Dear sir/madam,
This is a complaint against canara bank, national book trust branch in vasant kunj phase -2.
I reached the canara bank almost a week back as the toll free no. Of nps suggested this bank and i also have my savings bank account with it.
I met bank manager gaurav atleast a week back to open a national pension scheme account in my name. He tried to sell his bank’s products to me. I refused to give in and go for it.
My mother again visited the bank, she was provided the nps form and the paperwork required.
On some pretext the nps account as not opened. She was returned though she had the completed form and the necessary papers.
Today again she went to canara bank and gaurav made some other person inform my mother that nps account is not being opened in canara bank. The scheme has been converted to atal pension yojana.
However when i called the the nps toll free i was informed that the nps scheme is still open and canara bank is opening it.
I request you to intervene and take action against the bank manager and the branch.
It has been over two weeks that bank manager is troubling my mom who is also a senior citizen and she is trying to help me so that i don’t have to take leave from office.
Common man is being made to run pillar to post for something which is being promoted by the govt. Of india. The bank is infact going against the norms set by the govt.
Require your intervention. Please support.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is a complaint against CANARA BANK, National Book Trust Branch in VASANT KUNJ PHASE -2.
I reached the canara bank almost a week back as the toll free no. of NPS suggested this bank and I also have my savings bank account with it.
I met bank manager GAURAV atleast a week back to open a National Pension Scheme Account in my name. He tried to sell his bank’s products to me. I refused to give in and go for it.
My Mother again visited the bank, she was provided the NPS FORM and the paperwork required.
On some pretext the NPS account as not opened. She was returned though she had the completed form and the necessary papers.
Today again she went to Canara bank and Gaurav made some other person inform my mother that NPS account is not being opened in Canara bank. The scheme has been converted to Atal pension yojana.
However when I called the the NPS toll free I was informed that the NPS scheme is still open and CANARA BANK is opening it.
I request you to intervene and take action against the bank Manager and the branch.
It has been over two weeks that bank manager is troubling my mom who is also a senior citizen and she is trying to help me so that I don’t have to take leave from office.
Common man is being made to run pillar to post for something which is being promoted by the Govt. of India . The Bank is infact going against the norms set by the Govt.

    I am having canara bank a/c No.[protected] in Habsiguda branch, Hyderabad. I applied for new cheque book through ATM service on 05/01/2017. But so, far no cheque book has received by me. Kindly arrange to dispatch new cheque as I applied, as I am urgently required. I do not have leave to visit bank, as my weekly holiday is on Sunday.

      I have depisited cheque of rs 60, 000 in y canara bank account number[protected]. Name pritesh Bhala parbhani branch maharashtra.
      Cheque is deposited on friday for clearing local cleqring. Amount will be debited from opp partys account. Showing in my accout as unclerd amout. I vl contact bank manager on saturday they told me on the end of day your amount vl be credited in your account. But iy vl be not credited on today i gl contact him again they arrogantly behaviour with me. They told i[censored] have problems then close your account. I cant understand what mistake i did. I request you please solve my issue ASAP. And take nessasry action on bank manager other vice i vl complint to consumer court.

        I cancelled the product from the Amazon and amazon refund the money through same source i.e debit card of Canara bank.
        The refund of 1749 rs. has been initiated by Amazon and for the same they provide the reference number 7522608270160113417433633.

        I talked with customer care of Canara bank but they are like, they dont know anything about this, and was saying go to the branch or call to customer complaint number then I called on customer complaint number, they also didnt provide me any solution.

          Respected sir, i rudragouda r patil resident of purakondikoppa village of hirekerur taluk district: haveri a customer of canara bank kachavi of hirekerur taluk district: haveri karnataka took loan of 149000/-rs for agriculture expenses of growing paddy irrigated in my survey no.17/2 of 5-16 acre - gunta. After submitting all relevant documents and crop sowing certificate, amount was credited to my sb account on[protected]. (2015-16 kharif season) that time i asked staff of that bank to insure my paddy irrigated crop in crop insurance scheme under loanee farmer and they replied that all loanee farmers are compolsarily covered by our bank. Due to drought irrigation facility was not available to crop and crop loss occured and crop insurance was awarded for paddy irrigated at hobli level. Then i went to bank to see the amount of crop insurance, i was shocked after hearing by bank staff that due to wrong information by canara bank staff. I unable to get crop insurance amount due to negligence of canara bank staff. Like me lot of farmers every year are cheated by this canara bank branch staff. So please make detailed investigation in canara bank kachavi of hirekerur taluk district: haveri and make arrangements to give my crop insurance amount.

            A total of 4 debits appeared in my SB account[protected], Canara Bank, Stantanpuram Branch, Kurnool, A.P State, without my drawal of money as follows.

