We have been issued a new debit card, but when we are making a transaction using Debit card

the OTP is going to the old number(+91 [protected]) which we changed in the past .
new no : [protected]

So the OTP should come to new no but its going to old no as above .

this is being re iterated to bank multiple times, but they don't want to respond from last two weeks since we received the card...

From last 1 month, recovery agent of Yesbank Credit Card are Mis-behaving with me and my family. and defaming acts are being performed by recovery agents of Yes Bank - Mr. Rahul...

This is Manjunatha and I am using Yesbank credit card, and the card number is [protected].
This month I made a delay in making a yesbank credit card payment, the reason is I lost my job but when the Yesbank collection executive called me I told them I am going to make the minimum due amount 26th march evening and they agreed.
but within one hour of my conversation 2 executives went to my village and discussed all unwanted...

I HAVEN'T APPLIED FOR A MORATORIUM and yet I received an email for a revised Repayment Schedule.

My account is set for an auto deduct every month and when you guys didn't deduct the EMI, I have personally followed up with Rohit to get the payment/ EMI deducted.

I don't know how your system is not updated with the payments that you guys have taken for the months of April, May, June and July.

Sir in the evening i visited my yes bank branch to update my rmn with my credit card but bank officials acted in a bad way. Please help. I am in very frustration against that staff. But banks has send ecs for clearance because of no balance they charged charges for the same.

Hi, i had my credit card with yesbank were i had 5 months due amount pending in the month of october the collection executive had visted my house to collect the cash i informed him to change it to emi he told me that he will change it to 3 emi 1st emi i have paid cash of 9570/.. And 2nd &3rd emi i have paid 20094/.. Later im receiving mails from bank stating that my card is in blocked status and due amount is pending and the collection executive...

I have closed my personal loan numbered pln[protected] on 18/09/2019 and i am now asking for statement of accounts for the same. Its been 7 days and i am not getting it they are just telling me that it will another 2 days whenever i am calling them up.
I want the statement as i am applying for loan in other bank and they need the soa showing the cheque clearance and loan closure.

i have given my aadhar proof at my branch in faridabad for change of address in september 2017 and again i have filled application for change of address and have sent to chennai office by speed post in 2017 october for the same credit card redeem points address...

I opened one Yes bank savings account with help of relationship manager(Y.Vijaya Lakshmi) when i am opening the account she told me that " for a Quarter (3 Months) you have to make a 10K Credit Transactions to avoid charges " . I thought it is fine i can make it. so i gave 10K cheque to her open that account.

But after 3 months i found some charges (Rs 400/- nearly) in my Bank account i called to customer care for that and...

It's been a month and yet my refund has been included in my account. I had a refund of rs 700-800 approx from Amazon which they initiated on 15 Feb itself. I have waited more than a week for it. Now they are not even replying to the mails. Nor have I received and call back from their side. Thugs they are, all of them. The customer care too are least bothered and not replying to any mails. Ideally any mail should be reverted within a day....
