I was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms swapna contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 8000 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.

One of Byju's representative Mr Subhanker visited to our house and given wrong information that when u want to return the tab if not satisfied. It will be taken by us and its EMI will be stoped imdt. But later he said he had not given such commitment and spoken in a bad manner. Totally cheating products.

Harassment from BYJU's in delay in refund of my money and unauthorized deduction of money from my Bank account

I had subscribed to BYJU's for my daughter with a precondition for a trial period of 15 days from the date of receipt of their study material. I received the material on 1st Feb 19. On 14th February, i have requested for a cancellation of Refund. I had decided to cancel due to my other financial commitment which will make difficult to manage for this EMI payment of Rs.5, 400/- every month

After 47 days, after so many follow up e mails and struggle they have approved by Refund. This company is so efficient that they wanted 47 days to approve by cancellation when i have submitted within 15 days. In this process, they have withdrawn my 1st EMI installment of Rs.5, 400/-.

I NEED ANSWER WHY BYJU NEED 47 DAYS TO APPROVE THE CANCELLATION

BYJU has not immediately informed the the Loan agency to stop the EMI deduction on 2nd / 3rd of March which resulted in 2nd installment deduction from my account for Rs.5, 400/-. During my conversation with BYJU team they accepted that there is a delay in approving my cancellation. Also i believe they have informed the Loan agency (Zest Money) on 13th of april 19 for which i do not have any confirmation. I really do not see why they have to take another 10 days to instruct the Zest Money.

On 3rd of May again they have withdrawn my 3rd EMI of Rs.5, 400/-.

I believe the above delay tactics are done by BYJU to ensure they collect more money from client.

My expectation is as follows;
1. BYJU ensure no more EMI is getting deduction from my account. If any more EMI gets deduction, they accept to the terms that i can sue them for any damages
2. BYJU to immediately refund my three installment EMI along with interest.

On 19-May-2019 a counsellor named Nikunj Daga from byju's came to our house and he told us about the course for IAS Preperation i.e. IAS Tablet Program and he said that its scholarship program in 1 year course.
I told him that need some time to check the course material and content, so counsellor adviced to go for a trial 0f 15 days and if we didnt like the course we can return anytime within 15 days.
So for that course they charged total of 45000/- after discount and I made the full payment from credit card as EMI.
Now because of some my personal emergency i cannot continue my study for IAS, so told them to cancel the course after 30 day and sent the email to [protected]@byjus.com with required details, i.e. on 24th-jun-2019.
Even I called their customer care 4-5 times and conveyed the same. But after I placed the cancellation request I have not recieved any communication from their cancellation team and everytime i call their customer service they give the false promise saying that i will be getting a callback from cancellation team, which not happened.
So thats the reason i want to get the cancellation of Byju's tablet course as early as possible. I am attaching necessary screenshot of cancellation request.

I enrolled for the JEE course on 12 oct but now due to some family reasons and since my daughter is also completely reluctant to go on with the course after the workshop session since she couldn't understand the language.
Thus I raised a cancellation request for the same though email, since no one has responded back I called them several times they only answer I get everytime "we'll call you back after 15mins" but no one has ever called be back till this date.

So, I'm writing this again to cancel the order immediately before the product is dispatched or reaches me. I'm strict about my decision.

So I kindly request you to please cancel the order, refund the taken amount as per your policy and Cancel the loan which was taken on my name and granted by Byjus assure and so that in near future I won't be asked for loan repayment.

I had requested for the cancellation of byju's but they rejected my request. I told them that my marriage is fixed and i will shift to abroad but they can’t solve my problem and deduct EMI. They are mentally harassing me.

I order Byjus tab and classes for my child they activated the module within two days but my child is not taking interest in it. I updated the same to team and ask for refund and cancellation but they are not considering it and are making excuses. Before delivering the order also they made several calls and also delivery was delayed and made several calls but did not deliver on time in this case also I ask for cancellation but they said get it delivered then we will cancel it but then also it's being a week I ask for refund and cancellation but they are not processing anything and then after that a lady from Byjus calling and saying that share your ID card child I'd card because their employees punch fake order. When they take money from us they don't need anything but while return they are declaring me to be a fake person. I want my order to be cancelled and refund my whole amount 38000/-.
No help and support from byjus
I cant continue with this app byjus beacouse my child is watching online classes when he watches the class and tution of byjus his eyes situation will be dangerous soo i need to cancel this

It's Akshita Tiwari one of new students of class 11th byjus ...sir/madam I am from a middle class family my father don't have job I know it's more than 15 days but sir since I have received my kit it's just 5 day my kit was received to my neighbor sir /madam my grandfather recently died so we were not at home for a month... And if you count the day when my neighbor received then it's just 20 days...and when I have called them they said the call I being transfer and you will get a call and now they are saying that they can't cancel my membership... Sir/madam I am from middle class family I can't spent much and beside this I am unable to understand... Sir/madam please kindly help me in canceling my membership and getting my money back please... It will be a great favor... ... Please help me😭...

I have asked byjus for cancellation many times.but they are simply playing with me.they are not responding me .byjus is not cancellating my order refunding my money and not stop my emi process.during the time of purchase they said they will return if i will have any problem but now they are not responding me .the day i asked for cancellation from that day only they are playing with me.they not refunding my money and stopping my emi process.They are cheating the customer .

I want to cancel my order as my child is involved in other coaching centers and colleges where we are paying quite a money . She dont get time to watch the tab provided by byjus. Moreover sales person said that there will be live classes but my child has never attended any live classes, even we can't contact the mentor . She is really frustrated by a lot of study .
Pls I request u to cancel my order as we are facing financial problems due to this we are really looking forward for your reply.
There is auto debit of 6000 every month for nothing.

I am studying 12th commerce.
I have subscribed byjus course and it's been nearly 8 to 9 months and I haven't used it regularly, it is my mistake, but PLEASE I WANT TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION, I AM READY TO RETURN TABLET WITH SD CARD, I have payed EMI only for 3 months due to pandemic reasons, but now I REQUEST CANCELLATION.
HELP TO CANCEL/RETURN BYJUS SUBSCRIPTION.
