I tried booking a VOLVO BUS ticket from Delhi to Lucknow on 9th Oct. 2013 through www.upsrtconline.co.in and the first transaction failed still the amount got debited from my Credit Card. It has been more than a month now but the refund has not been made. I contacted several times on the helpline number [protected] but that too was of no help. Even sent email twice at online.[protected]@upsrtc.com but didn't receive any reply.

This is regarding online ticket booking from Lucknow to Delhi from Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) online ticket booking website https://www.upsrtconline.co.in on Dt 27th of July 2013. i have tried to book 3 times but unfortunately ticket not booked, instead of same the Rs 3876 has been deducted in 3 times (1292X3=3876) from my sbi credit card. Now i have called may time on no [protected] for my refund but no body...
