Dear Team,

This is to let you know that we have purchased the REDMI 11 PRO +5G phone 10 days back, Its has lot of defects.

1. Get auto switched off when not in use for long time
2. Touchpad is not working properly.
3. Cannot access the apps because of poor sensor of the touch pad.
4. Can't even reboot the phone.
5. The touch pad is flickering and is creating a chaos on the screen...

Dear sir,

I had placed an order for mi 4x tv (55 inches) through mi.com and got it delivered through blue dart courier on 6th feb, i placed a request for a tv installation and got the person very next day.. As the service person was installing the tv it got damaged, immediately i informed the customer service and raised a complaint. I was told that i will be getting a new tv immediately but no response from them.
