Dear Sir,
We are writing this letter to bring to your attention the issue of constant voltage fluctuations in my area. We reside in Uttarpara Kotrung, Hooghly -712258 and a nearby area, and for the past few days it's on extreme state. We have been experiencing constant voltage fluctuations from 5 pm to 3-4 am daily. These fluctuations are causing a lot of inconvenience to me and the entire neighbourhood.
Also no response to the docket raised. We are paying for everything we are using. Not getting for free. But customer service is poor. They say it's on high priority and keeps that unattended.

    Dear Sir,
    We are writing this letter to bring to your attention the issue of constant voltage fluctuations in my area. We reside in Khan Mohammed Road, Kol -700061 and a nearby area, and for the past few months, we have been experiencing constant voltage fluctuations from 5 pm to 3-4 am daily. These fluctuations are causing a lot of inconvenience to me and the entire neighbourhood.
    The voltage fluctuations are not only affecting our daily routine but also damaging our electrical appliances. We have already experienced the damage caused to all our light and heavy electrical appliances due to the sudden voltage fluctuations. We have also noticed that the voltage drops significantly during peak hours i.e., from evening 5 pm to late midnight 3-4 am, making it difficult to carry out simple tasks, especially in this hot and humid weather.
    We request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue. We believe that this problem is not limited to my area Khan Mohammed Road, Dakshin Behala, alone but is also affecting several households in the surrounding areas. Therefore, we urge you to investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure a stable power supply in our area.

      No power for 7 hours now. CESC closes complaints without resolving the issue. Even calls up and say that issue is resolved .

        I paid my bill of Rs 1420 on 06.04.23 [CESC Kolkata LT Electricity Consumption Bill Customer ID [protected]/CONS Number [protected]]
        by net banking from ICICI account (i mobile). The amount is duly deducted from my account.

        REF in Bank statement is ..BIL/ONL/[protected]/CESC Ltd/CESC_YICI1

        But receipt still not generated .It shows payment still pending.

        Kindly reverse payment IMMEDIATELY

                  My electricity bills are unbelievably high, I have complaint to the customer care and they sent a representative to check the meter and said that the meter is ok and asked me to get the wiring checked with the electrician, but electrician has informed that the wirings are good. Please help

                          I am getting too much electricity bill last two months have my previous bill record. In this winter time where there is low consumption of electric in comparison to summer. but still this month i get high amount of bill .so kindly look into this matter. Check meter again. Its unfair and i am not going to pay this high amount.

                                      I request authorities to inquire whether CESC is purposely delaying permanent connections to customers and earning high amount of money thru' temporary connections. In Narendrapur area in Kolkata, they connect emergency connection within one day or two but go on collecting Rs1000+ per week, and it continues renewing for more than 3- 4weeks to charge high amount in the name of temporary connection.
