I had booked for accommodation at Tirumala for 13-14 April 2022 that cost me 3400. I had stayed on the said date and vacated the next date. They said i would receive my security deposit of Rs. 1700 via online. But i have not received it yet.

I booked my accommodation in Tirumala on March 30 and canceled on the same date. However still after 45 days, the refund amount has not been credited till now and when I called customer care service some members are behaving rudely and terminated the ongoing call even before I told all the details. I have registered the complaint three times through customer care service and sent numerous emails but still, the issue is not resolved.

We vacated on 29 th APR 7.7 am - Nanadhakam Rest house but we have not refunded the caution deposit.

I am V Brahmanaidu, I along with my family members took two rooms in Venkata Kala(room no.3 and no.4) on[protected]. Vacated room on[protected] at 10:15am. Paid caution deposited of Rs. 3, 400/- in Padmavathi guest house using debit card. I was told that as I paid the amount via debit card the amount will automatically be credited to my account in 3-4 working days. But it’s been one and a half month, and I’m yet to receive the caution deposit. Regarding this I have give so many calls them but the response was null.

I went to thirumalai on 15 th April 2022. I stayed at Nandakam rest house. I vacated room on 16th April 2022. I paid 2000rs for room booking 1000 and deposit amount 1000, but the deposit amount 1000 is not yet refunded.

I visited tirumalai on 15 th April morning stayed at Nandakam rest house. I vacated 16th April morning. I paid 2000 rs for room booking 1000 and deposit amount 1000. The deposit amount is not yet refunded from Nandakam rest house.

I had booked accomodation for 1 day i.e., from 24/03/2022 to 25/03/2022 .

But due to certain reasons I cancelled the accommodation 2 days before my check in date i.e., 22/03/2022.

I had paid 2000/-, and it's not refunded yet.

I booked two rooms in tirumala for date 01/04/2022.
I was allotted room no 213 ktbgh and 401 ktbh in tirumala on 01/04/2022 at 8.33 am for one day at ₹1000 per room. Ttd online booking collected ₹2000 for two rooms accommodation and ₹2000 security deposit. I vacated the rooms 213 and 401 on 01/04/2022 at 8.33 pm. I was informed that the security deposit of 2000 will be refunded online but no such refund is given so far. Kindly enforce refund.

We took room no. 525 in Panchajanyam (PJMGH) Devasthanam for one day stay on 3rd April 2022- 4th April 2022. I Cash deposited rs 1000 online and paid again rs 1000 for room rent .They told me to Refund my amount within 4 days, But it's been nine days but still they didn't refunded money. Please refund money as soon as possible.

Sir i have booked accommodation on 03.04.2022 in online payment mode and i checked in at 23:57hrs at Matyrusri vakuladevi rest(MVRH-423) ALLOTEMANT NO[protected], Room NO-423, and i vacated room on 04.04.2022 at 19:30hrs but i did not get my CD amount up to now please take necessary action to refund my CD amount in online

I have booked a room online on 19th of March 2022 in Srinivasa Nilayam Tirupati. They have taken Rs400 for caution deposit and informed us that the caution deposit will be given after the vacation of the room within seven working days. It has been nearly 2 weeks but still we have not received any refund amount. Please look into this matter and address this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

I am Radha Kreshnna Kshirsagar from Secunderabad. I booked Rs.100/-accommodation at Tirumala on 29th January, 2022 9.13am amount reduced two times from SBI account one for accommodation allotted but another amount Rs.200.94 not refunded still today, another transaction for Tirupati accommodation at Srinivasam I paid Rs.400/- totally in my account debited amount is Rs.200.94 + Rs.200.94 and Rs.400 = Rs. 800/- change also
after used accommodation I received Rs.100 and Rs.200/- only. Actually I have to receive Amount Rs.100+200+200=500 but received only Rs.300/-

Room number PJMGH-618 alloted on Feb 27th, 2022 at 12:15 PM, the room charges were 1000 + security deposit of 1000 = total 2000/-
It's more than 3 weeks, still haven't received the refund.

