Myself thejas, account holder at canara bank hunsur branch.
Two of my payments amounting ₹3470 and ₹410 made online using debit card turned out to be unsuccessful despite the amount being debited from my sb account[protected].
The bookings have been cancelled due to non payment and it was confirmed by respective payment gateways.
March 1st: ₹3470 payment for airasia turned out unsuccessful despite the amount was debited.
March 2nd: ₹410 payment for online. Sai.org was unsuccessful despite the amount was debited.

The sms from bank for both deductions have been received.

I raised issue with both payment gateways and learnt that they have not received any payments. So i want to know what needs to be done and when will the money credited back to my account?

Hoping for speedy redressal as i have experienced inordinate delays in customer support in the previous instances as well.

    I have recharged my airtel number through net banking top-up service and received the message but recharge is not done. Here is the message (Your a/c no. Xxxxxxxxx is debited for rs.199.00 on 02-03-18 and a/c of atom tech ltd has been credited (Imps ref no xxxxxxxxx). Kindly look into the issue and refund my money asap. If you want, i will send you the imps no. Thanks.

      Sir for recharge i have loadded 448 amount  to jio money app but  transaction failed and money has been debited from my account. So for refund i have contacted to jio customer and  they said that as per issue the load money transaction id[protected] has been failed from the bank's end. So i  raised dispute with the  bank and bank said that money amount has credited to icici bank on 26.01.2018 but sir amount neither credited to my account nor jio company wallet.

The behaviour of the manager towards me was very rude... I deposited 49000 in my savings a/c and told them to transfer my amount to my od a/c...in which i hv deposited 1000rs coins..in which there was 95coins of 10.. And 10coins of 5..

          The bank official in canara bank, zamin uthukuli who failed to disclose his name has been treating various customers very badly including my mother and providing poor services to customers. My mother has been contacting bank for a new passbook for the past 6 months and she hasn't been given one. She has been continuously asked to come on the next next days. She being very ill has however been reaching out to them whenever she has asked to come and get a new passbook. I need a solution to this issue right away and action against the official should be taken. Please reach out to me with a solution.

            Actually i was making a online payment process with my debit card, all i had done from my account 375 has been debited but the form fee status is showing not paid after that page came transactions is being processed after that one page came that i am attaching.

              Non inclusion of income tax deducted in 26as

              Sir,
              I am receiving pension in my sb account[protected]. My cross pension from 01-apr-2016 to 31-mar-2017 was rupees 495312/- total tax deducted was 48376/. Out of this amount only rs 3884/- has been reflected in my 26 as at pan number ajxpm1994k.. But as per my passbook and form 16 tax of rs 48376/= deducted from my account but not submitted to income tax department. I have received letter from it department to pay the tax which has been already deducted from my account
              I request you to give me the details of the receipt, bill or chelan for the amount of rupees 48376/ deducted from my account. Or please ensure that this amount of rs 48376/ reflected in 26 as of my account[protected] and pan number of ajxpm1994k.

              NON INCLUSION OF INCOME TAX DEDUCTED IN 26AS

              Sir,

                I'm booked one hotel online and i paid money through my atm but after some time my hotel booking cancelled then they refunded me i paid 1625/- rs money but still now i'm not got or refunded my money

                  31st jan: debit of inr 8553 two times from account towards amazon india
                  3rd feb: claim of amazon that they have sent across the refund for both the deductions
                  8th feb: one refund of amount inr 8553 received
                  Second refund of amount inr 8553 has not been carried through.
                  I have submitted a complaint letter with details to my branch (2848). However, have received no reply.

                    Hello, I made a transfer using Canara empower but the transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my account but has not been returned to my account still, [protected]@cnrb is my vpa from which I did transaction and transaction details are added in screenshot below, the app is not 100%right since transactions fail and money gets deducted, I was sending money on urgent basis but now the money also not gone to recipient and bank says will take a week to get money back,

                      I undersigned Mr. Rakesh Bansilal Borse having loan account no.[protected] and I am Studying in JSPMs Imperial college of Engineering and research wagholi, Pune 412207.

                      Sir, Two years before I have applied for education loan to your reputed canara bank morane branch Tal. Dist. Dhule at that time loan have successfully approved by your bank but holiday period instead of 3.5 yrs they have taken only 6 months by mistake.

                      After identifying problem I have visited Morane branch and Bank manager told me that your issue regarding rescheduling of holiday period from 6 month to 3.5 yrs will be solve in 10 days only, but it could not happened till now. I have been continuously visiting your morane branch from the day issue arises but my issue is not solved yet.

                      Only because of this issue bank have not given me fees cheque in this current academic year and now only two months are remaining about to complete my education.

