On 03.04.2018, i have attempted to pay my property tax through

Net banking

From my savings bank account (No[protected], vadapalani branch,

Chennai-26) with out success.

The amount rs 944 that was debited from my account has not been

Credited to chennai corporation property tax.

Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am trying to activate my internet banking option, but it is asking for old transaction password, but i have forgotten that.The option of generating transaction is also not getting.
My problem has been resolved by the bank within two days.
They have refunded the money back into my account
that was debited during net banking.

    I would like to complain about bad attitude of canara bank staffs parthumpara branch ifsc cnrb0004216.. When i went to branch to open a new account banks staffs are talking in a rude way. Seems. They have many things to do. Iam very dissapointed. If they are busy with job atleast they can talk nicely. As we all human beings.. Bank should give proper training how to deal with the customer's

      I borrow educational loan from canara bank in the year between 2013 to 2017 and total amount i borrow is 93, 450.
      As per government rule, the concern bank should not collect interest till one year after completing the course. So as per above comments, 2018 my outstanding amount should be 93, 450.. Bcz government had paid my all interest amount in the name of subsidy.. Now i'm ready to repay my load amount from april 2018.. But nly amount 93, 450.. But my outstanding amount they mentioned is 118, 934. Here with i hv attached mini statement of the same which i bought from canara bank. My loan account number is :[protected]... And pls help me to know the full details of repayment procedure, as of now bank is asking to pay 2500 as emi till 2025 for the total outstanding amount (I hv more confusion on this).. Pls do clarify this too. Thank you

      I have ordered an item from amazon online shopping and as the product was damaged it was returned back to seller and they told me they have initiated refund and bank will refund my amount within 5 days.until now i didnt get my refund.my transaction number is 303211.kindly provide my redund
      The cashier of canara bank green park branch near metro station refused to take my challan for ugc net exam on 27/03/18, saying that it takes a long time to process so he wouldn't entertain

        I have try to send money by online mode of amount 2000 from my canara bank account which number is[protected], to the kcc bank account number [protected]. But by mistake i have fill ifsc code sbi0000053 instead of kacc0000053. After that money is deduct from my account but not transfer to kcc bank account. I will request you to solve my problem.

        An IMPS transaction was done through CANMOBILE app which was unsuccessful but the amount is debited from my account. And not received by the beneficiary account. The amount was of 5000 rs. It's been 2 months still the problem is not solved.

          Sir,
          I have a account in the branch delhi rohini sector 3 in rockfield school
          I have a fixed deposit of one lakh for 555 days and asked for the quartelly installment which was 2016 of 6 installments but after giving me the 3 installments the bank has debited the tds from the rest of the installments i am 70 years of age and the house wife and filled the form of 15 h at the time of made the fd and in the month of april also last year.
          The amount which is illegally debited, now the bank is harassing me and not giving me my full installments
          I have written many letters to customers care and to the branch manager
          Till today the bank has not given me my full installments nor giving me the satisfied reply
          Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Today I have withdrawn Rs 3000 from your atm 4093w001.Txn #[protected]. But Rs. 2000 note which I have received from your atm is torn and nobody is accepting the same. Kindly advice the needful.

          I gone to TMB ATM in SSN institution campus(26/03/2018- oround 5:45pm), ATM machine failed during the amount withdrawal process but I got message that the amount withdrawal in that particular ATM. So please take necessary action to refund my amount.
          I tried withdrawing money from uco bank card through canara bank cash didn't came but balance is decuted

            I had a swipe at atm of my debit card in lodha heritage (Dombivali east) to obatin rs. 5000 from atm. During the process, the money got debited from my account but the money was not obtained from the atm. No reciept was also obtained.

            It seems there is some technical fault or no cash left in that atm.. Please do the needful

            Please look into this and revert back the money to my account.

              Yesterday[protected] i had transferred rs.1, 00, 000 to my frnds account through mobile banking (My account no.[protected] & ifsc cnrb0003863)

              The amount was debited from my account but the same has not been credited to my friend account.

              Received a message saying your fund trasfer is timed out, please check with your bank (Imps ref no.[protected].

              I have already informed the same to the bank and they assured the amount would be refunded within 24hrs as its a technical issue of mobile banking.

              Its already been 30hrs, kindly resolve the issue and refund my amount by today.

                I am a valuable customer of your bank for the last 30 years, but your branch in our city is so much inconvenient for the elders and women. Your bank is on first floor and very narrow steps to enter the bank. Space is also very less so that women were unable to in this branch. Please change the place. I am unable to get cash for the last 3 days. Rectify it at the earliest

                      Sir i have a mutual fund which was opened at canara bank, mangaldai branch, (Ifsc=cnrb0004074). I have completed 36 month of the mutual fund. I was submitted paper document for withdrawal of the fund on last month in my emergency condition. But it has not credited in my acount. I am going to the branch and ask manager for it
                      He said that he was sent the documents to his head office. It not credited till now.
                      So, sir please help me in this matter.

                              I had placed an order for airtel wifi hotspot which costs rs. 999 on 8th jan 2018 and cancelled it on the same day. I received an email from amazon with the reference number and the amount being refunded.
                              But till today, i have not received any refund and when tried calling amazon customer care they say you can your bank customer care and it would have been stuck somewhere and it might be in pending status.

                                  I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and OTP was going to my old number.

                                  I went to the Bank and applied for updation of registered Mob number. but surprisingly it got updated only for SMS services, not for OTP which is the important one. my transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.

                                  Now, I get ATM withdrawal SMSs and balance etc. that's it.
                                  So, I visited the bank several times, Wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

                                  I called Customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but Bank official deosnt understand. customer care official told me to send E-mail complaints too, to some id's. i did that too, but no reply...!

                                  I still get the transaaction web page where it shows OTP has been sent to my old number. I was having problem with my Internet banking service (which is another story), so I was adjusting with my Mobile Banking, and now I am stuck as I cant recieve OTP at all.

Two times i complained to my branch first on 27.02.2018 second on 19.03.2018. But the 14000/- amount in not refuned till today. So please refund my amount of 14000/- in my account.

                                      Worst and worst worst very very bad service of yours at your branch name adajan road surat gujarat india.
                                      Yesterday i went to that branch at 3.30 for my passbook print they told me that time is over and bank time is 9.30 am t0 3.00pm only and they did not give me a valuable answer all staff member talking me with bad behavior my residence is far from this branch so i requested them to print my passbook but they refused me to do that
                                      At last they gave me wrong reason that printer was not running
                                      Here i upload photo of suggesting bank time 9.30 am to 3.00 pm which is fake beacause there is no official stamp of bank and signature of bank manager
