Hi,
I ordered 4 products( 3 I added in the cart and 1gift)
Order id : 1627270 i ordered on 3 june 2021

Products were
1 Rose body wash
2 hair vanish SENSITIVE
3 Freedom cleansing foam wash
4 Aloevera Face wash ( free gift)
Attached details in the pics
But I recieved only three products first of all THAT TOO ALL OF THEM WRONG ONES😠😠😠
Product I received were
1 retinol serum(I never even saw that product)
2 alovera face wash ( extra gift i never ordered that)
3 Hair vanish (normal NOT SENSITIVE ONE)
I tried calling them, mailed them they opened the tickets also but nothing done so i kept calling them and finally once they picked the call they said products will be picked in 3 days but still nothing happened and and no refund nothing. I have placed an order (Id 1509376) with Wow science online site for 3 onion shampoos with price of 848/-. I'm supposed to receive 3 shampoos in the delivery box. However I have received only one shampoo. Other 2 shampoos not received. I have approached the customer care multiple times but issue not resolved. I have mailed to wow customer care. Ticket have been reaised, days passed but no communication or status known. Kindly look into the issue.

Always put u on hold of a waiting list of 25 and i[censored] really wait they end up cutting the call

I ordered wow Onion Hair shampoo and hairoil on May 7 2021 which billed 798/- and payment was done by Paytm but I haven't received any order placed message but the amount is deducted from my bank account (kbl) I would hereby request you to see through the issue as soon as possible

I ordered multiple products from the wow skin science app under the order id 743676_50529097. They claim that they have delivered the products however i never received them. Nobody from the delivery team called or contacted me in any manner. They never delivered the products on the mentioned address. The app and the site shows that my order has been completed. Now they are not responding to my calls on their customer care number. Please help me either get my money refunded or products delivered.

I had placed an order for the above mentioned product dated 12th oct, 19. As per offer there was a combo of shampoo and conditioner but when i opened the packet i just found the shampoo and no conditioner bottle were available. Please take necessary steps. Conditioner bottle need to be send at the same address cause with out that its no use of shampoo.
