I have done an ATM transaction on 31/12/2017 in Corporation bank ATM located at Kestur, Tumkur. At the end of the transaction, the machine displayed 'SYSTEM ERROR' and did not dispense the money, but amount was deducted from my account and also I received debit message as SMS in my mobile. I approached my home branch(CANARA BANK, Ashokanagar, Tumkur) and handed over written complaint to branch manager on 06/01/2018. Its been more than 8 working days since that transaction and there was no reversal of amount happened yet. Necessary action to be taken for the reversal of the debited amount. SMS image attached.
