I tried to purchase course "complete uipath rpa developer course: build 7 robots" on 8 july 2020,
Paid through paytm debit card, but transaction got failed and amount was still deducted from account.

Sir/madam, i am tejas kulkarni and i have recently buy udemy online course and currently my course does not enroll me in the respective of the course. As i see transaction payment at your address (Times of m..) my money has been debited to your bank.
As i am not possible to reach your customer care i hearby request you to go through my problem as i am in of reciveing course enrollment or refunding the amount which has been deducted from my account to some usefull prespective.

I purchased a course of ethical hacking in udemy app on 9 April, 2020 through SBI net banking of 399 rs but I didn't get the course and money had been deducted from my account. It's been more than three days now since transaction occured.

I purchased a course from udemy using kotak mahindra bank debit card but when i entered the otp the transaction failed. Amount got deducted from my account but the course was not purchased.
Since i urgently needed the course i purchased it again using paypal and this time it went through. So i would very much like a refund.

Today i tried to buy a web development online course on udemy. I paid the amount of rs.432 through debit card, the payment was successfully transferred and the amount was deducted from my icici bank account, but i did not receive the course from udemy. I don't know what is the problem happened, i request to you please refund deducted amount to my bank account shortly.

I have done payment for the course the complete web development bootcamp course on udemy. The payment is successful and money ₹500 is debited frim my account but the course is not active yet.
Udemy support is saying they have not received any payment it is with you. So kindly either priceed the payment so that i can get my course or please refund it back.
