Gave in vehicle for insurance claim at ultimate hyundai, industrial area, chandigarh and got the front passenger door replaced and painted.
The door paint is visibly darker in shade from rest of the original paint of the car plus it has no shine. It is supposed to be pure white where as it appears off white.
Long time taken to process the claim and poor paint job....

I booked an Xcent Car on 21.06.2015 by depositing the booking amount of Rs.25, 000/- vide cheque number 113311 payable at State Bank of India with a promise to deliver the car within 12 days. But due to lackluster behaviour and no assurance of delivery in time, I cancelled my booking and requested to refund the booking amount, which they refused to refund.
