My transaction got failed 3 times in westside kormangala forum mall on 6th october 2019 around 10:30pm it has already been more than 15 days they said that u will receive money within 48 hours i was waiting haven't got it, and later on i paid cash for the material which i purchased. I spoke to my bank as well they said that u need to initiate the refund than only they will be...

Westside always charges for paper bags and says that it's in the company policy. When we tell them that it's against the rules, they put up an argument and act rude. Despite telling them multiple times that charging for carry bags is against the rule, they don't budge and still charge for them. I've been seeing this for more than a couple of years....

We shop twice in a year at westside sigra vns to avail birthday discount..in march 2018 i purchased a dress for my daughter which she did not like but i failed to bring it in my further shopping... Today only i took that article to exchange as there is no question exchange policy for gold card holders but the staff and manager denied..

I went to the westside store in a mall, after purchasing a pair of shoes, they added the cost of the carry bag in the bill provided.

Although it has been recently clarified by the consumer commission that company cannot charge the cost of the carry bag from the customer for going green.

I got a msg on my membership enrolled mobile number. Which mentioned a special discount on my birthday week upto 31march, 2019.
