Sir i have refilled my fastrecharge wallet 300 rupees through my bank account of state bank of india with transition id[protected]ig0cidxum7 it had got cut from my account but not reached to my fast recharge wallet so sir plz contact me at [protected] and email id – [protected]@gmail.com plz sir reply as soon as possible and sir please do something of my problem and give some solution.

    Someone hacked my oxigen wallet and did transaction with www.fastrecharge.com. I registered complaint in fastrecharge website. But no reply or solution given. So please look into it and cancel the transaction and refund my money.       Hello - I saw the above site on the net and since i had to recharge my ITZ cash card very badly i went through www.fastrecharge.com which uses ABC Payment gateway and made the payment of Rs.275 (250 for recharge currency and 25 as service charge). They sent me a PIN and asked me to use that to recharge my card. I found out that there is no such option to recharge anything using their PIN, i sent several mails but they never responded with a resolution. I also contacted ITZ, Mobile providers, Dish tv as per their site and no one is aware of such site nor PIN. I want to register a complaint and make them realise that they will have to end up with severe punishment for cheating online consumers. Can someone help me to do so? Please mail me if you need any info to help me at [protected]@gmail.com

      I fully agree with Rakesh.I made a payment of around 800rs through ABC payments but never ever received any PIN to recharge my cell.Wrote an email to the given mail id as well, but no reply yet.Even i was waiting for money to get automatically credited to my account but it didnt happen.I just want to know is there any way we can get the refund.Please help.

      Even i had a same problem, Recharge pin was not received but i sent a mail to fastrecharge, then they have resent my pin, I got reply very quickly...In this customer support i really appreciate them.

      Airtel — Cheating customers with fraudulent in their website

      As per given in Airtel's website ,done a top up of 110rs and didn't get any talk time as mentioned in their website on calling up the customer care i got the info that it was an offer recharge and not as listed in their website,neither the dealer nor the airtel is co-operative and ready for a rollback.I regret for being with the airtel and praising about the service of airtel to my friends,feels like cheated by airtel.As number portability is implemented ,will persuade others and will myself ditch airtel and move to some other better network.

      I used fast recharge option 4 times for recharging my airtel and bsnl phone four timesthrough netbanking .An amount of Rs 110([protected])+110([protected])+110([protected])+50([protected]) has been debited from my account but recharging not done .Kindly make arrangements to refund the above amounts.

An amount of Rs. 50 ([protected]) date 19/05/2014 Transaction Ref No IGU4802870 Order Number: FR[protected] and Date - 24/05/2014 Transaction Ref No- IGU6961468 Order Number: FR[protected] has been debited from my account but recharge not done. Kindly make arrangement to refund the above amounts.
