I ordered from the site thepoket and paid 748.00 via paytm and was told via message that i will receive my products in 7 to 14 days. But till today I havent received the products. I ordered 4 items of clothing on 12th Jan 2020 and got a message and mail that I will get my order in 7 to 14 days and now they are not contacting and the info available on their site is also not reachable or incorrect....

I ordered some products for the price of 349/- which was online payment, they gave me an order no #1588740. And showed that order will be delivered within 7-14 days.
I haven't received my order yet & not any update.
And when i try to track my order they show that the order no. Is in processing.
And all the contact details they gave are invalid as well. They don't reply to the mails i have sent them.

I placed an order with Thepoket.com and order ID is 1178692. After placing an order got confirmation that it will be delivered within 7-14 days, but its almost 18days did not receive the order. Their customer care number is incorrect and the email ID's mentioned are wrong and basically i guess this is fraud company. So wanted to register complaint and my contact number is [protected]/[protected]...

I have ordered 3 hoodies with 598 rupees from my phonepe and from facebook site name is thepoket and i have come to know it is fake i need my money refund back date 11-12-19 and there is no traking id to track it and there is no customer care number and ni order details after booking nothing ells but money is deducted plz help to refund my money...
