And if you cant provide then why you show product to available. I want my claim. Pls deliver me that product back or give me claim according current price of product. And flipkart has close big billion sale. Flipkart is not taking my issue seriously. Pls do needful and provide claim

I have been return requested through filpkart for my mi 4x tv return. Then he send me massage that seller will contact me 72 hours but i want to tell you that after 72 hours 10 days return policy is over then you will not hear my complaint. The tv sound in not clear when increase the volume and picture quality in not good which is mention by in website, therefore the screen quality is same as mi 4a tv, which is 5000 less pice form mi 4x tv. I have to return this product and refund my money. My return request id is[protected] and my order id od[protected] from filpkart.

My mi tv 4a pro 43 inch is not working properly which i buy from flipkart almost 2 and half months ago
I need to repair it as the tv is in warranty period but i need the invoice of my tv so please sent me the invoice of my tv as soon as possible thank you please solve my issue   replace all

I have given the first complaint on 10 aug in flipkart and mi engineer was visit on 11th of aug (Report attached). He was confirmed in report voice command issue in tv. As per attached report product is problem in under 10 days. I have call to your customer care on 12th of aug for this he given the closing time 14th of aug. For passing the time. And i revived an sms on 15th aug. Replacement request has canceled by sealer. After that i have send trailing mail to you on 15th of aug. But no action was taken your side till date.
Today your customer care executive ask me your product is not covered under 10 days replacement, why i regularly followup with flipkart from 10th of aug but nobody respond. I also have called to flip cart customer cared 15th of aug. 17th of aug. 19th of aug. 21st of aug. 25th, 27th.
After all i have call to mi customer care yesterday and engineer has visit today he found the problem in product. He ask main board need to replace for solve the issue. Report attached. I want to inform you my mi tv was not working (Voice command not working and screen back lite issue) from first day. So please refund my money and replace the tv as so as possible. Our first complaint of 10th aug report also attached. On 25th aug. Mail.
I have report for mi engineer 11th of aug and 01st sep 19 today. I will proved my tv was revived faulty and flipkart not replace the product and gain the time for deny the product replacement.
I will file the case in consumer court with all mail and report and all recorded calls. And prove you have cheat with me.

Please refer to my flip cart order no. Od[protected] dtd.06/08/19 where i ordered 5 electrical engineering books. 4 books has been delivered. But still one book named "electronic devices & circuits" hasn't yet been delivered as on 14/08/19.
Flip cart system indicates that "item has been dispatched from the seller warehouse".
I do not know when my said consignment will be delivered, as there are no communication from flip cart in this regard.
Hence i remind all the people to think twice prior to ordering in flip cart.

Hello sir still cancellation not initiated by the truecom retail seller. I am already waiting 7 days. Still am not getting any refund amount from them. I have paid 12.5k.

I have placed my order on flipkart on 17th for samsung galaxy a50 phone. I have cancelled the order the next day and the refund message has came to me. Sir, i booked my order through flipkart on 1st july. My order no. Isod[protected] for mi tv. After 12 days my order is not packed or shipped yet.. While i paid you. Please tell me why my order is not shipped yet. 17 july is expected date i know, but what is the reason u r providing in same pincode and area delivery in 2-3 days, while i m waiting from last 12 days.. Its like 1 month u will take to deliver and install my tv.. Please tell me and solve my issue as soon as possible.. Otherwise return my payment and take ur tv itself.

Sir, I purchased a mi TV 4a pro 43" TV for my Home, I thought that this is the perfect TV for me, but I was wrong, the TV is more bigger than I expect in my Hall, there is a problem in my viewing angles & Experience, eyes are also being stressed & paining because of bigger screen, so I agreed that 32" TV is perfect for my Home, i dont uses the tv after installation, I agreed that this is my mistake, but please sir I requesting to you please exchange my 43" TV to 32" TV, I am ready to pay the extra charges held. Sir i purchased a book from flipkart on 9th april 2018od[protected], it was a pre-order scheduled to be delivered by 24th april.
The seller didn't even bothered to process it to deliver it instead the product went out of stock as of now. Neither flipkart or him is helping to deliver despite the long wait.
Please help in this regard.

Dear sir,

I have order a tv (Tv model-mi 4a pro) from flipkart reseller name - truecomretail. (Order no-od[protected], delivered dated-28/03/2019.

This is to complaint you against flipkart and truecomretail.in spite of mentioning in the flipkart website about quality and feature of the above said tv product, i have not receive the same quality and feature. Now after requesting the customer care for return of product and refund of money, they denied to help and also the self option in the system shows only replacement so i have no other way to write to you for help regarding refund of money.

