I am existing user of axis bank customer and i applied newly axis bank credit card as per norms of zingoy website mentioned cashback eligiblity. Cashback newly customer 1500 rs. & existing user rs. 1125/- but I had applied via zingoy axis bank credit card then merchant deny say multi card in which mentioned zingoy website already mentioned cashback eligible existing user also rs. 1125 attach screenshot zingoy mail...

I am waiting for my amount of rs.4100 from 10th dec. On this date my vouchers sold out & zingoy recd this amount but not processed to my account after 27 days. They are keeping money with them & cheating with customer. This is new type of fraud in the online market. I request consumer forum to look into this & take strict action. There are no customer care no. Also....

I have ordered of pepperfry gift card what rupees 1000 from zingoy.com on 1 sep, 2018. According to their website policy gift card should be delivered within 2-3 businesses days. But it has been more than 7 business days my order is still pending. Order i'd :- 1380773. I have mailed them many a times but their customer service is not replying to my mails. So i want them to either give me my gift card or refund my money back as soon as possible....