I was allotted room no PJMGH -236 in tirumala on 23/02/2022 at 4.28 pm for two days at ₹1000 per day. Ttd panchyajanyam rest house office reception collected ₹2000 for two days accommodation and ₹1000 security deposit. Shared OTP with the staff as well. I paid above 3000 through my wife SBI debit card. I was informed that the security deposit of 1000 will be refunded to same card account with in 3 days but no such refund is given so far. Kindly enforce refund.

Hi Sir/Madam, My name is B Govindaraj. I have booked a ticket for TTD special entry dharshan on 23th Feb 2022 for 4 members Rs(1200) transaction ID [Ref No:[protected]] from my HDFC bank via Gpay, Amount deduction from my bank account but not received the ticket to my Email. Please refund my money.

Room allowed in HVDC 488-AB on 20/02/22 time 10.35 .. room vacated 21/02/22 time 9.45 ... still we didn't received our caution deposit amount RS. 1700

I have tried to book 2 SED tokens and 5 additional laddoos, amount from bank successfully got debited but SED tickets not got generated and i got a message that it has been failed and inconvenience is regreted .
850 rupees got debited from bank please refund that amount as soon as possible

I went to tirumala on 26th December 2021, I approached the CRO office for accommodation they alloted the accommodation to stay in Astavinayaka rest house on 26th December evening I vacated the room on 27th December afternoon. Its been 5 weeks still not refunded. I send mail to respected department still not refunded. I booked 1700 rupees room. So I paid 3400 which includes caution deposit. Please take appropriate actions.

I went to Tirumala on 18, 19, 20, 21 December 2021 as per online accommodation booking. I booked 1000/- rupees rooms(2 rooms each day). So I paid 8000/- and I booked one room for 100/- rupees and paid 200/- which includes caution deposit for all rooms(In total 5 for two days)
But I have received only 2100/- as refund still I need to get 2000/-
I have mentioned all details in mail to TTD but they are giving any proper response Its been a one and half month still not refunded.
Please take appropriate actions.

The caution deposit has not been refunded. I have Communicated with TTD over email for many times, and received a response once on 21st Jan saying that "on verification of record, it is found that the refund is being processed". but no refund yet.

Recently I have booked a room in Tirumala for dharshanam

we have vacated room at the correct time and there was a security deposit of 1000rs
I have waited for 7 working days and a total of 10 days now still there is no refund for it.

At the time of booking a Caution Deposit: ₹. 1700 /- was collected from me which is not yet refunded till today.

Its almost 3 months over, there is no news about it. I am not getting a proper information even after calling the customer care.

Rs. 1000/- is still not refunded.

Still I have not received the refund of caution deposit to the original source of payment, kindly consider this issue and help to refund the amount.

I Booked Tickets for jan 13 through online of rs300 darshan of 6 tickets the amount was debited and i have not received the tickets or the refund amount till now so kindly initiate refund of 1800 rupees

I had vacated rooms in Tirumala and Tirupathi both in time but I haven’t received caution deposit refund. I had contacted helpline number and they suggested me to mail them about the same .

I have mailed to refundservices day before yesterday with all details and proofs, yet didn’t get a reply from them and now even the helpline numbers are not reachable

Please help.

We had a booking for 2 people on 18th Nov 2021. However, due to severe rains we couldn't check-in on the specified date as our buses were stopped. Although we didn't get any refund for the stay, we requested to refund our caution deposit of 1000 over an email but we didn't get a proper reply.

I went to tirupathi on 11th dec 2021. I paid a caution deposit of Rs500 for the room in sapthagiri rest house for one day. At the time of check out on next day that is 12th dec 2021, they informed me that I will get refund of Rs500 directly into my bank acc in 3 to 4 days. But it's been 5days i haven't received any refund. Please look into my concern and hopefully resolve it at earliest.

I k.sridhar booked Rs 400 room in srinivasam in 09-11-21, 4am to 6am slot .but we cannot reached the right time they cannot acombidation room.in this time the caution deposit amount Rs 400 not received so plz refund my amount
