The balance got deducted when i was paying through my visa debit card but the transaction was failed then again i made the transaction though debit card machine in the restaurant then the second transaction was successful. But the first transaction amount is not yet refunded. Rs 1417 on 31/12/2017.
A/c[protected]. Iit powai branch. I talked with the bank many times but they are not cooperating even not reply me back against my email i have sent. Please look after this issue.

In this case, please go ahead and dispute the transaction as refund never processed. At that time, they will see a pending refund the for the transaction is[protected]
I did a withdraw of 500₹by Punjab national bank ATM I didn't recieve any money and my account was deducted by 500₹ ...then again I withdraw 500₹and then I recieved amount of 500₹ and again amount was deducted...in conclusion I recieved 500₹ while bank account was deducted by 1000₹

    Hi canara bank customer support team,
    On 4th of july 2017 my brother has transferred me an amount of 2000/- and then my account was blocked because not linking aadhar card so i was not sure either the fund received or not but my has informed it has beeen credited and you would be able to withdraw it after linking aadhaar card, now in december i got my aadhaar card linked with my accout and checked my bank statement, there was no fund on the given date. My brother has complaint it hdfc and all they can do is that fund has been received by beneficiary bank. I have raised it to my canara bank branch but they did not help me. So now i am raising it again here, if you people support and help then find else i may go for legal help.

      Im a canara bank customer of account no[protected] in manjeri branch. I m drawing my monthly pension through canara bank because of your services. But now i m very shameful for being your customer because of your attitude.

      Sir, im 90 years old and i cant able to leave from either my room due to unhealth conditions. I cant able to go outside from my house because of my un health condition.
      So i cant went to bank to submit life certifikate. So i submitted a life certificate in bank by attesting it from a high level government employe. But till the date my pension is not credited in my acount. So i contacted bank and they told to submit life certificate either by coming in bank or online service through akshaya centres.
      I cant able to went outside then how i will go to bank or akshaya centre for digital life certificate?
      Now i cant able to buy my medicines because my pension is not credited.
      Your bank is serving senior citizens like a begger. Please solve my problems and credit my pension. Or else im decided to contact ombudsman.

      I am having Saving Ac [protected] with former Syndicate Bank at Kaushalya Park, Hauz Khas, New Delhi. My account is being debited for Rs. 15 each quarter for SMS which never repeat never were sent to me by the Bank. Moreover you site says Seniors are not liable to pay for Sms. I am 77 years old why my account is being debited. Pls deactivate this service since I am senior citizen and not liable to pay. I have internet banking i do not need any SMS/Alert.

      says Nominee is not registered for above account. This is not true. I have in my
      possession a copy certifying registration of Nominee. Registration No. is 2496 dated 06.09.2012 duly signed and sealed by above branch. Nominee's name indicated is
      Mohit Sehgal. Pls go through the records of former Syndicate Bank and incorporate Nominee's Name in my above account.
      2. My second request is that on 14 August 2020 I requested Cheque Book ONLINE
      to be sent to branch nearest to my home. I am 25 kilometres away from my branch.
      I requested cheque book to be sent to Nirman Vihar Branch, Delhi 110092 which is very near to my home. I am 77 years and because of corona cannot visit my branch.
      I visited Nirman Vihar Br. number of times. They have never received the cheque book. Could you advise me on my email [protected]@gmail.com as to what happened for cheque book.

But received sms saying that it got debited 2, 500. How to get my amount back? How to know my status? Kindly help us. May i know the procedure to solve this problem.           Namaste sir/ madam.
          We have a joint a/c in konanakunte cross branch.
          Now my husband is no more past 3 months back.. Now i want cancel the a/c, for pf amount to be transfer from my husband pf. From 20 days we are running into bank up & down now bank we already provided all required documents, now bank people are saying about your paper work are not not properly, bring a medical certificate paper, reference a/c name & signature.. We totally mind upset, they are wasting a time us.. Please give a solution..

            Dear sir i rumki dutta a savings account holder of canara bank of kechuadanga branch nadia west bengal. On 01/01/2018 at 2.20 pm i pay pli premium rs 1150 through my visa debit card. Unfortunately due to network problem payment was not successful. Pli department not received rs 1150 but rs1150 debited from my account. Pli premium payment receipt not sent me. It shows that at pli website premium due for the month of january.

