Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

    I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

      I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
      I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

        I have submitted a cancellation request in byju's from last one month. They said that my cancellation is in progress and your amount will be refund in 4 working days but not a single amount has been received from them in last 14 days. I have not received the call or any messages from them. I have mailed so many times on there cancellation mail id, after that i got this mail

          Byjus people, i appreciate your teaching experience, but no thanks i don't want any of your coaching because i don't have enough time for it and it doesn't work out the way as one of your counsellor explained to me. So it's a request from me to please refund my blocking amount i. E inr 10, 000.
          And i don't want any further explanation.
          Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I have deposited rs.10000 in advance but now i want my money back as i am not in the condition to continue it. Kindly return my money back asap.

            I have purchased Byju IAS Hindi Tab course on 10.12.2018 from Byju Sale representative .She had made promise to delivery the material within 5-7 days.but after complete 7 days i called her so many times but she didn, t lift my call, so i had decided to cancel my order and sent a mail to [protected]@byju.com on 25.12.2018, and sent so many times reminder .One of their sales Representative also made promise for material dispatch up to 26 dec 2018.Nobody can't tell about the refund process and just spoke only our concern team will call you. I just want my money refund and Cancel the NACH debit mandate .I had paid Rs.22, 000/- for Products .
            On 31.12.2018 i have received booklets not tablets, after receiving i sent to tell the procedure for return the booklets bcoz i want my money back.please tell me when i already lodged request for order cancellation why they have sent the booklet and why they are not telling the booklet return procedure.

              My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
              Please help us in resolving it asap.

                My parents bought a course for for me. The product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet.

                  I bought this byju cat tablet this january. I opened it today. The date is old. So videos are locked. I am unable to access videos. Message is displayed that correct date by connecting to network. But since nothing can be done in this tablet, i cannot change date and hence videos are not working. Mentor details are not provided by salesperson even after multiple follow ups.

                    I have already paid in full for class 6 and as per the executive the course should have been delivered with-in 18 to 24 hours.
                    Its been more than 48 hours now.
                    I have constantly following up with him and there is no proper response and when i raise the issue a ticket is generated by itself and emailed to me.

                    I haven't received any invoice and payment receipt for my payments made. Can some one look into this seriously as i need the app and videos activated for my kids and also payment received voucher or confirmation.

                      I ordered the product for jee mains and jee advanced.. Moreover the package was tampered when the marketing guy delivered it at our door step. The pckage did not look new to me or to anyone. It looked liked an old package. The marketing person initially said it would one sd card for both jee mains and jee advanced. It was shocking to see that 2 sd cards (Each 64gb) were given, and the student has to removed and insert, whichever class he needs to learn.

                        Please note that i enrolled my daughter for 8th std package and i paid the fees in full. We got to know after 4 classes that the portions are not icse but cbse. I had placed an order for icse. We sent a note to byjus to withdraw. No one got back to us for 3 months nor they are replacing it. Every area manager needs to check with superiors for refund. It's been a year and no refund so far

                          A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

                            This is to inform you that i've been trying to contact with my mentor since a month or two. But even after repeated calling, all i listen is "press 1 for the call back". I've done it several times but got no calls back! The last time i talked to her was in the month of july. I don't understand the procedure for the queries and phone calls with the prescribed mentors. So it is my sincere request to you that please appoint new mentors for me or ask my mentor to contact with me as i have few questions about my studies in byju's. I hope i won't get to face this problem in future.

                              I got the tablet + sd card for pcmb content for xi and xii std science for my son. The content seems okay. But the app had lots of niggles. The questions pop up randomly unrelated to the video lecture and then jump to a latter part of the video.
                              Called the cs number given to us. It was dead. Mailed to the mentor who was to call back immediately. That didn't work either. The number to sell the product was prompt to respond. Took my complain and was to forward my call to the technical team... Which as it turned out was busy and would call back in 24h. Not good enough if student needs immediate support. Overall not a very satisfying and trustworthy experience. Still in look in period. Very inclined to give it up.

                                I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for.
                                I kept complaining about it to various tiers that the product which i ordered for is not available at all and the sales ppl know very well about it before taking the order. He promised proper readdressal and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation.

                                  The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. While i have ordered for class 7. Even the sd card that they have sent is not working. Either i want replacement or my hard earned money back.

                                    I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

                                      Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months.

                                        I purchased a test series ias prelims from byjus.com.
                                        Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don't assure anything.
                                        They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process.
                                        Please beware of byjus commercial classes. They are least bothered about students career.
