Hello,
I was trying to place an order on westside.com on 06th Aug, 2022. While doing payment, the money got deducted from my gpay account and I got confirmation from gpay that money got successfully credited in westside account.
But I didn’t get any order confirmation or refund yet.
After multiple calls and emails, they are not responding on any channel.
Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

Hello,
I placed an order at westside for products worth 3690 INR. Money was deducted from my account but i received no order confirmation. I have the transaction id for the payment too- [protected] the payment was done by gpay and they confirmed the payment was sucessfully made to Westside. Request an order confimation from them. I even mailed them and called them. There’s no proper response !

Similar incident happened with me, I've placed one order worth Rs3774 on 2nd aug and till now they haven't updated me on my order. Today I cancelled all of the items, so now dont know what'll happen.

Store Manager not in store in duty time

Hi, i visited Electronic city westside store to return a product purchased online. In the website app it specifically says you can return a product in the store if you wish to do so. However the person in CSD is denying the same. Further, when requested to call the store manager i got a response that he is not in the store.

I placed Orders for 4 items under Order #278625, 3 items are delivered and 1 item is Cancelled automatically.
Issue:
1. I would like to return the three items delivered because of size issues, however, the option is not visible on the Wesitside.com website. Also, the support numbers are of no use. No one is responding.

Membership card renewal fraud

I visited indiranagar bengalore Westside store on 22nd July 2022. Billing person forced me to renew membership card by saying it is free of cost . He renewed membership and i came back home n checked bill there was a renewal fee . I want my refund as well as strict action for this fraud.

Brought clothes worth Rs 1198 from westside and tried to pay thorugh gpay. My friend tried first the transaction showed pending. Then i tried the results were the same. Then my friend teie dagain and the payment got through. Both our transactions got througj by midnight. So basically rs 1198 was debited 2 time ectra than was required. We went to the store next day and complained about it. They said they havw to send and email to the head office and then money will be debited ina week or maximum of two. After two weeks, since there was no credit we went back and asked them and then they repeated the same thing about sending an email to the head office. We told them that they are repeating the same thing for the previous two weeks. Then after few minutes, the same person came and told that the email was sent on that very day we first came and that it is shown that our account was already credited with the money. But till this day it has not. The transaction took place on 16 february 2022. And now it is june.

One staff member misbehaved

One of the staff member name Mr harpreet Singh misbehaved with me and with my little kids which is 5 and half other is 1 and half in westside, westernmall, ludhiana, punjab. He said very bad words about kids to me. Other staff members were telling him to stop but he was not ready to give up, he was saying more add on bad things. Then i took stand and complaint to department manager about this, i just want immediate action but they were not able to handle it properly, infact they were inefficient to calm him down and have apology because he used very bad words about kids. While i was complaing to manager, he was saying such bad things from distance in front of other staff members. They were putting their hands on his mouth to shut down, but he was not ready. I think this man is having some behaviour issue with the kids as i was in kids area and doing shopping for them only.

I bought a dress from westside just before lockdown. .but since it was lockdown i didnt happen to wear it and once everything got relaxed i wore the dress and hand washed it once in soft genteel and observed some unual tiny spots on the whole dress ...i got back to westside with the same but since the time had lapsed i did not get the support but am quite unhappy with the quality of the product offered by westside...its...

Ordered a jeans worth Rs 999 on 16th jan and still not delivered. Order no 149544. Written so many mails, called helpline but no resolution. Everytime they tell that we are escalating u wil get revert in 2 days. Cheating completely. No option of refund on online portal.

I am not able to place the return on a tshirt that I ordered. And when i called up customer service, they just said they will look into it. Furthermore, they stopped replying to the mails that i sent them regarding this issue. Refund is also not credited into my bank account, but they send me emails saying that the refund has been received....

On April 18th 2020 i made some purchse from west side with total cost of Rs: 4996.00. Due to this COVID situation we were decided to not to cancel the order so after one day when we call customer care to cancel our order then they suggestged me to dont accept the order when they deliverd, instead of canceling the order. we said yes and did the same thing like when delivery body tried to deliver the order we simply rejected the order. From then we were fighting for refund. then we got only Rs:1099 only as part of refund. waiting and fighting for the remaining amout of Rs3897. sent so many emails and called somany times but there is no use. Customer care simply saying that we are working on tis issue and there is no update after that.
Please take some action on this type of companies.

