We have been experiencing total ignorance from byju's inspite of sending repeated reminders by my daughter who is in 12th science taking her board exams soon in 2019. They charged money but i can feel the pinch now and can never recommend anyone. The mentor a;llotted is not responding

No one from their top management is bothered to neither take up the issue nor instructing their employees to reply to emails....

Please note that i enrolled my daughter for 8th std package and i paid the fees in full. We got to know after 4 classes that the portions are not icse but cbse. We sent a note to byjus to withdraw. No one got back to us for 3 months and they were very rude in the conversation. Every area manager needs to check with superiors for refund. It's been a year and no refund so far...

I have booked your learning apps in last month. And given a token money 1000. But till date material not recd. I have already mail to your teacher regarding this matter. I purchased maharashtra ssc board 9th and 10th standard app for my daughter, mentor came to my home and explained the details, but he never said that we don't have ssc maharashtra board lessons, they sent tab and 2 sd cards too. Its working was perfect, but the problem, it was cbsc board, most of the cbsc and ssc board common chapter is same, but teaching and answer method is deferent. I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix...

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund....

My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this....

We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. I am cat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. Which i find weird since they are having the money for both the classes in advance then why they are holding up the sd card for class 7.