                      So kindly give orders to authority to solve my issues as I have described above.

                        I would like to bring to your kind attention about the arrogant behaviour of a lady officer of canara bank thoppumpady branch cochin kerala.
                        My father sri. V. A. Mohanan 94 years old is having an account with your esteemed bank under account no[protected] which was opened 44 years back, that's in the year 1974. It was in the form of joint account with my mother late smt. Suseela mohan. My mother and my sister v. M. Ajitha who is a retired college principal now is having a locker facility with your bank. My father is authorized to operate the same. He used to do it for many years with the clearn corporation of your staff without any problems. But in recent times when he goes to operate the same, the lady officer in charge of the locker section behaved in a very arrogant manner which is quite unbecoming of a customer care officer. On 26th february 2018, my father went to the bank and contacted the above officer to operate the bank locker. When she asked the locker number, being an aged person, instead of 67 he wrote or conveyed as 64, she started shouting and asked him without knowing the number how you can operate the same. Further in an indecent way, "can't you speak louder" she yelled. Sir, i would like to inform you that my father who is 94 years old is a retired shipping department officer from hoegh lines, norway knows the minimum ethics to behave in an office but due to his old age he could not speak louder. When he entered the room to operate the locker along with my son who is an assistant manager in mnc banglore for my father's help, that lady officer prevented my son while entering the room stating that nobody is permitted inside except my aged father. Sir, if this is an isolated incident i would have kept quiet, and would not have written this letter. But i am sorry to inform you that one and half months back when i accompanied my father for the same transaction the above lady was on duty and her behaviour was of the same nature. When my father entered locker room along with the elder son who is a project manager with deutsche wind research institute, germany her anguish was on me. I was standing by the side of her room without troubling any customer or the above lady waiting for my father to come outside. On seeing me she started, "why are you standing here? Go and sit somewhere outside". Sir, i'm a retired station supt. From railways and i know pretty well that an officer's room is not a highly sensitive zone and having a minimum awareness to how to behave in a bank. So, i sincerely doubt whether her state of mind is sound or not. We are availing the facility of a locker by paying the due chargers and i don't believe that it is the magnanimity of an officer of your bank. At least she could have shown minimum respect and politeness to a super senior customer who is 94 old.in this aspect she failed miserably.
                        So your good office may be kind enough look into the matter and necessary action may be taken to educate and correct the lady's behaviour in future, even if she is at the verge of retirement.

                          My name is prajwal s and my account number is[protected], canara bank ramakrishna nagar branch, mysore. I have returned a product in amazon for rs 599 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 599 has been initiated on 19 february 2018 and it will be credited to my account on february 26 2018. Till now, i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

                          Your refund of rs.599 has been processed successfully on 2018/02/19. The amount should reflect in your account by 2/26/2018.

                          The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 785293.

                            The reason of writing this mail to you is to make you aware that i have been going through a dispute with my hdfc bank over a transaction done in 4th of july 2017 (Value date 5th july 2017) into a canara bank account number[protected] branch abdullah hall, aligarh muslim university, aligarh from my hdf bank account number ([protected]) branch first india place, gurgaon for an amount of 2000/- cheque / ref no. N[protected] which has never been credited to the beneficiary account as of my complete passbook update from both end, and for which beneficiary has contacted the home branch many a times to get a clear response, but up to now it has been not settled and i got a clear response from hdf grievance cell. So now hoping a response from canara customer service team, i am very eager to have your attention and intervention into the matter, kindly look into the case on top priority and respond.                                 My self I Had took education loan from canara bank peenya branch i was paying monthly 3200rs that has been told my bank manager there was a over due of 6000rs in my loan account my mother account was linked to my loan account .The branch manager of peenya branch cleared 1800rs to my loan account from my mother account without information to (Anyone) me and my mother also, these is the 3rd time i am happening like these. I[censored] are not taking any action on these case i am going to give complaint on these with out information accessing to our account so i need a action taken from Dept of canara bank i am waiting for ur call or confirmation .

                                  I am an canara bank account holder, my request is to refund amount. Issue is with atm. On this date 24th saturday around evening 5.04 timing am about withdraw money from other atm bank (Lakshmi vilasa bank) near kurabarahalli road, bangalore. When i went to withdraw amount rs.5000 it shows please collect the cash i waited around 5 mins cash has not dispatched. But that movement i got a message that i had withdraw rs5000 but i didn't not received any amount from atm. So my request is to please do refund.

                                    Dear sir, i am 83 years old lady having three savings account nos.[protected], 964 and 59080 with your mayur vihar ph. Two delhi 110091 branch jointly with my family members since more than 25 years. I or any other member of my family have never asked for or consented for message alert service and strongly feel that such charges are not leviable.
