Please cancle my byjus course and give my refund back

Please cancel in my byju's course I have help in consumer court not response in byju's mentor in cancellation I have in cancellation I am in relieved byju's courses this year I am not my personal problem please help in consult team

I have received tab on 13 March, my child is not interested to learn, today 26 March, within 15 days I want to cancel my free package and refund, so kindly help me, the don't listen, cheater

Byju's enrolled our two children one in class 4th and another in class 6th.Tab was delivered on 19.01.2021 and books for class 4th was delivered on 22.01.2021 and books for class 6th never delivered. Communication for commencement without class 6th book never received. It is not practically possible to commence the class for the child without books.
Course of both the children not completed by March 2021 before annual exams. It is not practically possible and unethical to presume that 40 days is enough to complete one years course by just delivering a Tablet and no books.It shows that your concern is not the education of our children but only earn money by hook or crook.
The salesperson of Byju's Mr. Subhashis has informed that the course can be terminated any time.
Now without books and unprofessional approach of Byju's is compelling us to terminate the course.

Byjus your video lectures are very good and useful as well but due to the recent COVID wave I am not able to pay the menstrual EMI. So please provide me a way to discontinue further. I have paid the EMI of this month and below i am pasting the screenshot of it.

I am akhilesh moundekar having register mobile no:[protected] i want to cancle that byjus plan and they are saying it is in process but still our emi is deducted and plenty charges are also deducted and they deny us to refund the amount after cancellation

I purchased Byjus product in January. We hardly used it for 15 - 20 days. After two months, I asked them for cancellation as it is obsolete paying money without using the product. But no help received, I was forced to pay 3 months installments. I have dropped many emails and also had long conversations with mentors and senior manager as well but they end up telling it is not possible and it is your problem if you are not using the product. It would be helpful to me if you cancel the plan and share the acknowledgement.

Byjus is too much time consuming and it doesn’t help my brother in anyway . I have already raised a query but their responses are not satisfactory. Now they have stopped responding me . I did everything they asked for . My trial period is still going on . This is highly disappointing trusting byjus. Please complete the cancellation process and refund the money.

My brother got scholarship on byju's tablet learning so I paid 5000rs and they provided me loan for the rest amount. But after the product arrived we decided to return it as it was not much worth for my brother to learn from tab. So at 10th day within the return policy days I mailed to byju's regarding the cancellation.They mailed me back 27hrs later. They tried to convince us by saying that they could decrease the rates...but as we didn't wanted to continue I said no. They got angry and said ok we will contact u soon...but after passing of 15 days of policy.theu called and said it is difficult to do as u have exceeded the days. I continued to mail...so 2 days back they contacted us and said that we will cancel the Subscription i[censored] send everything to us via courier to Bangalore which is too costly for us as we are in Indore..also she said that till the date the courier arrive to them the loan will continue and the installment will b deducted from my account whic is 2500rs...Also they gave us an alternative that we can keep the products and books but we have to pay 2000rs extra only then they will cancel the loan.
Today when we tried to talk to them that the alternate they gave us will cost us in either ways... but the call attender just shouted on us and said we don't want to listen any o[censored]r problem ..u have taken the subscription so it's Ur headaches now...either pay to us or u have to pay in other ways...
So being on such a creepy situation I had to pay them so that I could get my loan cancelled.
The customer service is really bad they talk to u like they are the owners and u r the begger.
When they were to convince us they used to call 3-4 times a day by saying plz plz...but when we cancel the Subscription they used to talk to us like...we are so type of fools.

I already request for my cancellation but no response, my family situation was changes we can't bear that expenses futher, so we need cancellation, please no need explain from ur side, we need cancel as soon as possible .

We are facing lot of problems, when we enter into byjus it's normal situation that we accept to pay but now because of corona everything was changed, we can't explain full story about my problems, please try to understand and make to slove my problem, it's affect our future loans, if we wealthy in financial again we wish to join with you but now need ur help to come f om this . please byjus team I hope you will do best