                I bikash kumar transferreda fund of rs.20, 400/- to boi beneficiary through imps on 10.01.2018 at 6:30 pm but amount not yet credited to beneficiary or not refund to my account due to beneficiary bank node offline.

                I have not yet received the refund, i have also submitted a complain to my local branch manager.

                  On 28th of dec.2017, i did online shopping amounting rs.3099/- through amazon and my order got canceled due to some reason. As i contacted customer care service of amazon and they told me that my refund is processed. They also told me that the above mentioned amount will be credited in my account by 9th of jan.2017 but till today i haven't received the same. I have contacted y bank and the bank staff told me that they can't do anything. And advised me to contact amazon customer care service. As i contacted that they send this refund reference number: 355005. Please help!!!

                    I have purchased from ssj mens wear, through debit card on 09/01/2018. The transaction was timed out in the merchant pos machine. But my a/c in canara bank is debited for the transaction. The amount is rs.1000/-.. I am supposed to get back the money in my account with in 24 hours. And they have withdrwal money from my account of rs. 10, 000 @ 7.35pm and rs.1000 @ 7.36 pm. I was trying to block my card frim 6.50 through online banking and tried to contact customer care service for so many times. But th voice recorder message was kept on saying customercare executives are busy at the moment. I have registered complaint in tambaram railway police and got fir copy. Please take necessary action to refund.

                        I am aashish jaiswal i cancelled an order on amazon on 31st of december and amazon sended a message that the refund is initiated but till now i had not got my money back. The message send by amazon is attached below hello,

                        Your refund of rs.9940 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by 1/5/2018.

                        The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 590299.

                        In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                        Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.                             I have done an ATM transaction on 31/12/2017 in Corporation bank ATM located at Kestur, Tumkur. At the end of the transaction, the machine displayed 'SYSTEM ERROR' and did not dispense the money, but amount was deducted from my account and also I received debit message as SMS in my mobile. I approached my home branch(CANARA BANK, Ashokanagar, Tumkur) and handed over written complaint to branch manager on 06/01/2018. Its been more than 8 working days since that transaction and there was no reversal of amount happened yet. Necessary action to be taken for the reversal of the debited amount. SMS image attached.

                              I am an account holder of canara bank, kokrajhar branch, assam.
                              I had refund of rs. 3999 it was not credited to my account.
                              Refund reference is 194390.

                              Here is the e-mail that i received from amazon which states as-

                                I vishnu s on[protected] made a net transaction using my debit card and my account number[protected] for an amount of rs.14, 276.50 to pay my semester fees to college of engineering, guindy, anna university, chennai. I received a message as transaction failed, but the amount of rs.14276.50 was debited from my account and also the payment was not made to anna university college of engineering guindy. So far the amount of rs14276.50 was not credited to my account. Kindly do the needful to credit the amount to my account as early as possible.                                 Anytime visiting Mumbra branch looks like we are in a fish market. It's not organized due to the small space and the amount of people there at any given time. There are not enough people to answer any queries which make people frustrated and the staff are doing good job but looks like they're overburden with the work.
                                I've transferred rs50, 500.00 using Internet banking frm sb[protected] to ppf[protected] using canara bank internet banking on 31.12.3017 at 05:35:47 pm.My saving account got debited but ppf is not credited yet.I've called canara bank customer care but they are not responding.

                                  I hold a/c with the said bank - a/c[protected]. I have already linked aadhar card to my account see 1) as informed by bank officer2) i was getting lpg subsidy. This is not available unless aadhar card unlinked.
                                  I gave application the bank to link aadhar card which is duly acknowledged on 17.09.2017and that time officer informed that aadhar is linked. Inspite of this i get sms dt 06.01.17on mobile to go the nearest branch and link otherwise a/c will be inactive. I am 68 years sr citizen. Instead of helping, this is just threatenng and harrassment. I have net banking. I tried to link aadahar card through net banking. Flashed message by bank - you can link aadhar card through net banking only once. We are in digital area as announcec by hon p. M.. And here is canara bank who say you can use net banking only once. Kindly give me email id of hon fin minister at centre to enable refer the matter of service gove bank. Thanking you

                                      My name mohammed safique and my account number is[protected] canara bank madikeri main branch. I have canceld a product in amazon for rs 6843 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 6843 has been initiated on 04 january 2018 and it will be credited to my account on 08th october 2018. Till now (09th january2018, i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number (443160) through mail. These are the messages received from amazon

If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
