I have booked StarTek RD Service Registration of Biometric Device Service - RD Service for StarTek FM 220 .I have paid the amount through debit card.
the transaction has done and amount has debited from my account but in my orders it is showing the status of the product is failed.
I am not getting my amount back.even the customer care number is not responding.

I am not receive my mobile phone after replacement

They give us wrong phone when i complain they asked for replacement then they take phone after this they don't response my calls and mails.

I had ordered a headphone on november 10th from vle bazaar.in and i called them everyday and they kept telling it will be dispatched but it never reached, theyre not even confirming my order after payment.. The status is still showing pending and i asked for cancellation and refund they are telling it's not possible.. Now they're saying the product is out of stock.. Please help me out of this fraud..

VLE bazaar owners are fraudsters, looters & cheaters. Guys dont book any order in https://vlebazaar.in/.
I booked an order vide order ID 293948, still not shipped. I raised a ticket in their website but no response. customer service number doesn't work properly. nobody attends the call and take complaint.
since they are looters & fraudsters, they have not provdied CoD payment option, order cancellation option is also not available.
Pukkah fraudster company. everyindian should boycott this company, because they loot our hard-earned money. these dont have shame also.

ordered item not delivered
I have ordered "mcafee anti-virus - 1 pc, 1 year (Activation key card)" for rs 99 from vle bazaar on 6th november. It was mentioned that it will be delivered via e-mail but after that, i've tried contacting them on whatsapp support for help but they are just seeing the messages and don't bother to reply to the query. I also asked for refund if they can't deliver the order but no one is responding.

Complaint marked as Resolved After calling the customer care so many times they finally generated the activation code and sent it via Email.

not refunded on proper way of e-commerce

I wish to ordered a biometric finger print device but mistakenly i ordered (#22876) for its registration services and the order took process without a serial no of products after the 24 hrs i got an revert mail of order pending due to product serial number, than i tried to cancel my order online but poor website only have option to cancel which is not working. I called to customer care to cancel the order and process the refund in my card which i used to pay, but the lady denied and said registration services cancellation will only credit back into your wallet and can only use for repurchase, means the amount not credited/revert in my card and also i cant withdraw it from wallet.
