I ordered and usha food processor on 28Th march with STAR CJ which is 4995/- rs They delivered me after 20days of booking That too which is not working so i requested Them to exchange The product, again i received another product which is second hand after 1 week which is not at all working Then i launched a complaint with The customer care executive Alwyn regarding This Then he said That OK we will receive you shortly and refund your money...
