I have cancelled two flights with reference id REF[protected], REF[protected].
I got call from the company that the refund will be initiated and it's being 11 days till now I haven't get my refund back to my account I have tried to call for customer care there is no response from the given number[protected] and also i have also mailed them but no response from them

My daughter had booked ticket from Bagluru to Patna for boarding at 10th of April.
Amount has been deducted from my daughter's account and confirmed her booking. After few minutes a call received from the company that her ticket ha been cancelled and caller assured her to refund amount with 10 to 15 working days.
It is highly regretted to say that till date refund not received till date i.e. 14.05.2021.
You are requested to take strict action.

I booked a flight on April 2nd 2021 from https://www.travolook.in/ this website as the prices were lower than any other website.
When the payment was done I received a call from Travelook saying that there was a hike in prices and you have to pay more or cancel.
So I obviously decided to cancel instead of paying more and very calmly they told me that I will get my refund within 10-12 working days and gave me a reference number.
Now it is April 21st 2021 and I have received no money, they never pick up my phone when I write email their reply is always please be patient and call on this number.
I just want my money back and if that's not possible then at least close down their website

Sir/Madam, I Gaurav Abhishek writing this complaint on travel agent company, named TRAVELOOK (Gurugram). I booked an air ticket from Patna to Delhi on 23rd Sep 2020 online from this company. The ticket was even booked also, but later after 10 mins they cancelled my ticket and drop an email for cancellation and amount refund. But till date I haven't received my money back(₹3223). I laso spoke five times to their customer service and all time have been told that it is in process.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and solve my matter at earliest.
