    Dear Sir,
    On 05-Mar-2017 (Sunday), time- 14:59:40, Your Bank Customer Care Assistance (named Rahul and Deepak), debited My Account Number[protected] with Rs. 3000.

    Your staff knowingly and fraudulently debited my account. Rahul Sir told me that, your debit card has been blocked, and again said that, don't worry, i will solve this problem. Then he told me to call the debit card number and i do the same. Then he transfer my Rs. 3000 to his account.

    So Please sir, kindly take necessary action immediately.

      Dear PM,

      We got an educational loan of amount Rs.54, 500(Fifty four thousand and five hundred) for the year[protected], and Rs.54, 500(Fifty four thousand and five hundred) for the year[protected]. My son was studying B.Tech(IT), in the college-Sakthi Mariamman Engineering College, Chennai. I was unable to support financially to him because I was working in my home as a tailor and I will get some Rs.200 per day, and also my husband was not working due to Eye problem and my son also didn’t get job for his education. Even though I have a complexities I have paid around Rs.85, 000 of Principal amount till last month. But they have sent application form to avail loan reimbursement from bank to get the Thasildar’s signature, 26.4.2014 once you came into the rule. As per your announcement below:
      For Loans granted prior to 1.4.2009

      In Feb 2014, Shri P Chidambaram (then Finance Minister) announced in the Parliament that Government would reimburse 100% of the interest outstanding as on 31.12.2013. Canara Bank was appointed as Nodal Bank to pool the data. Interest component on all eligible loans outstanding as on 31.12.2013 were paid by the Government to the Banks and credited to the loan accounts.

      In this scheme, the students who availed loan prior to 1.4.2009 and who paid the interest regularly were in a disadvantageous position. Since interest component was either nil or negligible, they did not get any benefit of the interest subsidy. Similarly the students who closed the education loan account before 31.12.2013 were also not eligible to get interest subsidy.

      Now this scheme is closed. Now the students cannot claim any interest subsidy under this scheme. We are writing this only for information.
      We also got signature from Thasildar and went to meet the Bank Manager, but he refused to accept that application form, and he suggested to pay principal amount and said we can think about the interest after sometime. And again I went to bank on 12.3.2016, to meet manager, settled the amount Rs.5000 through cheque no. 505499(Indian Bank), and also submitted the letter to request him about the details of Principal amount to be paid, and interest amount to deduct as per your announcement. But they refused to give the details and they are forcing me to pay the interest even though you have announced that Government will reimburse the 100% interest amount. You are supporting to reduce the burden of students but employees in the bank are forcing us to pay interest. Please take a required action to get this resolved.

      I got a call from Canara Bank, then they asked that how much i can pay, I said I can pay Rs. 30000, after that i did not get any response from them. Apart from this I came to know that they have conducted the camp for loan to give discounts on interest on 20/12/2016, also they did discounts for other customers, but they have not intimated me regarding this and did not give any discounts. I have followed up with them again and again but they have not responded. Kindly give us solution to get rid of this loan.

      I got a call from Canara Bank, then they asked that how much i can pay, I said I can pay

          I am a canara bank saving account holder

          i applied for a new debit card around a month ago but i did not received even any confirmation sms yet.
          I tried to ask the same at customer care centre but those people are not giving any response that whether the debit card is issued or not.
          I also visited the branch Rajinder nagar sahibabad, but they are also not giving any response to me.
          This is not the way to treat a customer.
          They should atleast inform me whether the debit card is issued or not.

            yes, bro. I am also faced problems with Canara bank. an even opening of saving account they have taken 4 days still I am not got atm. very bad service. an employee also behaved very bad .very very poor service that's why NPA's are more in that bank.first of all they don't know how to receive the customer. I have opened an account in suryapet branch .nalgonda Telangana.

              I have failed despite multiple personal visits to the bank near bda complex, indiranagar branch, indiranagar to consolidate my properitorship concern and my individual accounts to a single costumer id so that i can mobile banking.

              They are giving me different information all the time. On friday, the 24th of 2017 i was told it was done. Now i am told it is not! This has become a joke!
              Please help.

