Booked business lounge at IGI airport

I booked a place in the international terminal lounge at Indira Ghandi International Airport for 2 hours, I used online bank transaction method to pay for the fee, ICICI bank went through with the bank transaction only to be greeted with a page stating.
"payment gateway error- This error has occurred for one of the following reasons : Merchant configuration issue. TPPGE004"

TPSL - Transaction failure

Money deducted from my account with unsuccessful transaction

I am Ashu Joshi. I lost Rs. 1411 to TechProcess Solutions Limited during payment of my electricity bill to uppclonline.com today(Aug 20, 2014). I did not receive any mail nor I received any transaction id, but 1411 rupees were deducted from my account in bank of baroda, branch Govind Ganj, Shahjahanpur(U.P.).
