On 12-Jan-2019 a counsellor named Pratik Chandrayan from byju's came to our house and he told us about the course for IAS Preperation i.e. IAS Tablet Program and he said that its scholarship program and we will get a discount of 40k for 2 year course.
I told him that need some time to check the course material and content, so counsellor adviced to go for a trial 0f 15 days and if we didnt like the course we can return anytime within 15 days.
So for that course they charged total of 67500/- after discount and I made the full payment from credit card as EMI.
Now because of some personal emergency i cannot continue my study for IAS, so told them to cancel the course on very same day and sent the email to [protected]@byjus.com with required details, i.e. on 12th-jan-2019.
As the cancellation policy displayed in their website, if the request for cancellation made within 24hrs of purchasing the order by mailing to [protected]@byjus.com they will cancel the order and process the refund. So did the same and its within 24hrs of purchasing the order.
After sending email no step taken towards cancellation.
Even I called their customer care 9-10 times and conveyed the same. But its been 4 days after I placed the cancellation request I have not recieved any communication from their cancellation team and everytime i call their customer service they give the false promise saying that i will be getting a callback from cancellation team, which never happened.
I still doesnt understand i have been contacting the cancellation team from their only customer care number. I.e.+91 [protected] and everytime they say that cancellation team will contact, arent they part of cancellation team? They are not providing any information about the query and not proceeding with the cancellation too.
I NEVER EXPECTED THIS BEHAVIOUR FROM BYJUS BEING ONE OF THE REPUTED ORGANIZATION FOR TUTORIAL. They promised that there wont be any complications of the refund but now it seems from their behaviour, its going to take time.
If Credit card started charging the EMI for the order that i didnt even purchased, then there is no better way of doing unethical business as byjus does.
So thats the reason iam raising the complaint on BYJUS and want to get the refund as early as possible. I am attaching necessary screenshot of cancellation request with the compalint.

    We have subscribed for byjus service for ur child education and over period of time did not fin it useful and our child performance really went down and also was not finding the source material useful.
    We were unhappy earlier as week but they kept requesting us to extend and try for some more time.
    Finally we have given cancellation notice but still keep getting calls and they have not cancelled our subscription and not provided refund.

    I want to cancel byjus but they are saying that they are saying they will not cancelled the Byju's please look after my problem as soon as possible it's a kind request in the name of Bishnu Priya Hati class -8 and suniti Hati is in class 5

      I have enroled for Byjus course for 6th to 10 grade. When the councellor visited he promised that a mentor will be assigned immediately. But even after one month, there is no mentor assigned. When i call the helpline numbers everybody is a mentor there. There is no specific guidance given to the enrolled students.

      When called in the helpline they say as per their cancellation policy, Cancellation can be done only within fifteen days of enrolment. For the 1st 15days they do not even guide the students.. so by the time parents or students have realised what to do already 15 days have passed. And after that if you ask for cancellation they say it cannot be done.

      I would like to cancel my request. Please discontinue the enrollment and let me know the furhter procedures.

        Me. vaibhav Chandra (Byju Employee ID[protected] had made the payment of Rs. 35000/-for BYJUs app through credit card on 23.12.2018 (Receipt No. TNL[protected] and the same was cancelled by me on 26.12.2018 . The refund team informed me vide email dated 29.12.2018 that refund will be credited within 10 working days on my bank account details given to me . On enquiry on 08.01.2019, they informed me that the same would be credited to my bank account through NEFT by 12.01.2019. On enquiry again on 14.01.2019, they informed me that the payment had been made to me . I have informed me that the amount was not credited to my account . The person named vipin and manav from Bangalore informed me that they will be taking up this issue with the account department and Banks. I had also forwarded the bank statement as desired by the cancellation team.
        I feel that they are deliberately delaying the refund to earn interest on the other money. This is the modus operandi of Byjus. Kindly do the needful.

          I applied for byjus course under the influence of the counselor deovrat dwivedi. We got the course on 20th december 2018 and i was not satisfied with the course so i told them many times to take away with in the period of time which was of 15 days. We told them by making a phon call and send a email for cancellation on 27th december 2018 but they refused it and said that we didn't informed them on time and it now impossible to take it back. We sincerely request you to terminate this plan and cancel loan because we could not afford it as we are suffering financial crisis my sister is medically ill.

          The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

            I want to cancel byjus itn't useful to us they are group of cheating person only looking person to cheat they are saying such a way that a person can mold easly and take it after taking that they have started misbehave. I have taken two tables of byju's when i will say that to cancelled they are not responding me i have already deposited the money of rs. 18000 and emi of rs. 8500 they have to refuse to refund our money. I have taken of two children is bishnu priya hati in class8 and suniti hati class -5

              On 2nd december 2018, byjus employee sachit dutta visited our house regarding byjus learning app for registration of my son name as sehajpreet.