                Hello Canara Bank care dept.,

                My purpose to send you this email is regarding the poor service of Paytm. I had paid my electricity bill through paytm on 24.2.17 at 10.16 pm of rs. 380 where amount is deducted from my bank account but the payment is still pending it says transaction failed my mob no.                       Iam working in TNEB HQ in Chennai. We have a canara bank branch in our office complex. The canara Bank staff in this branch do not provide the required service to the staff of TNEB. Instead they treat the staff in a very bad manner. They are very harsh and for no reason they make us come again and again for receopt of cheque book or pass book. The way they behaved during the time of demonitisation was very attrocious. They have no rights to insult the TNEB staff in any way. Particularly one old person always

                          This is about the ATM run by your bank in Chennai ... None of them are maintained properly... or pleasing to the eyes of your valuable customers...
                          1. position of your screen is such that it reflects the light from the doorway making it difficult to read the screen.
                          2. The entire kiosk is littered by our Indian public...no periodic cleaning in force... You may please do away with printing receipts or make it optional...
                          the attached pics would make the status of many of your ATMs clear to you...

                              Hi,

                              I had done a online transfer of 489INR on 23rd Jan from my account to a lab test account using debit card. But this transaction was got failed and INR 489 has deducted by bank. After waiting so many days of transaction i have not received amount back in account. Bank is not taking this like a serious issue. Everytime when i am asking for money bank employees asking me to wait for another 7 days and giving me date of coming 7 days thrice. And again same issue happen ed on 14th Feb 2017 of amount 3800 but till now I don't receive my money back.

                              Please resolve my issue i want my amount back in account i have an urgency but they are not responding and taking this as a serious issue.
                              Please help me to resolve this issue i need my money early as well as possible.

                                    I opened 2 Savings Accounts with Canara Bank, Chunabatti branch on 7-Jan-2017 for my son and daughter. We received the confirmation on 23-Jan. But until 22-Feb-2017, we have not received the cheque book. On contacting the branch on 1-Feb, first they said to wait for 15 days, Then next time we contacted them on 15-Feb, they asked if we ticked the option for Cheque book. When we said we don't know, they made us fill up another form for cheque book request. On 22-Feb, I called [protected], they said they could not help me and I have to interact with the branch only.

                                    Bank was closed .i was not submitting the cash..i was there only for entry in pass book. But they have closed the bank at 3.30pm..

Without my knowledge Canara bank at t.nagar tied up with Apollo Munich insurance and deducted the insurance amount INR 2, 455 per year. Even the amount was deducted after i had closed my flood loan.                                       21:02:2017 time 13:50 hrs. Savings account no.[protected].

                                      Madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager is not courteous to customer. I went at 13:50 to the bank to withdraw my money. I have taken token which displayed 14:19 time. Iirequested for withdrawal slip. The staff concerned told lunch time between 14:00 hrs to 14:30 hrs. All other bank staff will go for lunch one by one and they are doing customer service continuously. When asked madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager, told that customer has to wait for 30 mts since all staff are taking lunch together. I enquired why i not been given withdrawal slip eventhough arrived at 13:50 hrs.. He told i come at 14:19 hrs as the token display time. The manager not updated the time in the token machine. I requested complaints book to note that the clock variation in the token box and the bank clock and the system of luch time. Madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager refused to give the complaint book and behaved like a third rate fellow like when i asked for complaint book he told he dont understand what i ask and he told you come to take money that is all.. All other banks staff are going one by one without affecting customer service. Why madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager is not courtious to customer manager. Unable to drop my cash in time. The lunch time should not be same for all staff and the madurai townhall road canara bank branch manager should be punished for behaving irritating way, refusal of complaints book and for the variation of time in the token machine. I will take the matter to the cunsumer court if not settled earlier. My contact no [protected]

                                      I complained about my dissatisfaction of customer service at this site duly giving my account .one person with no [protected] calling and told to verify account.taken the otp and taken my money.kindly take action.my no is [protected] .I KNOW HIS NUMBER ONLY.TRUE CALLER D TOLD HIS NAME ANIL, BEHAR, INDIA AND IDEA MOBILE
                                      I had recently transferred an amount of Rs 5000/- to ICICI bank account, but it didn't get transferred (the reason given as the receiver's account does not exist).
                                      I got a SMS stating that money has been credited to your account with deductions.
                                      They are not ready to refund the charge deducted for failed transaction.
