Hi Sir,

I had submitted Rs 40000 in ppf account but Canara Bank didn't enter deposit entry in my account. I had submit on 11/3/2016. I have a slip of my deposit amount. It effects on my tax rebate. Please solve my issue. Bank didn't response me. Canara bank Branch frustrated me on this issue. They didn't solve this issue. Please contact me.

    Last week i have visited nearby canara bank to deposit sum of 50k in my current account. And i have given 10 ruppee coins for 2000 Rs. And they said we have only rights to issue the coins and not for deposit Else we will take it for 200rs.Is the reason they mentioned is proper. You have been encouraging to go for online transaction and how it will be successful.. Really felt bad for the response I get you from your side.

    Just Put a complaint to RBI Ombudsman to rectify the issue.
    I received credit card last two months back but still I am not received PIN No. when i was contact my branch they say u received PIN no by post, and contact toll free no they raise complaint and say u received with in 7 working days but i am not received PIN. pls help me

      For the past four years i have an account in your bank. my account no[protected] M.DEEPIKA. Last week (09/02/2017) i transferred one lakhs (1, 00, 0000) rs through EMPOWER mobile app from my account to SVM STAFF BENEFIT FUND[protected]. It was debited from my account but it was not credited to svm staff benefit fund beneficiary account. so i request you to take an necessary steps to solve this problem as soon as possible.

          Sub: Transaction failure / money debited from account

          This is in regard to a transaction failure for an online purchase from Flipkart using online Canara net-banking facility. I had initiated an online transaction on 18-09-16 at around 8:00AM, which got failed and an error message appeared on the screen. Though the transaction was incomplete, an amount of Rs 971/- was debited from my account.

          I have already sent an online complaint on 20 September 2016 in this regard at [protected]@canara bank and also submitted a written complaint (hard copy) to concerned branch at IIT Guwahati campus. Since then I have made complain 3 times to all concern authority (around 5 and half month), I have inquired in this matter about 4-5 times but still the matter has not been resolved.

          Please do something in this regard and resolve the matter ASAP.

            Hi, I had applied flood loan through government policy applies. Without my knowledge Canara bank at Chennai Thyegaraya Nagar Branch tied up with Apollo Munich insurance and deducted the insurance amount INR 2, 455 per year. It looks like some commission will go to bank manager from apollo munich insurance. Even the amount was deducted after i had closed my flood loan. Kindly take serious action. Thanks

              I have made a transaction of Rs 10000/-on 02/02/2017 from my account no[protected] with Canara Bank New Shimla HP, through BHIM App.
              The amount has been deducted from my account but same has not been credited in account of receiver i.e. Sh. Vijay Singh Thakur in account no [protected] with UCO bank High Court Branch Shimla. I have visited the branch so many time and written complaint has been filed, but till date no action has been taken. it is requested to look in to the matter and credit the amount in my account.

                Sir, iam joseph having cd account at your kombodinjamakkal branch ac no.
                [protected] . I cant do my transactions by can mobile till the last 15 days.
                i need to change my registered mobile number[protected] to my another number[protected], when iam sending your massage CAN REG, i got replay ie your number is not registered with your account. but the bank manager says your number is registered. what the hell are going.

                    i needed a change of phone number as i have changed my job and otp was going to my old companys number,
                    after having given all details in the bank register for change of the sms number .
                    I have been insulted and irritated by the customer service staff of versova bank .
                    I have 2 accounts but i want change in only one as payments our made from my nre account.. But she is shouting and insisting that i come tomorrow again in morning.
                    We have only time for bank work now in india... Why i cannot get my number changed and if anything was required i could have been asked for the details when i visited the bank today.
                    I am really upset with the tone and manner in which the customer service lady spoke and have personnally seen her talking in an insulting manner in the branch
                    i want my number changed asap.
                    And for your information she threatened me the work will be kept pending.
                    I am not taking this lightly and will take this up and take the most stringent step

                      I have made a transaction 2000/- [two thousand rupees] on 13 Feb 2017, 8.00AM. at bellow mentioned ATM Details. I did not received single rupees also. but my money debited into my account. Again twice i checked my balance also my money debited. but i did not received money from ATM machine. I have reached CANARA bank at HSR Layout, Bangalore but they told me to within in 48 hours amount will be refunded... But 48 hours time exceeded still i dint refunded my money. I have sent an official email also but not getting reply.

                        i have just recharge my mobile using my canara bank debit card on paytm on 14/2/2017. the money got deducted from my account but paytm says its payment failed Your payment has been declined by your bank. If money is deducted from your account, your bank will refund the same in 7 to 14 days. Please contact your bank in case of any delay or further queries.

                        so please resolve my problem and credit my money back that is deducted falsely.

                          Today i went to M.G road ATM in Pondicherry and found that Canara bank starts to collect garbage. I was ashamed of the garbage found inside the ATM branch. I am a valuable customer of Canara Bank which is awkward to tell now.

                          Then next is i have been trying for net banking for months to register a online account but couldn't register it properly. Tried calling but couldn't reach properly

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Today i had enquired about home loan in chikkajajur canara bank branch with my mom, the bank manager said that not able to give loan, actually my mom has account in the branch and she has been transacting from past 2011, and almost[protected]/- rs balance is there average per day. And am working as field marketer and had been getting 17, 000/- salary per month take home, i was ready to give surety but the bank manager refused to give us loan, and said we should do it return or our income should be more than 5, 00, 000/- for year,

                              If people are not earning 5, 00, 000/- they are not eligible to take loan in your bank haam, what kind of rules are these, and who had taken that guy who is working as bank manager in chikkajajur branch, first teach some manners and how to speak with elder.

                              Kindly do the need ful. And get us loan if there is possible.

Your ATM card in the bank did not have to speak if asked. Please let me quickly to my ATM card. I should name the ATM. But the bank employee to take me with no name ATM cards are the Force. ATM cards are required. I hope you'll help me.

                                    Cheque of Rs 1, 50, 000/- from my J&K Bank A/c is debited by Canara Bank on 24 Nov, 2016, but credited in my PPF Canara Bank A/c on 06 Feb, 2017. I have accounts in both these banks. Thus there is a loss of about 73 days (difference between 24 Nov and 06 Feb).
                                    Chief Manager Navneet Singh didn't take any action and said do whatever I can do.
