Payment issue

My friend have already succesfully pais rs:425 in my uts app but my uts app wallet balance not add the payment.. pls refund the payment....

        I made a recharge to UTS - R wallet for Rs. 100/- yesterday, 29th Nov 2022.
        The amount debited in my bank account but it is not credited in UTS R wallet, till now.
        please reverse the amount to bank account or credit the amount immediately to UTS - R wallet

          I made a recharge for Rs. 100/- to UTS Wallet through my net banking, yesterday[protected]. The amount was debited to my account but it was not credited to UTS R-wallet.

          Please look into this and give the credit to R wallet or refund the amount to my bank account.

                          I have tried twice to recharges r wallet using paytm app dated on 6th sep 2019 (200/-) and 6th sep 2019 (100/-) the amount deducted from my bank but its not credited in to my r wallet.

                          In the recharge history its showing the status failed.

                          Request you take a action and refund my money as early possible. As i tried to contact toll free number 138 mentioned on uts app for the mumbai region, but i am getting this is a invalid number...

                              I have a UTS app link with mobile number [protected].. by mistake i touch the surrender request in uts app and sms received from UTS on my linked UTS mobile number for refund wllet many collect. further i am request to withdraw surrender request by mail on uts help line email id ([protected]@gmail.com) and call much times on 138, but not reply my mail and not received on call. i am going to many UTS counter DDC DDJ SDAH BNXR, BT -for my refund money, they are refuse to return my wallet money.
                              i can not access my UTS account and also create new account.
                              i want refund money or UTS account running. please do the need full as soon as posssible .

                                Amutha konar here, i was renewing my season ticket on uts app which is from thane to kalyan but after the payment process done my amount of rs213.92 has been deducted from my bank but the ticket is not yet generated and the booking history is also not shown..
                                Please do the needful to refund my money back
