As said by saritha We went and seen our plot at Kacharam nr govt school is missing and developments are zero ...We also take pictures of location Really these guys are cheating innocent people in the name of DTCP Plots .we are cheated by vision pride infra services in the name of Plot we invested our investments for our children bright future but When we went to see our plots we are totally disappointed.We kindly request to concern Higher Authorities to take necessary action on this frauds for cheating Innocent people...We also submitted the complaint in Mandal revenue Office, Revenue division Office and DTCP office at Bhongir.Also Requesting to all who are purchased Plots in Kacharam nr Govt school site are get in touch with Saritha and [protected]@telangana.gov.in so it will be easy to get our plots back with all developments...Dont visit their office if you go there they will tell same stories which they are saying from past 2years...

As per my client complaint We cross checked there at Kacharam nr govt school site...Nothing is developed and my client plot is not There and same was complained to Mandal revenue Office with All Require documents and Revenue divisional officer ...Also complained to DTCP office at Bhuvanagiri Office to take necessary action on Vision Pride infra services & Vision pride real estate Developers...Dear all who if any body who purchased the plots in kacharam nr govt school site...please contact to Saritha Mudiraj we all are forming one group and complain on this company to get Justice...These frauds are playing with innocent people in the Name of DTCP plots and other Gifts...Once again i request to all to come on one Group if Necessary will make police complaint...

My brother is also cheated by vision pride infra services in same way in the name of Dtcp plots initially they Followed for payments daily and made us to pay total amount ...After several follow ups they registered plot at kacharam village near govt school...From past 2 years we are following up for our plot position and development they simply asking excuses...now our patience is out of control request to all we will form one group and take help of legal opinion and complaint in all departments about our plots and development of the site. If we keep quiet these guys will not do any thing becoz they are full busy in cheating innocent people in the name of DTCP plots ...Request to all please don't fall in trap of vision pride real estate developers ...Just think once and stay out side their office see how many innocent people they will call in the name of gift and Anniversary . As we received complaint in Legal forum from few customers who purchased plots in Kacharam village Nr govt school at ALAIR Mandal Yadagiriguta sub register office...On basis of complaint received from victim of vision pride infra services who sold Dtcp plots at KACHARAM VILLAGE ...We went there and physically verified the same there is no Development in same venture from past 2 years we all are shocked that even some plots are Missing in site. More ever we are in confusion how Concern authorities are given Dtcp permission These guys are already sold all plots with out single development nor perfect position to their clients...Its clearly understand how these guys are cheating innocent people in the Name of open plots .We all requesting concern authorities to Take action on this Company Vision pride Real estate Developers...

Me also experienced same with vision pride real estate developers they called me told that i won a surprise gift in lucky draw of their company anniversary which they will celebrate daily...that i came to know when i went to collect gifts from their office i saw so many people like me .My husband is shocked and told them to give the gifts but they refused to give and insisted to attend 45 minutes launching programme...we are forced tp attend that seminar were almost 6 family couples are sitting in one Hall and briefing about their company and trying to convivence us to invest the amount in their company and we refused and came out they given footpath side glass bowl sets which cost you in local market 30 ruppes and one silver foil memento which cost you 30 ruppes both put together its cost you 60 ruppes for that cheap gifts dont waste your valuable time...its completely Fraud..dont fall in their trap...its big scam several companies and closed after collecting huge amounts from the Innocent people...

These guys are totally doing fraud business calling innocent people in the name of Gifts and anniversaries giving cheap gifts and collecting money from them in the name of club memberships and open plots...Making fool innocent people all are Mastermind cheaters their main aim is to cheat the innocent people...there are lot of victims who are facing problems with vision pride real estate developers...They are in such position that They are managing local police station and doing fraud business...I got some photos how these guys are enjoying public money...Dont trust these guys and dont fall in their Trap..

Me also invited in same way by calling us in the name of first anniversary nothing is there like that these Frauds celebrate daily they call 20 to 30 couples and sit them in a hall with background music system they them selves create such a scene that they are genuine service providers. Friends I'm also experienced same .My wife received the call and they said that we are selected for a special gift on their anniversary and told us to collect the gifts from their Rajbhavan road office...I told them that i will send my son to collect the same but denied and said to us only couples should come and collect the gifts. So i and my wife went to their office to collect the gifts .Once i went to their office in 3rd floor I'm shocked becoz like us they are more couples came for gift collection. I requested for gift but they said they will give presentation for 45 minutes and requested me to switched off my mobile phone...i also agreed that also then they take me to one hall their are lots of Tables were couples were sitting and listening to Sales executives...Initially I'm little bit confused but later i came to understand that they are making every one fool...by calling in the name of gifts...These guys are playing with emotional feelings of Middle class family's ...in the name of gifts...please don't fall in their Trap they promise lots of things like holidays packages, club memberships, Insurance and open plots which is far away from city almost 60 to 70 kms far away value of that plot is nothing...worst expirence in my Life with vision pride infra services...why becoz they give me footpath glass bowl set & Silver Foil Plastic item all put together its cost you not more than 100rs...But i spent 200 rs for petrol and more than that my Valuable time...so once Again i request All not to fall in their Trap ...

My self imran and i have taken membership in vision pride infra services it's at somajiguda and they make me so confused on that day so i came in trap i have paid them after that i make a enquiry about this company so i got to know that it's a fake company and the owner have so many chetting cases on him shiva kumar and he is hiding him from all cases he is a big thief that's he and his whole family from there grand father's they are cheating public it's there family business to cheat public and he put two thiefs names as a partners shantosh kumar ([protected]) and vamshi krishna [protected]

We received a call saying we are celebration our anniversary and you got gifts in a luck draw and asked to collect them. Once we reach there they have explained about the offers they are providing and for that you will get one land of 110yrds and you need to pay 25000/-.in future if we don't like the land they are giving we will return paid amount. Then also we hesitate to take that but the marketing people that were at that time have convinced...
