Payment done but goods not received and i have a correction in my mobile number but they are not replying via mail....

Kids car ordered on 14.03.2021, and payment also done by Net banking of Rs.495/- after payment, confirmation also showed, but there is no delivery information, sent the email also, no reply also.
Please do the needful....

I have ordered a pair of shoes from the online portal of the baby cloth vide order no. #9212 on 25.02.2021 and received a confirmation email but till date I have not received the shoes.
