Hi,

I had done a online transfer of 489INR on 23rd Jan from my account to a lab test account using debit card. But this transaction was got failed and INR 489 has deducted by bank. After waiting so many days of transaction i have not received amount back in account. Bank is not taking this like a serious issue. Everytime when i am asking for money bank employees asking me to wait for another 7 days and giving me date of coming 7 days thrice. And again same issue happen ed on 14th Feb 2017 of amount 3800 but till now I don't receive my money back.

Please resolve my issue i want my amount back in account i have an urgency but they are not responding and taking this as a serious issue.
Please help me to resolve this issue i need my money early as well as possible.

        I have transfer 10, 000 inr from my account which is[protected] to a different canara account which is[protected] through upi on 01/02/2017. But this transaction was got failed and inr 10, 000 has deducted by bank. After waiting 21 days of transaction i have not received amount back in account. Whose upi transaction id[protected]. I have registered complaint to bank by mail on 04/02/2017 whose screenshot is attached by me to you. Bank is not taking this like a serious issue. Everytime when i am asking for money bank employees asking me to wait for another 7 days and giving me date of coming 7 days thrice.
        Please resolve my issue i want my amount back in account i have an urgency but they are not responding and taking this as a serious issue.
        Please help me to resolve this issue i need my money early as well as possible.

        The casheier is miss behaving and harassing the customers please take action. While giving the cash she is talking redecules.
        Branch: jeevakona branch, TIRUPATI, chittoor district, Andhra pradeep.

Rs 1553 has been deducted from my account for payment on 14 feb 2017. but transaction was declined. after trying again the payment is successful. but the money has not refunded yet. I have already filed complaint in the bank but till now i dont get my money back.

          I opened 2 Savings Accounts with Canara Bank, Chunabatti branch on 7-Jan-2017 for my son and daughter. We received the confirmation on 23-Jan. But until 22-Feb-2017, we have not received the cheque book. On contacting the branch on 1-Feb, first they said to wait for 15 days, Then next time we contacted them on 15-Feb, they asked if we ticked the option for Cheque book. When we said we don't know, they made us fill up another form for cheque book request. On 22-Feb, I called [protected], they said they could not help me and I have to interact with the branch only.

          Bank was closed .i was not submitting the cash..i was there only for entry in pass book. But they have closed the bank at 3.30pm..
          I know your cash timings. But the thing is i want a to know my bank account status and entry of pass book.
          No star coz worst service is given in unr-4 branch.. staff behaves very rude.. better to close account...
          Hi, I had applied flood loan through government policy applies. Without my knowledge Canara bank at t.nagar tied up with Apollo Munich insurance and deducted the insurance amount INR 2, 455 per year. Even the amount was deducted after i had closed my flood loan. Kindly take serious action. Thanks

            21:02:2017 time 13:50 hrs. Savings account no.[protected].

            Madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager is not courteous to customer. I went at 13:50 to the bank to withdraw my money. I have taken token which displayed 14:19 time. Iirequested for withdrawal slip. The staff concerned told lunch time between 14:00 hrs to 14:30 hrs. All other bank staff will go for lunch one by one and they are doing customer service continuously. When asked madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager, told that customer has to wait for 30 mts since all staff are taking lunch together. I enquired why i not been given withdrawal slip eventhough arrived at 13:50 hrs.. He told i come at 14:19 hrs as the token display time. The manager not updated the time in the token machine. I requested complaints book to note that the clock variation in the token box and the bank clock and the system of luch time. Madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager refused to give the complaint book and behaved like a third rate fellow like when i asked for complaint book he told he dont understand what i ask and he told you come to take money that is all.. All other banks staff are going one by one without affecting customer service. Why madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager is not courtious to customer manager. Unable to drop my cash in time. The lunch time should not be same for all staff and the madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager should be punished for behaving irritating way, refusal of complaints book and for the variation of time in the token machine. I will take the matter to the cunsumer court if not settled earlier. My contact no [protected]

            I complained about my dissatisfaction of customer service at this site duly giving my account .one person with no [protected] calling and told to verify account.taken the otp and taken my money.kindly take action.my no is [protected] .I KNOW HIS NUMBER ONLY.TRUE CALLER D TOLD HIS NAME ANIL, BEHAR, INDIA AND IDEA MOBILE
            I had recently transferred an amount of Rs 5000/- to ICICI bank account, but it didn't get transferred (the reason given as the receiver's account does not exist).
            I got a SMS stating that money has been credited to your account with deductions.
            They are not ready to refund the charge deducted for failed transaction.

