Hello sir/mam, i hadn't received acadmic scholarship neither smartphone under govt scheme,

I submitted my scholarship form in november 2021 and now on feb 2022 i get yo know about scholarship status when i checked my status its show that my scholarship is not approved due to less than 75% of attendence
Our classes start on 10 october onwards and i attend all my classes so on what basis they are saying my percentage of attendance in less than 75 my fees is 24000 of m.sc in biotechnology .please help me out my nexf year fees...

I have to fill scholarship form and need to download online verified income certificate bu the website mentioned in document - http://edistrict.up.nic.in is not working. I am trying since 15th september 2019 at every time like 4 am to 6 am, 9 am to 12 pm and in evening also but this dam site is not working.