I ve ordered an mi tv 4a pro from flipkart on feb 11and it reached to nearest destination from our location (Nagpur) after 15 days they reply me sorry. N i came to know that gati has been assigned to deliver the product to my location and after 1 day it was out for deliveryand told me to wait till 7pm but it didnt happen after that when i track order its sayin customer has reschedule the delivery later customer refuse to accept delivery even its auto generated message but later when i called to one of gati executive they told me only sory. Plz i request to all don’t punches from this ford type company’s..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I have purcahed a mi 4a tv (43) from flipkart on 29th january.. Seller was truecomretail. The delivered product was a used samsung 32 which is packed in a mi 4a carton. I have waited a day for the service engineer to come and install.. He came on 5th february, when he opened the box we found that we have been cheated. The same time i have requested for a replacement.. Its been 2 weeks i dint get any solution. Now i received a mail, that my compliant has been closed and seller refused for a replacement.. My 25000 rs is lost by purchasing on flipkart. Its really disappointing, being a reputed company, this is the way flipkart deals with the customer. Please dont buy costly things from flipkart or from this seller (Truecomretail)

Received defective item...
When i tried to switch on the phone it was automatically getting switch off..
After recharging the battery, the phone was automatically getting switch off & on..
This repeated thrice..
I don't understand what kind the product flipkart is selling...
This is really frustrating... Pls take back the phone & refund my money asap..

I ve ordered an mi tv 4a pro on jan 20 and it reached to nearest destination from our location (Mysore) after two days n i came to know that gati has been assigned to deliver the product to my location and after 1 day it was out for deliveryand told me to wait till 7pm but it didnt happen after that when i track order its sayin customer has reschedule the delivery later customer refuse to accept delivery even its auto generated message but later when i called to one of gati executive they gave me a number of delivery boy i guess his name was nagraj n when i tried to reached that person he is saying like i dont know any nagraj and i dont work for gati that was shockin.. Later when i called gati for status update its sayin shipment has been cancelled n return back (Rebooked) without confirmation call n its not the first time as i ve ordered an ifalcon tv before that which they couldn deliver till last date n the reason was same.. I request u that if the product cant be deliver to my pincode than it shouldnt be shown delivery available and ya please dont assign gati as courier partner as they are unfit for delivering customer product.. Even i have seen so many negative and bad reviews regardin gati service which is trusth as i ve gone through that..

Sir.. I had an order for j4 plus.. When it was delivered the delivery boy locked my device by number of wrong attempt... Then he went away.. And now he is saying he can not deliver the order..
I'm facing trouble.. Because my new phone is of no use due to complete reset..
I am being irritated by this service.. Please do something sir.. Or else force them to deliver soon...

I have purchased above mobile through filipkart last year december 2017 on dt 27.12.2017 which cost was rs 6990.00 but you have again delevered the same product again which was i returned. I had a bad experience with truecomretail seller. I bought a smart phone for my dad on nov 24th. It stopped working on dec 14th. My dad is extremely careful with phones, so the phone was never dropped or damaged. It just suddenly stopped working. We are unable to make/receive calls on the phone. Having to face this within 3 weeks of purchase is ridiculous.

I have ordered samsung s8 (Midnight black 64gb) from flipkart during the big billion days sale in the midnight just because it was on discount.
It was shipped in more than a week and took a lot of time to finally reach delhi, i also contacted customer care executive to make the process faster but they told me that this is not possible during the sale but they will surely deliver it by the date provided by the seller.
I kept on waiting for more than a week and yesterday evening when i tried to track my order, i got to know that it had been cancelled by the seller due to bulk order of that product across the country.
I want to know that what's my fault in this case? Am also a customer and your policy is to serve and help us but i got no support even after contacting customer care and chat support. They are not ready to understand my problem that if there is not any falut of mine so why should i bear? They keep on convincing me to place a new order but why would i place an order if it's price have been hiked so much?
They are saying that seller must be short of this product. So i also want to know that what had he shipped to delhi? An empty box?
Very bad experience this time, i have ordered several products from many sites but haven't faced this type of problem.

Flipkart responded "you made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on flipkart. However due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers with an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel...

Hi ordered a phone j7 duo, via flipkart approx 17000 inr through truecomretail. When i opened the completely sealed box and found nirma soap inside it...

The phone was sealed and packed perfectly. I incidentally caught it all on video as i faced a similar problem on a drill machine which purchased from another seller.

I got the delivery on monday 7th. May. 2018

It has happened for the last two orders. I did not receive my order within the expected delivery date and when i checked the delivery status later on, it showed the order has been cancelled. Flipkart executive told me that the seller couldn't contact me hence he cancelled the order. But the seller never contacted me. It cancelled the order itself without my knowledge.

This is my mobile i m purchase on 21 september in flipkat this is a problem on 10days i m going service centre service centre ask mobile android was rooted duplicate software i m not repair this is out of warranty ask flipkat. Flipkat was not help i m asking to all the people not purchase the any electronic item on flipkat ou purchase any electronic item flipkat was used and out of warranty item deliver