              I had submitted Rs 40000 in ppf account but Canara Bank didn't enter deposit entry in my account. I had submit on 11/3/2016. I have a slip of my deposit amount.                 Last week i have visited nearby canara bank to deposit sum of 50k in my current account. And i have given 10 ruppee coins for 2000 Rs. And they said we have only rights to issue the coins and not for deposit Else we will take it for 200rs.Is the reason they mentioned is proper. You have been encouraging to go for online transaction and how it will be successful.. Really felt bad for the response I get you from your side.

                I received credit card last two months back but still I am not received PIN No. when i was contact my branch they say u received PIN no by post, and contact toll free no they raise complaint and say u received with in 7 working days but i am not received PIN. pls help me

                      This is in regard to a transaction failure for an online purchase from Flipkart using online Canara net-banking facility. I had initiated an online transaction on 18-09-16 at around 8:00AM, which got failed and an error message appeared on the screen. Though the transaction was incomplete, an amount of Rs 971/- was debited from my account.

                      I have already sent an online complaint on 20 September 2016 in this regard at [protected]@canara bank and also submitted a written complaint (hard copy) to concerned branch at IIT Guwahati campus. Since then I have made complain 3 times to all concern authority (around 5 and half month), I have inquired in this matter about 4-5 times but still the matter has not been resolved.

                      Please do something in this regard and resolve the matter ASAP.

                          The amount has been deducted from my account but same has not been credited in account of receiver i.e. Sh. I have visited the branch so many time and written complaint has been filed, but till date no action has been taken. it is requested to look in to the matter and credit the amount in my account.

                                i needed a change of phone number as i have changed my job and otp was going to my old companys number,
                                after having given all details in the bank register for change of the sms number .
                                I have been insulted and irritated by the customer service staff of versova bank .
                                I have 2 accounts but i want change in only one as payments our made from my nre account.. But she is shouting and insisting that i come tomorrow again in morning.
                                We have only time for bank work now in india... Why i cannot get my number changed and if anything was required i could have been asked for the details when i visited the bank today.
                                I am really upset with the tone and manner in which the customer service lady spoke and have personnally seen her talking in an insulting manner in the branch
                                i want my number changed asap.
                                And for your information she threatened me the work will be kept pending.
                                I am not taking this lightly and will take this up and take the most stringent step

                                  I have made a transaction 2000/- [two thousand rupees] on 13 Feb 2017, 8.00AM. at bellow mentioned ATM Details. I did not received single rupees also. but my money debited into my account. Again twice i checked my balance also my money debited. but i did not received money from ATM machine. I have reached CANARA bank at HSR Layout, Bangalore but they told me to within in 48 hours amount will be refunded... But 48 hours time exceeded still i dint refunded my money. I have sent an official email also but not getting reply.

                                    i have just recharge my mobile using my canara bank debit card on paytm on 14/2/2017. the money got deducted from my account but paytm says its payment failed Your payment has been declined by your bank. If money is deducted from your account, your bank will refund the same in 7 to 14 days. Please contact your bank in case of any delay or further queries.

                                      Today i went to M.G road ATM in Pondicherry and found that Canara bank starts to collect garbage. I was ashamed of the garbage found inside the ATM branch. I am a valuable customer of Canara Bank which is awkward to tell now.

                                      Then next is i have been trying for net banking for months to register a online account but couldn't register it properly. Tried calling but couldn't reach properly
                                      Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I use my atm card for withdrawal money from icici atm machine rs 10000 but not receive any money from atm machine.I complained atm toll free no.but not show any response for this please solve my problem.from a/c[protected] kenra bank Sultanpur up
                                        Sir I am tried many time but not doing any action by authorities so I think to complain here
