Website: between canarabank and incometax site involved in updation of bond details under PMGKY2016 scheme

I have deposited under PMGKY 2016 scheme for four years bonds in CANARA bank indira nagar lucknow (IFSC code-CNRB0002611).Accordingly bonds were issued from Nagpur link cell(Officer incharge Mr.Sanjay Kumar Trivedy Phone no.[protected]).
Due to some fault in the server between income tax and canara bank the details of the bonds could not be updated to the income tax department.

Therefore I am unable to file my form no. 1 to the income tax department.

I have made several complaint to my branch at lucknow and have several times complained Mr. Sanjay Kumar Trivedy but updation could not be done.

I request to take necessary action so that the fault can be corrected.

Sir it is abig scheme of prime minister office.Kindly take it seriously.Kindly inform me about the necessary action taken by the bank for resolving my problem at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,

    I had given a complaint to local canara bank subroto park branch regarding a transaction through empower app from my account no:[protected], alok Kumar Singh, subroto park branch. Payment of Rs16500 and this was done on 31/Jan from account no[protected] and the amount has been debited from my account and but till this amount not credited in beneficiary account. As discussed with local branch there is no response from your branch. I request you to pls take action and solve my problem and pls credit the amount + interest to my account.

            Iam Pranav m Kumar I have a Nre account in canara bank Budhanoor branch alapuzha Kerala Ifsc CNRB0005965 in this branch my parents meet the manager many times for taking a house loan. Now I'm in muscat maybe last two years iam sending my salary in this account but the useless manager says they didn't give loans. Maybe four or five times my parents came for taking loan in this branch but this manager says some useless arguments to me so I'm so unhappy with this banking system so I will change my account to any other banks .               I have a Credit card of canara bank account, but my card's pin doesn't accepted by the ATM for few months, i have also submit a complaint at Rohini Sec-5 Branch but there is no response for the same problem.

                          I have Savings account in CANARA BANK and ATM/DEBIT CARD has not issued even after many visits to BANK but DEBIT card charges are withdrawn in my account balance.

                          And also when I WALK IN to bank for ATM card request their response is very bad and they have not yet issued ATM card yet

                            Somebody trying access my mobile banking, i got the message from Canara bank, The person who try to access my mobile banking his number is -[protected],
                            i gave a call to the same number but he didn't responded properly, after few minutes he called from another number +91 [protected], i told him that i am going to raise a complaint against you but he is least bother about that.

                              Unable to generate net banking transaction password

But every time even after giving inputs (Card no: atm pin no: and card expiry date) correctly i am getting result as "session time out"and "blocked try after 24 hours". I was informed by call center that to wait upto monday since there was a problem with server. Today (Monday) also morning call center people...

                              JP Nagar 2nd Stage CanaraBank Experiance is worst overal Canarabank name is damaging there Manager Simple process He will take 6 months Please change the Staff no one can Do the proper work there Example i am went for a Account Pass Book He was waiting upto Evening Pass Book Getting Evening i have a lot of work in my home But they are not taking any care for me after 4 o clock I'm Scolding the Authorized Person then only He Given only Pass Book This Happen And After Second Thing is Debit Card I'm Applied a Debit Card He(Manager) told me to come back 2 weeks I went for 1month after Even though He said it's Not receaved .He again Come Few Weeks Later Then I went And Collected What the Debit Card it's Took 2 Months What Happen This Branch . Time i'm using Other Bank's Also They are not Doing Like this.

                                I would like to draw your kind attention that an amount of Rs 2063.00 has been debited from my Canara Bank Account No.[protected] being operated from Booty Road Branch, Bariyatu, Ranchi, Jharkhand. This is due to failed transaction while recharging on line in BSNL phone No.[protected]. The same caused during recharging 5 times on 7th. and 8th. December, 2016. The details of failed transaction is being given as under:

                                  I have an account at rnsit branch, Bangalore. I wanted to update my registered contact number but I couldn't contact bank. Everywhere they have given the numbers which doesn't exists .Secondly when I called these Canara Bank customer care people to lodge a complaint against that branch, they ended up the conversation by giving a contact number which belongs to somebody's residence. I mailed also but no reply from bank .
