which I filed tdr 3.5hrs before journey. The reason selected was train late more than 3hrs.

If railway says that the passengers travelled on that train even after filling TDR, then I can prove them wrong as the passengers travelled on another train on the same day to same destination.

Please investigate on this matter and provide refund asap or else I may need to...

How to file TDR through Mobile application

On 17.08.2015 I booked an e-ticket vide PNR No. [protected], I have booked this e-ticket through Android IRCTC Mobile app. Due to some reason I have not travelled and chart was prepared I want cancelled my ticket by filing TDR on-line well before the scheduled departure of the train. But I cant see any TDR option in the Mobile app and when I try to do with the same in my website account then I cant find the booked ticked which I was booked...

This is Mujahid, as I have done mistake during filing TDR for one of my valid ticket for which journey could not be made, Due to confusion wrong TDR filed by me for the below tickets.

Tdr filled void pnr no: 4263673577

Dear Sir,
I have booked a ticket with PNR No: [protected], to be travelled on 14/08/2014. As there was heavy traffic jam around Secunderabad I could not board the train intime. I missed it.
I have filed TDR on the next day 15th August 2014.
Today I received the mail, quoting that Refund process not done with the reason TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit...
