I booked a ticket from Bengaluru to Rajahmundry on December 18th 2021 for travelling on 25th December early morning flight (Indigo 6E-7107) but after my payment i received a mail saying the booking is cancelled due to price change. I tried reaching out to the number provided in the mail and no one answered, then i sent a mail to their customer support team and i got a reply that the refund is initiated and will be given back to me with in 15 working days, so i sent another mail after 15 working days and again the same mail came that my refund is being initiated and will take 5 to 7 days and then i contacted them again today and again i got the same mail saying my refund has been initiated and i will receive my amount after 5 to 7 days.
The refund amount is 4578 which i have not received even now.
This website is the worst website i have ever encountered so far. Please help me in getting my refund amount back. Please please kindly shut this website down so no other person can get cheated again like me.

I book a flight ticket from imphal to mumbai through travolook.in. Amount is debited feom my credit card, however travolook.in didnt confirm the ticket and send me an email that ticket was cancelled. In the email it is written that refund will be done within 10-15 days, however at the time of writing this complaint, i havenot received my refund yet. Please help

This is to inform you and raise a complain against the online air ticket booking site "Travolook.in".

I had booked a ticket through this site and money was paid through a UPI app freecharge which was aLso recomended by them. Immediately they called and informed me that no seat available in airline hence they are cancelling the ticket and refund will be processed in 9 to 10 working days.

This is of great importance to note that I could book the same airline ticket immediately on another site, whereas Travolook said that no tickets available in that flight. This is a planned cheating method by Travolook.

Various follow ups or emails and the helpline provided by them has not resolved my problem even i sent them mails and tried to make a caLL on their customer care number but they did'nt received and my money is still stuck with Travolook.
Once I checked online I found that this way they have cheated plenty of people in similar manner like me and money is not being refunded.

Its a flight booking site .money deducted from my account with in seconds and then showed flight cancelled and money still not refunded ...i booked a flight after sometime they showed that your fight is cancelled and your money will be credited to your account with in 9 to 10 working days .which company takes that much long time to refund money which they have deducted with in seconds .aLso they haven't wriiten anything like 9-10 days refund policy in their refund policies on their web site .and i also tried to contact them several time by sending them mails and by calling them on the number which they have provided on their customer helpline on web site but i didn't got any response by them even they didn't picked my call ..please take a serious action towards this company or site and help me to get my money back

I booked flight ticket on 1 dec 2021, soon afterwards the ticket got cancelled and call came that I will receive my refund after 7-10 days but it is month now but no refund is given by TRAVOLOOK.IN, called customer care several time they say due to technical issue it will take week, waited for that but everytime same thing is happening, this is fraud company

Hi, Tried to book flight ticket in www.travolook.in, the booking was cancelled from airline. But the debited amount was not refunded for more than a month.

Travolook cancelled a Flight from there side and have not yet issued refund.

REF[protected]: Rs4680/- should be refunded for this.

It's more than 4 months and they are not returning money back. Have listed numerous complaints but nothing seems to work now.
Please help a law abiding and tax paying citizen to get his hard earned money back.

Travolook Cancelled my ticket from GOA to Bangalore with REF Number : REF[protected]. And they have not yet refunded the booking amount. I was told i would get back the booking amount of Rs 3746 within 7-10 days. But till now (more than 2 months) i have not received the Refund.

There's one more ticket for which REfund amount is not given. Travolook cancelled ticket from there side in this case as well.

Booked ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai on 09th july 2021 (REF[protected] . after 5 mins their customer care executive called and said due to some error the ticket has got cancelled.. you will receive your refund within 10 to 15 working days except holidays. its been more than 4 months I still didn't get my money back.. and every time whenever I called up they said wait for more 5 to 7 working days .. and now they have started saying you are not audible and they disconnect the call as I say about refund.. there is a big scam behind.. pleas take legal action against travolook so that people's money will be safe. they (travolook) are totally fraud..

