I had refund of rs. 6999 it was not credited to my account.

Here is the e-mail that i received from amazon which states as-

But the thing is that i haven't received my refund till date.

    Its shows message:
    First name/last name/full name are mandatory fields and they might not be maintained properly with bank, please contact branch

      Dear sir,

      My name is adhir solanki (A/c no[protected].
      Sir, i can say its the worst experience of mine with the banks i ever had.

      I just want to update my email id in my bank, i called them several times but there is not a single response for that. I visited my bank several time, given them the written application regarding the same but not a single response from anyone. I am facing a unauthorised transaction in my credit card of rupees 77000.

      So today when i called customer care just to ask them weather my email id is updated or not and i am shocked with the ridiculous behaviour of customer care employs i ever had, the agent not even sharing his name with me and asking me to cut the phone. If anyone from canara bank reading this complain then its my warning now to take the action on this...

      And this is not it when i visited my bank they keep asking me to come next day and this happend for a week long. I have given them written application for that. But no action for that.

        Is [[protected]]. My phn no.[protected]. I had a refund of rs 7448. It was not credited in my account till 8 days are gone. My reference id is 190791. Plz do its very uregent. I bought a product from amazon but its undelievarble so amazon give me refund on 17 jan 2018 but bank doesnt give my refund in my debit card.

          Hello,

          I am rakesh kumar. My saving account number is[protected]Branch.: banglwa jamalpur, bihar). I purchased a wireless earphone from amazon.in and paid from my mastercard credit card *8005. The amount is 1284.1/-. But i canceled my item in same day i. E. 17 jan 2018. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my credit card.

          I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

          I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.

          These amounts are not reflected in my
          Account.

            Bank is debiting insurance amount in housing loan account . They are not even obtaining consent of customers and is again debiting fine saying account is irregular.They are also availing high charges for insurance when cheaper policies are available. They are not even telling customers about this

                I had done recharge of vodafone from Paytm app and My voda(2 times from it) app on 10th january but recharge was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my account which have not refunded till now. I have attached my account statement with this and highlighted the amounts deducted from the account.

                  I am customer of indian bank
                  On 21/1/18, went to a canara bank atm at jambulinga street, nungumbakkam.
                  I just used the machine, but the atm machine was unable to dispense the cash.
                  But transaction fee of rs20/- has detucted from my account. Please look on my issue and just scarp such machines from atm.

                    I have initiate fund transfer of rupees 500 from account number[protected] with tez app with upi number[protected] to icici bank. The amount has been deducted but it has not been credited to other account. Tez app also showing transaction failed. Please look into it. I have tried calling to customer care. No response from customer care. Please look into it on urgent basis.

                          I have submitted my late husband sb a/c no[protected] to your chikkabedrekallu bangalore branch on 05.01.2018. They have not settle the a/c. I have surrendered all the documents including my husband cheque book, pass book, credit and debit card, affidavit, death certificate, aadhar & pan card zerox copies. And also submit my aadhar & pan copies. Till today they have not closed.

                          I am also sb a/c holder in your bank majestic branch bangalore.

                          My request is close the sb a/c & transfer the same to my sb a/c

                            Got server response error while making payment through netbanking on 8 december 2017. Payment deducted but not not received to other party. I have filed written complaint in branch but no reply from their side and told me that they haven't received any message from their mumbai office

                            Its now nearby 2 month and my money haven't refunded. Very poor service by canara bank

                              I tried withdrawing money from an atm of central bank of india in lanka, varanasi. The atm id was w41f01961s. The money was debited from my account but no cash was dispensed from the atm machine. It read on the screen that "your transaction has been timed out". An amount of rs.500 has been debited and is at loss right now. I would request you to refund the amount to my account as soon as possible as it is really urgent.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am having home loan account with canara bank sec-6, dwarka branch. My loan account number:[protected].

                                      I have submitted my application to switch to mclr based interest rate which have already been received by your branch in month of feb-2017. However, my interest rate has not yet switched to mclr based. I have been constantly following up with branch managers (2 branch managers got changed in last 6 month) through calls, whatsapp and emails with no satisfactory response. Current branch manager is not even responding to my mails most of the time. As per last communication with him over whatsapp call, he requested me to send scan copy of my application which i did already. After that he is not responding to my calls as well. Kindly note that i am out of india right now on business trip in gmt -5 timezone and it is not possible for me to call him on regular basis due to huge time difference.

                                      I have raised the grievance on canara bank's grievance portal and it was closed with a mention that it has been forwarded to branch for necessary action and no response post that.

                                      I believe that this is one of the most simple thing which could have been closed very quickly by bank manager and staff and not sure why there is so much delay.

                                      This is pending for more than 10 months now and your immediate attention and action will be highly appreciated. Expecting for a prompt response from a so called nationalized bank.

                                        Myself sangam malik having a/c in ur bank with a/c no[protected] made a purchase with my debit card ending 3967...i cancelled my order for which amazon.in initiated refund on 5 jan 2018 but my money is still not credited ...they provided me a reference number i.e.101849 ...kindly look into the matter bcoz amazon executive told me that they hav alreay credited the amount bt bank customer care is saying that no amount has been received yet ...so kindly look into this matter n take proper steps ...
