We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

    I have purchased byjus product appx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
    I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling cx support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

      Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

        I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

          I am cat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

            I write this in disgust of byju's tablet course. To those who are unsure of byju's, treat this as an eye-opener. One month ago a woman badgered my into buying the tablet course with the usual last day to avail offer bull. I come from a middle class family and 26k wasn't too easy to pay. But i rushed my parents and we tried paying online but their portal didn't work for three days. They asked us to go to their office which is about 25 km from my house, and we paid. Then the wait began. They said i should have my books and tablet in 7 days. The woman stopped answering my calls, my texts and emails. There was no way i could track my material. I reached to so many employees, each more unhelpful than the rest. I finally found one guy who sort of helped me. He tried contacting this woman several times, but in vain. This is how commercial they're. And i have called, yelled, emailed a hundred times but i still haven't received my tablet. Each time, they have a new excuse. They don't even know where it is. It breaks my heart to see my parents worry about the money. The course expires next jan but there's nobody who'll extend mine even though i haven't received it in three weeks. While they draw fat paychecks, it's people like me who suffer. Our emi is getting cut every month. Who will compensate me for a month? I lost three weeks of preparation too. One of the worst staff, logistics and utterly disgusting organization i have had the misfortune to invest my money in.

              Have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard.
              Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

              Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.

                Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months. Exams are due in 2 months & they are sitting relaxed as if they have no responsibility. This company is a cheat.

                  The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. Which i find weird since they are having the money for both the classes in advance then why they are holding up the sd card for class 7.
                  Tab + sd crad was sent to my with payment mode as cash on delivery but on invoice it is written prepaid which makes the thing more weird and doubtful though i still have the invoice but there is no mention of byju's classes on it. The only proof i have is their sd card. Please help me to get back at least half of the money of class 7. I dont want to continue with their classes.

                    I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.
                    According to them they deliver there order with 7 days but that has not been the case here. It has been more than the standard delivery time.

                      I had purchased the products on 4th december 2018 and received the 9th standard course on 20th december 2018 till date mentor and byjus team member had not contacted with us. Then i send email 📧 to byjus for cancellation and refund the amount on 27th december 2018 many times later next day one person megha told us refund is not possible because 15 days is over. Now i don't want above products but nobody is responding they knowingly extending the date and sanctions the loan before 15 days trial due to all this i am suffering from mental trauma. Please cancel application immediately.

                        I feel cheated. A employee from byjus came for the product demo. The product seemed to be nice and my daughter was interested so the enrollment for class 9 was done. And he told me to continue this up to 10th std the amount quoted for the product by the counselor was 30 k for which i agreed. Process the amount on that day night. That is on 6th dec but to my surprise got notification stating 2600 has been debited as emi from my bajaj card. Since then i have been calling the counselor but have received no update.

                        Please help me and request you to refund the amount from byjus
                        We talk to byjus mrs priyanka to refund the amout butvv she told its not possible to refund
                        We not satisfied the product and my daughter also not understand the product

                          I just received the Byjus product. Though I received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                          Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                          It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                          The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                            Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice.

                            I was convinced by navini naurahee one of the managers said that my test period of 15 days will start from jan 2nd.
                            But i got a call recently that my emi will deducted from Jan 2nd. I would like to cancel entire program right now

                            But there is no support from BYJUS

                              I have taken byjus product for my son for 10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list. Hope the brand ambassador mr shahrukh khan is also listening.

                                Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                                I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

                                    I am really surprised by the pathetic customer care service that your organisation is offering. Inspite of sending the email below and innumerable phone calls for the past 2 weeks, there has been no action from your end. Not even an explanation why the order was not delivered and why i cannot cancel my order. But yes.. You have not failed to debit the money from my account promptly.

                                    This is very disgraceful for an educational institution to go to this level of money making. I am going to report this with the consumer complaints and the social media and will make sure none of my acquaintances avail your services.

                                      I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                                        I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                                        Kindly check and see what is to be done.
