I purchased a product on amazon on 23rd jan 2018 of last month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 25th jan 2018 of last month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number 411250. I had contacted your customer service number they were no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

    Hello. My name is mr tanuj zachariah. I was doing online netbanking of rs 349 consequently for 3 times. First two times it cleared without any problems. But 3rd time during the payment stage after all passwords entered, it says 'transaction failed' and returns me to home screen. But as soon as that happens, message comes that amount is debited from account. It is not showing in purchase history but in bamk statement it is there. Request you to kindly refund the amount back to the account.

      My account net banking visiable for there are no accounts available for this function. So my banking work very hard. Any one i go to my branch but response is very poor my work is very very suffer. I think wrong selection to canara bank customer service is very wrost. Please arrange the advance system and helping officer for everyone branch. Please rectify the my complaint for very quick.

        There is no facility of light at atm place (Room) since many days, customers are facing problem in operating atm services.
        Kindly solve the problem of light facility as soon as possible. So that customer use your atm services easily. As it is basic facility to provide light at atm place.
        So that customer easily do their cash transactions as it is a matter of money or cash.

          I have a student acc in canara bank but the bank officials are not issueing a debit card.in the main website it is told that it has to be isseued for minors above age 11 but the bank officials talk very rudly and tell silly reasons to not issue the card. And they tend to make thier own rules in canara bank jayanagar complex branch. I hope i get a reply from you soon

            I made a purchase in flipkart on 22/01/2018 for INR 3141/-. The same day itself i cancelled the order. But still now the refund is not credited into my account. Flipkart has given the transaction ID LUR[protected] and also saying that the refund is already done. When i called the canara bank customer care for the issue they didnt give me the proper reply and asked me to visit the home branch. Im staying in my hometown(chennai) for my upcoming delivery. since the home branch is in bangalore i cannot go in person.So kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

              My registration of internet banking with canara bank failed with below error
              ‘ first name/last name/full name are mandatory firlds andthey might ot be maintained properly with bank’
              Attached the screen shot.

              After this i approached the bank. They asked me to try again to register. But again same issue. Even i alled custmer care but they couldnt see resolve this. Fedup with th bank service. Help to resolve.

                    I have done imps transaction in canara bank net banking today night and transfer is in rejected state but money got deducted from my account and i have not received any amount in my other account account too. Its very urgent can you please help me to get my amount credited back to my account. I tried calling customer care but call keep getting disconnecting. its very critical. Its really very critical please can anyone help me to get my money credited back to my account need to pay the money in hospital.

                      Recently as well as two-day I have tried to recharge of my mobile through Paytm app from my Canara bank saving account. But Paytm has informed me that your Bank is not providing amount as such recharge is awaiting. Paytm has also informed me Transaction will cancel after 4hours.
                      Most of time I have faced like this trouble.
                      Is there no solution for smooth transaction ?

                          I made a fund transfer from my canara account through canarabank mobile app to federal bank of my friend. After done the submit in tranfer got the message like beneficiary bank node is offline. But the amount debited from my account and not credited in my friend account.

                          The fund transferred from cnrb0000834 to fdrl0001771...

                          Kindly assist me in tracking what went wrong in the transfer and credit back the fund to the debit account at the earliest.

                              I opnened a savings bank acount - the account which was opened while i was in pune, as a student.

                              I would like to claim this money deposited when opening the account.

                              Will it be possible for you to issue a cheque and close this account - money deposited with interest payable in the name of "rashil k shah".

The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 694380. It was not credited in my account. Its very urgent. Plz do necessity. I bought a mobile phone from amazon but it was undeliverable so amzon give me refund. Plz process this refund ahead.
                                I have transferred 2455 rupees to another acct.
                                Money was devoted from my account but not credited to the another account .
                                Very worst service it is

                                    I am non ac holder and i have used your offsite atm at ambattur market to debit amount of rs.200/-. But atm machine has dispensed only denomination of one hundred only. My account has been debited of rs.200. Immediately i called your customer care they repiled me as your amount has been reversed.                                     I have made bill payment through my debit card to airtel account for an amount of rs.6, 995.- on 19th january 2018 after 6 days have gone this amount not reflected into airtel / party account till now. No favour response from both side. I have not received any reverse payment from my bank. What should i do./ how it is solved.
                                    Contacted four times theni branch about ppf account. They are always redirecting other persons. Or requested to come to next workings days. No one know clearly about the ppf accounts.

                                        But the thing is that i haven't received my refund till date.

                                        Please do the necessary. The amazon customer care to charge a dispute. So pls do the needful to get the amount. The refund is issued on 15/1/2018. Pls make necessary arrangements so that i could get the refund.
