I have made an order from westside app and paid 625 for that.but ther was no response so I cancelled and the app says just cancelled and nothing about the refund I have tried to reach the many time but the customer service is so poor .. I lost my money such a fraudulent app

Westside is a fraud . I cancelled my order on 15th august 2022. But not Received any mail or communications regarding my refund .
They are the fraudsters.

I am struggling with these orders for a long time. I have written several mails and...

I ordered t shirt on westside through Tata neu app on[protected] and paid R.S. 359 through phonepay. Order generated and immediately cancelled due to technical issue.
I raise the complaint regrding refund many times but stilll not received.

I have ordered a joggers and a T-shirt from westside.
After 5 days I got delivered only joggers and T-shirt was in my confirmed order page saying it’s about to be packed. 10 days have passed still no response. I have tried email, phone, Instagram and other contact numbers from the site no one answered.

But in reality when my joggers were about to be shipped even after 3 days I got a reply to me mail that my order will be delivered on time .

But after that got delivered no one was replying to any emails.

No option for cancellation of order or guarantee that I will get refund.
Very good way to make common people fool.

Very frustrating and untrustworthy website.

but quality of fabric is poor so
i have returned my ordered parcel through shiprocket ( Westside has received your return order with ID R_277299_3917076 ). i have sent mail many times to your mail id [protected]@trent-tata.com. please refund our amount urgently.

Order no #298876 item has been delivered in complete damaged. I raised concern through mail for the same and even visited the store but they denied from accepting item as they don't have grocery section in store and suggested me to contact the customer care. I mailed so many times more than 15 mails and unlimited calls for which there is no reply till date..i got a reply on mail once stating to submit the item at store...despite stating the store issue..

I ordered on 7 th August 3 products.
The website did not show dispatch for 10 days so I tried calling customer care no reply from them.
And when they picked up they said my order has been cancelled due to technical issues.
I have not received my refund.
It has been more than 25 days
I don't know what to do.

I ordered from Westside on 7 th August 2022.. i waited patiently but the order was not dispatched even after 10 days.
I tried calling the customer care nobody responded. I mailed them numerous times
And then when they picked up they said order has been cancelled due to technical issues. I asked for my refund. He said it will be refunded. It has not been refunded it has been more than 20 days. I don't know what to do.
My money is stuck.

I had purchase two tops on 4/8/22, one of which was delivered to me. The other one was not delivered even after 4-5 days, hence I cancelled it. I received the refund but for some unexplained reason it was 70 Rs less. But I am complaining about the top which was delivered to me. It is one size bigger than I would like. Now the website does not have any options for return or exchange. When we contact us on their cust care numbers, they are perenially busy, with no one answering them. I have written multiple mails, but they have made a computerised response asking 2 days time to respond, but never do. It's almost 20 days now but no resolution is in site.

Please help me to get someone to speak to them or just close down your website.

Have ordered Nuon Jeans price of 899/-Rs. while ordering got the message that the amount had been deducted but I have not received any order placement message.
and in order history also I don't see any order information under the account.

I have placed order for 3 products out of which I only received 1 that too in 12 days so I cancelled the other 2 and did not get refund for the same. It has been 14 days now. I can’t get in touch with them through mails or calls.

Westside frauding via online sale..i ordered 5 items from westside via paid payment...for many couple days they deliverd any anything.then i tried customer number no response no response on mail too..then they cancel my order.that ok for me but still no reply on how i back my money
No business ethics every where i see negative review of westside (online)
I order online i thought its a brand company but i am wrong these people mentally harassing me.waste my time and spoil my day for which i ordered the thing

I ordered(307799)few kitchenware from Westside official site worth Rs 6553 and the amount was pre-paid but the order is still not received. Neither the amount is refunded nor the products are delivered. Customer care is not respinding. THID IS REALLT ANNOYIBG. I want my money back

They have taken money through online portal but did not deliver the product .
They are not responding to any mails, calls, or messages.

I placed an order on 12th august 2022 but i had to cancel the order after half an hour of purchase . The website shows the order is cancelled but i haven’t received any email regarding the cancellation of the order. I have emailed them many times, i called their customer care and i even texted them in instagram . I haven’t received any response still . They are actually scamming the money . Its been 1 week and i still haven’t received my money nor did the product

I ordered 3 products from Westside online. They delivered only 1 product.they took payment in advance online and didn't deliver the product also. Now they are not responding to any mails or calls. This is stealing. They took my money and didn't even deliver the product.

I ordered one top on 6th August from westside website (Order ID 306884), delivery was expected in 3-5 days as per website policy however it's been 12 days already and no update on order status/shipment. Even after multiple followups on email, no one reached out to me or share any update. Thing is I already made payment and it was expensive.

I have ordered 4 items from Westside online store on 22nd July'22. My order ID Is 276722.
The next day of ordering, it got canceled from their side and I havent notified about the same. After some days, on checking my order status, I got to know about cancelation. I called support care team and they asked me to wait for 7-10business days for the refund.
Today it's been around 24days, I haven't received my refund in the payment...

I had purchased items of Rs.8723/- and my card was debited and next day I received a mail asking me to complete my order. I have the card debited message which I forwarded thru my mail. Not able to get a response in customer care. Pls check confirm and revert at the earliest.

I ordered white sneakers from westside. com last week and I haven't received my order.
I tried calling on customer care and no one responded and when I cancelled my order no bank account details were asked from me.
Very pathetic service and wont recommemd anyone to buy from here.
