I have made two booking with travolook in july month,

one booking was cancelled itself by travolook &
another was cancelled by airline.

i have emailed and called many times till today, always they reply saying we will refund the amount but i have not received the refund.Please do not book any tickets on this website. THIS IS A FRAUD WEBSITE

The booking on 13 July 2022 got cancelled due to their issues. The reference ID is REF[protected]. Even after calling, they didnt provided refund. Its been 45 days. I am calling everyday but they are not provided the refund stating that it is initiated but they are not providing the money. The money got debited but the flight was not booked. Please help in getting refund. The amount is Rs 12394.

I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Goa and on the same day Travelook cancelled my ticket and promised a refund in 7 days, I have followed up every week and they keep giving different excuses stating that the merchant bounced the refund which makes no sense. The customer service reps have no idea what is going on and just horrible customer service. Why does it take a split second to deduct the money from the customer but the refunds are not instant?? This is such a bad experience and one of the worst companies to deal with.

Kindly note that I had booked an air ticket ahmedabad dehradun return, but ticket could not be issued but cancelled and I received a message from you about refund of Rs 24213 in my account. As per mail from you had cancelled the ticket & REF[protected] REFUND amount Rs 24213 is pending. Despite repeated requests by e mail & toll free number my plea has been not considered & I am waiting for refund since then for three months. In view of such conditions, Kindly do the needful at the earliest to refund the amount in my account. I already have all personal & account details asked by you but till date the amount is not credited unfortunately amounting to cyber financial fraud so do needful immediately.

I have booked air tickets, i got mail saying booking got cancelled due to air fare change. I have connected to coustomer support they said i will get refund in 7 days. Its been 15 days still i didn't received my refund. This happen to many people here itseems.

My booked my tickets on july 1st never received refund and booking was cancelled from airline and refund was not provided still now customer service was rude

I booked tickets on july 1st from travelook and site cancelled my tickets on same day And are asking me to wait for 10 days for refund which i never received and customer service is being very rude they are playing with customer money and time and no respect towards customers after doing fraud payment ban this site as soon as possible

I was trying to book Mumbai Varanasi flight for 14/06/22 on 04/06/22 through Travelook website.My booking reference was REF[protected]
My amount was deducted and booking was not given to me due to fare expiration.I got email and call from travelook that they are initiating the Refund amount of rs 6552/ . But till now I have not got my refund.
I called them several times and emailed them and got email reply to wait for refund. It is almost 22 days.
Please look into the matter and help me to get my refund.

I have still not got my refund amount of 6300.. I had booked my flight from Trivandrum to Bangalore.. this is a absolute fraud company

After paying I got a call that the booking was cancelled due to operational issues and after that no refund or response was given . On 7 june i booked the flight from delhi to bombay i visited to travellook website becouse of lower fare i fill uo al the form and necssary information and press ok for payment but when payment is deducted i didnt get my tickit or PNR no instaead of that they are showing 30 minuits process time and then after recived call from their executiv that tickit was not generated and you will get your refund in 48 hours then i got the mail in that 7 to 10 working days i call every day after tomorrow but still cant get refund

I booked a 2 flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi via travelook in the month of Feb 2022. But they did a fraud, canceled my ticket, and did not refund my money yet. It's been more than 90 days and I tried all ways to connect them via call emails but nothing happened, they do not pick up the call, and when they pick they disconnect that immediately. As of today, I didn't receive my refunded amount of around 6000/-.

Even after multiple followups over their helpline number and also over email, i have not received my refund even after 2 months.

Travelook never refund the amount

They are not providing me refund from last 50 days.as it was group booking it was big amount around 40K.Please take serious action against this.

After booking the ticket I have received a mail from your website mentioning that my flight ticket is canceled due to price exhalation. And, also it was mentioned that I will receive a refund in 10 days. It was canceled on 26 June 2021. Since then I have been calling your customer service and every time I called they said that I will be receiving the refund amount in 2-3 days but there is no progress in this issue

Waste customer service ever.

I booked a flight ticket from Dimapur to Hyderabad on 19 January 2022, and was promised to get a refund in 10 -12 working days. I kept calling them every week but they kept postponing the refund.
They even went to extents of refusing to answer any calls from my number please help to re fund

I booked my ticket and later on it was cancelled via call from the company. now, the company has taken 4440 rupees and then, they are not refunding. They are a complete fraud and now the google also shows that the company has done several claims. The company has cheated many people and never refund the same.

I booked a ticket from trivandrum to pune on 21st of October 2021 via travelook. The moment i transfered the amount a message came that the booking has been canceled due to fare issues and followed by a call. First they said 5-6 days for refund, then came a mail saying 10-15 days.

I cant understand that how can a ticket be cancelled in just a minute. I am really worried about my refund of Rs 4800/- as they never answer our call also.

I request the authorities to stop such websites from cheating people.

So on 20th oct i’ve booked my ticket from delhi to pune through this website called Travelook but somehow i have to cancel this because i have to book it for another date to cancel i’ve called vistara to know if i’ll get full refund they said yes so I canceled it through them and clamining that i’ll get refund within 7-8 days knowing uts perfectly ok but to recheck i called travelook they said please give us the screenshot claming that vistara had cancel the flight and Travelook had to give us the refund and you’ll get refund by 10 days maxon hustel over that i’ve called vistara and manage to get the mail by 23rd immediately I’ve forwarded them and then when i called them on 25th they said you’ll get your refund by 33-35 days when i asked why they said it is the policy, when i called them before they didn’t knew about the policy ? They are just fooling me around when i asked them to arrange my call with their senior they just said thankyou for call i cant help you please help me with my refund

I recently booked a flight from the travelook website and they automatically cancelled my flight without initiating my refund .
this is scam website, i talked to their query department all they say is they will refund my amount but they never do.

I have booked two flight tickets from Hyderabad to Mumbai on GoAir at 6.00 AM flight on 23rd August 2021 through travolook.in website and made a payment of Rs. 9762/- online same day, but I did not receive the tickets booking confirmation. Later they called me to state that - ticket could not be confirmed due to change in prizes and they told me that i will get the refund within 15 days Reference No. : REF[protected]. Its more than 45 days as on today - still i have not fot my refund back. Hence i am complaining. Please take action against them immediately and help in getting my refund of Rs. 9762/-.

Booked ticket from hyd to chennai.
But it was cancel from them as it was full.

Booked a flight ticket on 29 June 2021 from travlook.

Ticket got cancelled due to travalook system issue.

They did not refund my money till date from 29 June 2021.

I have booked my ticket through you on 25 May 2021 vide reference number REF[protected]. The ticket got cancelled, but I didn't received the amount, even after multiple complaint.

I booked a flight on 2 may 2021 from Dehradun to New Delhi. After 1 hour I got a message that your booking has been cancelled and your refund will be initiated in 10-15 days. Now it's been 2 months, and the refund has not initiated yet. Every time I call them, they say " wait for 5 more days". Please take strict actions against them.
As I have read other there are several same complaints against. They are doing some fraud.
