On sep 7, 2020 i booked lehanga of rs 199 as shown in zmartly website and paid by online banking. Got mail by rapozoy that my payment is sucessful. After that item is not delivered....

I ordered a product.. And pay the amount of rs. 199 on 3rd september... But still not get my product... Where is my product?...

I ordered for 2 saree on 17 September and Paid hrough Razor pay.
Nothing received nor the refund even no message from UNknown people
this is certainly suspicious and may be Fraud . more over no confirmed address available, all False even Razor pay is also doubtful, i asked the account no and other details where they transferred money to file a complaint
but did not provide

I had ordered one suit to you named as Jyoti., H. No 51 Ekta nagar chugitti and also made payment through debit card but not received yet. Almost one month has been passed away....

I ordered some dresses on zmartly.in before 25 days and already paid for the products but i have not received any confirmation mail or msg and not received any product yet. I also complaint through mail 2-3 times but not get any respond....

I ordered 10 different dresses on the Zmartly website

I paid Rs 1890 online as there was no cash on delivery option

Still I could not get the product

The option to cancel the product and the return policy are not available on this site....

I have to cancel this order as i have filed a number of complaints against the online site zmartly.com.
So, payment of rs. 547 / - should be refunded.

As many complaints are known that the dress ordered and the ഡ്രസ്സ്‌ received are different and there is no return policy, the amount should be refunded....

Order items last Sunday got the order number but no tracking now.. The customer care number and the other contact number showing is not contactable.
