I ordered shoes from an online company named zeepershop.com on 4 sep, 2019. The site asked me for pre payment ₹511 order no - 1015758 and i did it. I received a confirmation mail regarding my order and was informed that i'll get my order within 10 to 12 days but it's been more and i haven't received my order. I tried to contact the company through the provided mail i'd but no response was given....

I order online shopping with zeepershop.com on 1 of september now is almost a month now they did not deliver my shoes which i order but not only that i send that mail and i call them today and ask them why my order not deliver they saying that servers was down but it not true
Nd now they telling me to do my g pay account or phone pe account links with there links so they can send my order and i saw lot of complain about website today...