No Return Request Pick-up Available

I had ordered 2 kurtas from the online Westside site (https://www.westside.com/) and they delivered both of them to my home address. But when I wanted to return one of the kurtas back to them, I tried searching their website for an option to return the product and get a refund. But there is no option for customers to place any return requests for the purchases. So I emailed them saying all these, then the reply was - "If I need to return the purchase then I need to go offline directly to any of their stores and return it in their store itself and then I will receive the refund within 7-8 days". There is only one Westside store in Ernakulam, that too very far from the place where I live, so only for returning this product I need to go to their store? This is really sad that a store which has an online purchasing option, doesn't have any pickup for return request?

Paid twice for an order
On Nov 1st 2021 I purchased clothes and accessories for rs. 5356. I tried to pay bill via phonepe but the transaction was in pending mode and amount got debited from my account. We paid bill using other card as the old transaction was in pending mode and amount will get refunded. Can you please refund the money?

I have purchased products online from Westside website itself, because of their server issue I wasn’t able to return it online.So as per customer care request I had returned the product at store.I was told I’ll be getting a full refund amount, but store provided me with a credit note which is valid till only for 6 months.
Technically I should get a refund as I had purchased the product online and refund is provided within 7 days of return.
And generally I shop online so credit note is of no use to me

Regarding Bluffing and Misbehaving by Bathinda Staff

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter due to utter chaos created by your Bathinda Staff. Me and my husband visited your store in Dec 20 and did shopping of 31000 Aproxx. The very next day, We flew to Dubai and on our return we checked our articles from current purchase and shocked to see the forgery done by your staff. First of he added one of his know’s mobile number for reward points. Secondly, he added few articles (Like Christmas Tree Decoration, Ladies Footwear, etc) saying Its free on your purchase
Whereas everything was charged
•| complained about this but neither Mr. Nikunj or Mr Saravpreet did anything. After this incident I visited store 3 to 4 times for shopping and I got same reply that we have maked a mail regarding the same. Atleast 2 times Mr. Sarabpreet misbehaved with me.
Today again I went to purchase goods. I asked for the resolution, he again started telling stories .
When I asked for complaints register, he said I don’t have any register and said ' Aap online check kar lena
Ever your guard is misbehaving with customers and asking Rs 15 for a disposable mask.
Kindly resolve it on priority otherwise I have to share this on social media as well as I will move to the Supreme Court.

It has been a horrible experience visiting your store at westside at Zsquare mall, Kanpur where i was walking in with my daughter carrying swwetcorn cup in my hand. I was stopped at gate asking that eatables are not allowed inside whereas there was no sign of same. When asked for the rulebook, it was not available. I have also taken images of entrance, but there was no sign of eatables not allowed. On asking the manager, Mr. Kapil of rulebook, he refused of having the same and bluntly said to complaint against him online. It seems he is not at all concerned about store performance and customer service. I would request to take a strict action and ask him to write an apology to me personally or else i would have to take this on social platform which i really dont want to do.

Inability to Deliver items and making excuses
Ordered items on Westside Online shop. The item got shipped but never got delivered. All i get is messages from XPBEES stating i am not available at home or I asked for some open delivery etc.
I work from home, and in COVID times do you really think i will roam outside?
I just want the refund on the order as i have been receiving messages from the courier stating i am not available for three days now.

delivered wrong lakme mousse

The lakme salesgirl gave me wrong shade 08 medium toffee because of whice i m looking so black after applying that mousse.. I have all the details of my bill

amount got debited twice didn't get refund

My transaction got failed 3 times in westside kormangala forum mall on 6th october 2019 around 10:30pm it has already been more than 15 days they said that u will receive money within 48 hours i was waiting haven't got it, and later on i paid cash for the material which i purchased. I spoke to my bank as well they said that u need to initiate the refund than only they will be able to process.
Please refund my money asap.

company is charging for carry bags

Westside always charges for paper bags and says that it's in the company policy. When we tell them that it's against the rules, they put up an argument and act rude. Despite telling them multiple times that charging for carry bags is against the rule, they don't budge and still charge for them. I've been seeing this for more than a couple of years.
