I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
Kindly check and see what is to be done....

The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer....

I placed an order for gmat course but i have received is not gmat but cat course. How can anyone goo[censored]p with gmat and cat. I am pretty sure you guys have different people for both the courses.

This has to be sorted with utmost priority that you could give. Time is running out and i dont want to bear the burnt of your goo[censored]p.

I attended counseling of byjus IAS collaboration with The Hindu in Laxmi Nagar Delhi. Vivek sir called me and sent address by e-mail, where Dhruv Sir received money from me online Rs 2000 and said that it is refundable but when I cancelled my registration after that no one picking up my phone and not responding back. It is very irresponsible behaviour....

A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me....

The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. While i have ordered for class 7. Even the sd card that they have sent is not working. Either i want replacement or my hard earned money back....

I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. I purchased a test series ias prelims from byjus.com.
Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don't assure anything.
They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process.
Please beware of byjus commercial classes. They are least bothered about students career....

I enrolled with byjus for cat preparation. I took the tablet course with weekend classes. The tablet i recieved for classes never worked and the personal mentor promised was never given. They wasted my complete one year and never gave a single class. Nobody helped me when i called. This is fraud and waste of money and time. Please think before opting for "byjus"...

I recently ordered a byjus monthly trail pack for std.10th cbse.
When i got the delivery, the product i got was 10th icse, which means that i ordered for cbse and i got icse. I called the customer care and they just kept arguing with me that cbse and icse are same and it is a foundation and the portions would be there in it. I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.....

I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved...

I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list......

My parents bought a course for 16, 000 bucks for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again.