            1. An amt of Rs.2500/- debited on[protected] at 21.47 hrs..
            2. An amt of Rs.2500/- debited on[protected] at 21.50 hrs..
            3. An amt of Rs.1000/- debited on[protected] at 10.36 hrs.
            4. An amt of Rs.1500/- debited on[protected] at 10.37 hrs...

            I request you to kindly credit back an amount of rs.7500/- immediately to my account sir as i have not withdrawn the above amount else I will approach legally.

              We are a jamnagar based company(Gujarat), Have given all the documents after the demonetization so that our employees get their salary timely and without any hassle. But the Canara Bank Employee & Manager were doing the work lethargically and still even after 30 days our accounts are not opened and they keep on giving lame answers when we go there to inquire.

              Further, We have given them 90+ account opening forms but they have just given us cheque books and passbook without any ATM or debit card which is also being delayed. The account opening has been done of only 53 out of 90+ and since 15 days no new updates of opening the remaining 40+ account.

              The Branch is Super Market Branch in Jamnagar(Gujarat), The manager and employee are rude and always up with some lame excuses.

              Mr Prashant was the person who took the necessary details and the account opening form from Canara Bank. Now no one is being serious and our employees are getting frustrated due to the account opening process which has came to a complete halt since last 15 days.

                I have applied for a home loan from canara bank in march 2016 and got the same in April 2016 but date which is mentioned in cheque is 28 mar.2016.now last week i asked my banker to apply new reduced ROI on my loan amount but he is saying bank is charging .50%+service tax for the same.
                I want to know why i have been asked to pay these charges as this should be applicable automatically

                  I am an account holder at IIT powai branch CANARA BANK. At IIT powai branch, I had to deposit 489 rupees to my friends account in cash . I had withdrew money from my account and they gave me 2000 rupees notes. So I had to give 2000 rupees note against the deposition of 489 immediately after withdrawal. The same cashier was handling deposition and withdrawal. While he himself gave me 2000 rupees note, he refused to take back when I wanted to deposit rs 489 although he had sufficient amount of change. His behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional while he insisted that I should do only neft transactions for this amount or do cash transaction for exactly 500. This was highly inappropriate on his part. Please look into the matter at the earliest since these unprofessional behaviours are extremely annoying and disturbing from the customers side.

                      I want to inform you that i have paid my vodafone throw app for rs 922.87 on 28/12/2017 at 9.36.Payment has been deducted from my account and no transaction id generated for this.I contact canrabank kawsalpuri faizabad branch for my a/c[protected] ifsc cnrb0005596(vinay kumar yadav) he informed your money is at the gateway of vodafone and i am not able to help you .bank manager told me to make request from you for it.so kindly confirm me that you have not received or nor it is not available in your gateway or as i can go throw legal way to retain my amount.still i have not retained my amount.my amount is not in bank nor it avialiable in vodafone then where it is.not one taking responsibility for it.

                        i joined as a UGC JRF on 21 November 2014 in IICT. I am getting my fellowship of running months but i did not received my fellowship of April 2015 month but i got HRA of April 2015 month.
                        my friends also had same missing issue (May 2015 fellowship) but they recently got that missed month fellowship and am not received yet that missed month fellowship.
                        i previously complemented many time on these issue at canara bank here SP road hyderabad but still not solved my issue yet. last time when i complained at scholarship.[protected]@canarabank.com these issue i got replay from you like your issue will be resolved up to April 2016 but it is now 2017 and i complained to [protected]@canarabank.com and [protected]@canarabank.com

                          The services are very bad. They already have less staff and on tat the work is piled up. If they tell a person tat there work will be done within 2 days they will take more than two days to complete it. This is so careless. They think we r there servants.
                          Services are so much better in bank of India and vijaya bank.
                          Terrible service in this bank. Not on there word.

                            As I have received my new ATM card 2 weeks back when I tried to get money from my account it was showing as invalid .when I asked bank officer about this he told me to change password initially means first transaction I tried but there was no options to change password because of my card as been blocked...I tried to call to costumer care, my call did not connect I kindly request u to unblock my card and help me to get a new pin number... I made payment again and it found successful being No. Passport Seva MO PS-OBDSBIPGIN-13, Challan No. 12484154 . i.e. deduction two times against one ARN.
                                    So, please you are requested to made correction of above deduction in my account and oblige.

                                      My atm was applied one month before but third time I went n ask they said like we don't know better u come next week. bank debited my atm amount on the third day itself but atm not handover to myself.am a mnc employee hope u undetstand how atm is important for me...all the salary savings in that acc only...madurai melur branch employees very cheaply to handle customers...pls take action...

But from my account Rs. 499 Debited. Kindly I request you to please look into this on priority and help me out.and please re credited that amount to my account as soon as possible.