Booked a airline ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore on the 27th Aug'21 from travolook.in. After 5 mins, I receive an email from that my booking has been cancelled due to an operational error. I also receive a call from their customer care stating the same and the amount will be refunded in the next 7-10 working days,
Sir, so far weeks and months has passed but my refund has not yet come. Whenever, I call them they again the same stuff - that it will take another 7-10 working days. Now they have gone to the extreme extend and started disconnecting my calls.

Please help.

I tried to book flight from Travolook (Lko to MAA) and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I have booked air tickets from the site https://www.travolook.in on 11 Oct 2021. The flight was booked and the payment was also completed. But after some time, I got an email that my flight was cancelled and I'll get the refund for the same in 7 working days. Its 12 days passed but I didn't get my refund back. I haven't even received any type of communication from their team. I had sent email but I didn't get response. I called the customer care and they were saying the refund will be done in 7 days and now I'm trying to call them from 4-5 day, the call is not getting connected. These guys are completely a fraud.
Requesting you to please take action against them so that I can get the refund back and no one get cheated in future.
The amount is: 2397.

I booked a flight ticket ( to and from from mumbai to indore).
The amount got deducted and everytime when I call they ask me to wait for next 7-10 days.
The ticket I booked on 8th Sep 2021 and now it has been more than a month.
Request you to take strict actions against this fake company and get my money back

I have made two bookings with the worth over 12000 INR. It's been 20 days and refund is not issues. Customer care gives no response. This is a fradulant company.

I had booked a flight ticket from Udaipur to Mumbai airport, but it was cancelled by travolook and they told me that you will recieve a refund in the next 7-10 working days. It has been 1.5 months now and even after constant reminders i am not getting my refund.

For an air ticket booking, Rs. 2768 was deducted on 2 occasions from my HDFC credit card on 29th September 2021. The first transaction showed up as FAILED transaction, and my ticket booking did not go through. The message I got was ."Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected]". But the amount of Rs. 2768 was deducted from my HDFC credit card.

Immediately once again I booked the ticket and paid Rs 2768 once again. In the second instance, the ticket got confirmed.

However, I noticed that Rs. 2, 768 was deducted twice and the failed transaction has to be refunded. I have sent a mail to [protected]@travolook.in on 7th October and then followed with a call to [protected] and also[protected]. I am unable to contact them for last 4 days.

I am seeking refund the amount.

They are fraud and scammers,

Pls Don't book any tickets

On 21st August my wife tried booking flight from Pune to Delhi via travolook portal, but no ticket was issued after completing the payment. She got a mail stating that "Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration" (REF[protected]. She called the customer care number and it was assured that the refund will be done within 7-10 days. But inspite of several e-mail reminders and call to the customer care number no refund has been received. Its more than a month and every time the standard reply from the customer care is that "the refund will be done within 7-10 days".
It seems that they don't intend to return the money. Perhaps its a big fraud. Saw many such complains about the same modus operandi of the company on different customer forums. How such companies are allowed to cheat people and that through regular banking channels. Some serious investigation is required by cyber crime cell and stop this company to function till they refund the money of all the customers. Channels line net banking and credit card payments should be blocked for suck fraudsters immediately to stop this cheating to go on uninterrupted.

I booked a flight ticket for the 1st of September. But they cancelled my booking immediately and promised to give me a full refund back in 7 days.
It's more than 40 days now and every time I contact the support team they informed me to wait for 7 more days to refund the amount.

While I booked this ticket I received a information from travel look stating this tickets are cancelled and the amount will be refunded to me within 7 to 10 days I escalate this again on 6th Sep they confirmed that I will definately get the refund. I again called on 10 they informed me that the refund is been process it will there in my bank in next 48 hour. But nothing has happened I waited till 19th Sep. I again called travel look and again I received information that I will get my refund in next 7 to 10 working days. I m unable to understand which kind of refund process takes this much time. I need to escalate this as I am very frustrated with the kind of service provided by Travellook
