I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

    I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

      My two daughters are studying byju's but they are not responding my phone call or doing nothing about this. I have already deposited the rs. 18, 000.00and i have the recipet and the emi due date is 5.1.2019 of rs.8500+8500of both the daughter please stop the amount of emi

        I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list...

          My parents bought a course for 16, 000 bucks for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet...

            I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

              I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

                I am a cat aspirant with byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries.                   I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                      I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

                          I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

                            I have enrolled my both the daughters namely bishnu priya hati & suniti hati in byju's program. After going through & testing the same. I found that it does not suits my daughters choice study. I tested the program & my daughters compatibility, & found that they are not taking any kind of interest in the program or lectures given by byju's, hence. I want to cancel/surrender the same. I have deposited rs.18, 000.00 & in return had received two tablets. As per agreement/provision kindly cancel both the enrollment plan & request to return the amount paid,. I. E, rs.18, 000.00 as soon as possible also stop the recover of installment rs.8500.00 due date of 5.1.2019. I have been contacting the councellor mr. Aadhar bisaria since one week but his respond is not proper. So kindly do the needful for the cancellation as requested above.

                              I registered a course for my son as per the advice of one the customer executive of buju's learning. He told me that the course is absolutely free for the first 15 days and i can cancell that before that. I contacted them many a times before that period through mail and call, the reply from their side was the cancellation team will contact us. But no body contacted me and i tried again and agian but the result was same. Now its beyond 15 days and an emi amount started to apply on bank account. I want to register a complaint towards byju's learning for their irresponsible and cheating behaviour and i need to stop this emi application in account.                                 I placed an order for gmat course but i have received is not gmat but cat course. How can anyone goo[censored]p with gmat and cat. I am pretty sure you guys have different people for both the courses.

                                This has to be sorted with utmost priority that you could give. Time is running out and i dont want to bear the burnt of your goo[censored]p.

                                  I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                    This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues.                                       I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get.

                                        I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.