              He convincing us a lot. We have also trusted upon the company as i also searched on the internet. He said we selected your son for scholarship program of byjus and you will get discount on our package. And asked me to pay the course fee in advance through bajaj loan and bank ech mandate.

              He said it will be a trial period and in trial period he himself, a mentor and you will see the byjus program and student's progress. And after trial period and assessment by mentor either the parents or the mentor can terminate the relationship. And just have to send cancellation through email given on receipt's back (Cancellation procedure is also written on back of the receipt). But in the trial period of 15 days, not my son showed interest o[censored]sing app, not any mentor watched this, not even mr. Sachit dutta. After 10 days trail period i raised the cancellation (On 24 dec) and they replied me that my request is forwarded to the concerned department and they will follow me. But no one called me up. Then i sent again many reminder emails. I also rang on their toll free number but every time calls were attended by different ladies. They instead of discussing the refund, they started convincing me with a loud voice. The attendant said that personal mentors will be assigned from chandigarh branch who will teach your child. But till now not a single mentor approached us.

              Also the attendant said us the videos will be designed as per the student's interest. But they given the common videos.

              As my son is not showing interest in watching videos/ using app also byjus is following ncert. And my son's school has its own syllabus.

              Also he had made us fool, that bajaj will issue me a loan of rs. 62000 for 3 years on 0% interest. But bajaj has sanctioned the loan for 1 year on 0%. For 3 years they are charging some interest. I am not able to pay the such a big emi.
              So i don’t want to continue relationship with the institute who made false promises. Please help me to get my refund.in the startup time they have made such thing and what will they do in future.

                Dear sir,

                This is to content on my son b. Naveen shanjai[protected] has be joined the course for 11 and 12th std as we received the study material course kit on 30 th april 2018 by the time the course material kit reached us my son has finished this annual exam of 11th std in the same year on 2018 and for 12std immediately i put him to hostel and we didn't use the course material for the same i spoke to (This message) conveyed to mrs hemalatha counselling team regarding on the same and course materials retruned to following addressed the courier to byjus within a 45 days 2/6/2018 on the same year of 2018 and from byjus i got a call stating that they have received my course material kit. After few days bank person captial flot calling us to close the loan regarding the cancellation on loan or regarding any of the detail of the course was not informed to us still today by byjus. I kindly request to address my issue to resolve the subjected issue.

                  Hi,
                  I have subscribed byju's tutorial for my children of class 8 and class 4 upto their class 12. From company side one educational consultant mr manan trivedi had visited my house at vadodara, showed me the product features and informed me that the company has a free tab replacement policy every two year interval.
                  So based on that commitment, i agreed to subscribe and paid against your invoice no byjus[protected]. My registered mobile no is [protected]. However, so far i have not seen any communication on the tab replacement aspect which was communicated to me by mr manan trivedi despite several communications to him.
                  Hence, request to arrange to issue me the communication as per the commitment of the official representative.

                    Ir/mam i putting a request for cancellation on 4th january 2019. At 7:19 pm on [protected] and madam said within 48 working hours my cancellation department is contacting to you. But no any one contact me by cancellation department. Yesterday mr aditya prakash is calling me and asking reason for cancellation. And i explain about sudden my financial crisis and say i see what i can best for your economical point of view. But today i am very surprising when aditya said i am not getting your cancellation request on 4th january 19. What is this sir??? That not good for such type big organization.. Sir i am suddenly suffering for economically crisis due to my job sir pl cancel my request i am unable to pay emi of more than 7 thousand.

                      request for cancelation of byju registration

                      I have been constantly requesting the cancelation of registration for byju but mr. Manpreet who was dealing with us constantly misguided us expired the 15 day limit. I have the whatsapp communication record with me. Team byju has constant luring us for discounts but after laps of 15days trial period they have denied the cancelation

                      This kind of dealing was not expected from such a big company.

                      We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                        I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                        Please assist and close the same at earliest.

                          I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                            I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                            I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

                              I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                              Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

                                I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                  I have submitted 10000inr for upsc tablet course. My counsellor did not completed the procedure of my study kit. Even she does not answer to my call frequently. It had been past days when i had submitted the call back request.
                                  I need a mentor to clarify my doubts. Im not geeting any help from the mentor given to me. Please change mymentor. Please help me regarding this inconvenience.

                                    Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for 12th classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible...

                                      My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I paid 14000 for the program! I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.
