The refunded amount of ₹2499 from amazon.in for a cancelled product cannot credit into my account. The reference number is 74332748028802698130643 and the refunded date is 27th january 2018. I received a message from amazon.in which is given below

Hello

I'm john from the billing and payments department of amazon.in.

I received an escalation that you haven't received the refund rs.2, 499.00 for your order #[protected]. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused to you in this regard.

To help you with this, i've thoroughly checked our records and can confirm that the refund for this order was successful from our end on january 27, 2018.

As this refund is not reflected in your bank account yet, i request you to please contact your bank customer service with the following refund reference number and ask them to check for the refund with it.

    I am anumeha singh, an account holder in canara bank hazaribag branch, jharkhand. My account number is[protected], ifsc code: cnrb0001421. I have returned a product to amazon.in, in respect of the same they processed the refund of rs.892.15 on 1.1.2018 which has yet not been credited. Return reference number provided by amazon is 846064.

    The mail sent by them goes as follows:

    Your refund of rs.892.15 has been processed successfully on 2018/01/01 12:27:00. The amount should reflect in your account by 1/6/2018.

    The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 846064.

    In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

    Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

      till today, the money has not been credited to my account.

      I have initiated transaction of 15500 through canbank app... I am getting the message that beneficiary bank note is offline... Please try again later... What to do ???

        I have cancelled a railway ticket for the journey on 26th january 2018 through irctc phone app on 25th january. My pnr number is [protected]. I have received a message​ that confirmed the cancellation and the refund of rs.120 to my account. My cancellation/refund id is [protected] and came to know through irctc site that the refund has already been made on 27th january itself. I still didn't receive the refund. Kindly do the needful to sort out my issue. I am attaching a screenshot of the refund confirmation.

          I was doing a transaction of amount 30000 from mobile banking to a beneficiary account. But it not transferred to the beneficiary account and i got a message. The message was "your fund transfer is timed out please contact with your bank imps".
          The amount debited from my account is not credited to my account yet. So, please kindly help me to give some solutions regarding my problem.

            I purchased a product on amazon on 7th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 20 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 451210 i had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

            My refund is 299rs. Nd i did not get it nd the refrenc id nubr is 451210.my order is of gold plated jhumki that is of no use for me thats why i have rerurn then and i have not get my refund in my bank account till now

                Hello. My name is mr tanuj zachariah. I was doing online netbanking of rs 349 consequently for 3 times. First two times it cleared without any problems. But 3rd time during the payment stage after all passwords entered, it says 'transaction failed' and returns me to home screen. But as soon as that happens, message comes that amount is debited from account. It is not showing in purchase history but in bamk statement it is there. Request you to kindly refund the amount back to the account.

                      I have a student acc in canara bank but the bank officials are not issueing a debit card.in the main website it is told that it has to be isseued for minors above age 11 but the bank officials talk very rudly and tell silly reasons to not issue the card. And they tend to make thier own rules in canara bank jayanagar complex branch. I hope i get a reply from you soon

                        I made a purchase in flipkart on 22/01/2018 for INR 3141/-. The same day itself i cancelled the order. But still now the refund is not credited into my account. Flipkart has given the transaction ID LUR[protected] and also saying that the refund is already done. When i called the canara bank customer care for the issue they didnt give me the proper reply and asked me to visit the home branch. Im staying in my hometown(chennai) for my upcoming delivery. since the home branch is in bangalore i cannot go in person.So kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                                I have done imps transaction in canara bank net banking today night and transfer is in rejected state but money got deducted from my account and i have not received any amount in my other account account too.                                   Recently as well as two-day I have tried to recharge of my mobile through Paytm app from my Canara bank saving account. But Paytm has informed me that your Bank is not providing amount as such recharge is awaiting. Paytm has also informed me Transaction will cancel after 4hours.
                                  Most of time I have faced like this trouble.
                                  Is there no solution for smooth transaction ?

                                      I made a fund transfer from my canara account through canarabank mobile app to federal bank of my friend. After done the submit in tranfer got the message like beneficiary bank node is offline. But the amount debited from my account and not credited in my friend account.

                                      The fund transferred from cnrb0000834 to fdrl0001771...

                                      Kindly assist me in tracking what went wrong in the transfer and credit back the fund to the debit account at the earliest.
