Starting trouble

sir, i purchased scooty in october month 2011,and after 1 month , i face starting problem.I gave it for repair to service center,now they are saying that scooty battery is not working and need to be checked till then you start it with kick.I feel that company workers might have changed the original battery during first service.Now what to do??scooty is now like 10,000 Rs with kick start......

THEY CHANGED ORIGINAL MATERIAL WITH LOCAL MADE MATERIAL

TVS as a company sucks.... they are good for nothing. i got a bike from them , the TVS SCOOTY PEP + they could not fix it and then their service centres are the worst any company i have given my bike for servicing 1st Time in the hyderbad tarnaka Service Centre and they have changed my original material with local made material. they do not even wash the bike clearly they charge me for Teflon coating
i regret buying a TVS bike...

Silencer not replaced even after 2 weeks

I had given my TVS Scooty Pep+ TN09AY2593 for replacement of defective silencer to M/s.Maruti Automobiles, Chennai 33 on 31.07.2009. The vehicle is still in warranty period and the agency staff told me that it would get the free replacement from their dealer M/s.Ramkay Agencies, Chennai and give it in 2-3 days. Improper Service from the dealer

I have purchased TVS Scooty Pep+ bearing Engine No.OG3F92857069 & Frame No. M0626BG3192F15914from East Africa Motors Limited, Vadodara, Gujarat vide their invoice No.2003 dated 19/06/2009.

I handed over my vehicle to the workshopp of the dealer for first free service on 15/07/2009 in good & intact condition. The technician also inspected the vehicle and orally draw my attention towards two scraches...

The service from the dealer is improper
