My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last week. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet....

I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....

I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help....

Byjusapp senior teacher contacted us through phone on 4th december 2018 and told us my daughter akshaya k manoj has secured a scholarship. So he needs to come to our house for the second round of exam. I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying....

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund....

I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix...

Byju's is an app which gives basis of the subject physics, maths, chemistry n biology n for others we need to go for other options. Staff promise something until to take the package n does entirely oppositevof it. No follow ups no track of the student n improvement would be shared. Physic teaching videos are not understable as the teacher fumble while teaching... It is one way conversation. If a student has a doubt on source of explanation...

The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked...

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.....

I purchased maharashtra ssc board 9th and 10th standard app for my daughter, mentor came to my home and explained the details, but he never said that we don't have ssc maharashtra board lessons, they sent tab and 2 sd cards too. Its working was perfect, but the problem, it was cbsc board, most of the cbsc and ssc board common chapter is same, but teaching and answer method is deferent. I have booked your learning apps in last month. And given a token money 1000. But till date material not recd. I have already mail to your teacher regarding this matter. I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly.
