I have transfer 10, 000 inr from my account which is[protected] to a different canara account which is[protected] through upi on 01/02/2017. But this transaction was got failed and inr 10, 000 has deducted by bank. After waiting 21 days of transaction i have not received amount back in account. Whose upi transaction id[protected]. I have registered complaint to bank by mail on 04/02/2017 whose screenshot is attached by me to you. Bank is not taking this like a serious issue. Everytime when i am asking for money bank employees asking me to wait for another 7 days and giving me date of coming 7 days thrice.
Please resolve my issue i want my amount back in account i have an urgency but they are not responding and taking this as a serious issue.
Please help me to resolve this issue i need my money early as well as possible.
This canara bank is in vidayanagar, jsw township, tq. Sandur, dist - bellary, state - karnataka.
