    I Pema Wanchuk Lepcha working in CRH Sikkim Manipal would like to draw your attention as my net banking is not working past three months.I went to Canara Bank Branch office more than 20 times but still they are saying me to come some other days.Sometime they will say like net banking can be done and all related problem will also solved online. I had try to solved so many times but i cant so i explain my problem details ti my branch office but now also they are saying same thing, so now i am fully irrited with this issues kindly look over it.

    My main problem is when i log in my user id and password, it shows me user id locked.
    I had try so many time to unlock this user id by submitting my PAN card, DOB, Account no but its shows invalid PAN No.
    now what to do please guide me.

    Kindly help me soon as possible to use my netbanking.

      I am S.Umamageswari having Savings Account No.[protected] at Canara Bank, Tirunvelveli Town branch. Presently i am living in Hosur. You are aware due to demonetization i could not withdraw my cash in ATM and i planned to withdraw through cheque. Since i have no cheque book, i asked local branch for the same. There are two branches in Hosur, One is near Busstand and other one is in Bagalur Road. (Near Andhra Bank.)
      But both branches are refused to accept the cheque book requisition, stating that you have to apply with your original branch( where i am having account). All private banks are entertaining on line accounting/ service, why canara bank is not providing.
      Is this your service to customer, .
      please instruct your branch to provide good service to customer like me.

        Hello, I Ankit Dhankhar. Acc. No.[protected]. I did a recharge of INR 254 on 19th December 2016 for my mobile no. [protected]. through canara bank mobile banking application. Money was deducted from my account but recharge was never happened. I contacted Airtel and they said they didn't receive any money. I contacted branch n they asked me to wait for 10 days and then lodge complaint online. My recharge ref id is[protected]. kindly look into this matter and help me get my Money back.

          Sir, one the canara bank Maklajgiri branch manager, in Hyderabad, she is not serving the old pension holders and not giving cash and asking them to wait, no courtesy to her, and she is diverting cash to her now people. When ever customers walking in the bank, in 1hr cash with draw is closed. And she is asking infant people also to visit branch, Sri, kindly take an action on BM, do the help to the people

            I had use internet banking on 22nd december. And have transfer rs15000 and rs6000. The amount was debited from my account but transaction was unsuccessful. Till now the amount is not refund to my account. I have complaint many times to the canara bank customer care number but they just ignore or tell to contact the branch. When i contact the branch.. Branch says contact customer care. I am not able to decide what to do. Bank staff and customer care is only wasting my time. Its tooo late. They say within 24 hour internet banking money is refund but till now i have not get any information or any update from the bank or from the customer care. Kindly refund my balance as soon as possible.

              The bank is total mood to fail the demonetisation service taken by the pm of india.
              They are not clearing the cheques deposited in the bank accounts. Even after 12 days of cheque deposition the bank staff is saying it will take another week for the clearance of the cheque.
              Its a request to concerned authorities to look into thematter and solve it.

                There are various issues wih this bank.

                1. There are less number of ATM stores of this bank.
                2. The present ATM stores are mostly in non working condition.
                3. In dhankawadi, pune branch if you want to withdraw the amount from the bank the bank staff will mostly ask you for the self baerer cheque. ( If the cheque is not available then they give you the withdrawal slip, but they mostly asks for cheque )
                4. The bank timing is mentioned as 10 AM to 6 PM but the bank working (for customers) is closed at 3:30 PM
                5. I was arrieved at 1:30 PM for a wihdrawal, the bank clerk gave me the withdrawal receipt on request.
                6. I got one token and asked to wait until token number comes.
                7. Since I was waited for half an hour, the bank staff closed all cash counters at 2:00 PM for the lunch. ( Atleast one counter should be opened for the customers at lunch time as SBI does )
                8. And the horrible thing is, the closed the main entrance of the bank from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, I cant go outside too.
                9. I have requested the staff that i am having some important work, please co-operate me, but still the denied.
                10. There ATM's are closed mostly and because of two days holiday I cant withdraw my savings either from bank or ATM's.
                11. At 2:30 they started the counters and again the waiting for token turn is starts.
                12. And finally my turn comes at 2:38 PM
                13. Since for my single withdrawal I was waited for one hour (even if the crowd was not there)
                14. I was waited half an hour for my token turn and remaining half an hour was waiting in the bank (since the main door was closed from 2:00 to 2:30 PM)
                15. There passbook printing machine is not working from few days.

                Sir main canara bank account holders hu. Mera debit card 25 sitambar ko block ho gaya tha. Jiski complaint maine branch me ki parantu koi bhi samadhan nahi hua. Main bank k chakker lagakar pareshan ho gaya hu. Jis se mera kafi nuksan ho gaya h. 3 November ko maine apna debit card canara bank ballabgarh chabla colony me jama kar diya tha.

                i have aaccount in cenra bank (mangliya sadak branch, indore m.p )was want to deposite Rs.33000-in my account in Amount 3500/- Rs.on coin of 10/-Rs coins by and he said 10/- coins not receive by bank in your account, he said bank gives 10/- coins to custemar but bank not receive 10/- Rs. coins

                  I Have my Current Account in Canara Bank Goyal Nagar Indore as
                  A/C No.[protected] named ASAUS Technologies.
                  I have deposited a Cheque with no. 953875 of PNB Manisha Market Shahpura Bhopal of Amount 39200 on 20/12/2016 . but still I have no update about clearance of this cheque. Normally When I deposit any cheque in HDFC Bank current A/C it hardly take 2 days for clearing which is correct as per RBI Norms.
                  Please Help me in this matter.

                    I'm holding and current account in canara bank, Begur branch 1667, couple of cheque have been returned pass a week, when asked to hand over the cheque the manager talks rudely n asked me close the account.
                    She is not at all giving me a proper reason.
                    Many a time I have requested for the returned cheque but she runs away from this matter.
                    I wrote a letter against this but she refuse to accept it.
                    The manager of canara bank, Begur branch is involved in some illegal transactions, so she always run away from small issues.

                    I request the govt officials to sticky enquirer this canara bank, Begur branch, surely they will be guilty.

                        Sir, I am Gnanavel. Last year, I bought a gold loan from your bank. Last month, that loan period was completed. Due to central government demonetization policy, I am not able to arrange the money for fulfill the loan. But I said “I am able to pay interest amount for that loan” to the bank employee. But they said “you should pay full amount to finish the loan”. Last week, they send me one letter. In that letter, they mentioned “if you are not able to pay the amount, come to the bank for discussions”. So I went to bank for discussions on 23.12.2016. on that day the bank manager and employees told me “your interest gone to double time. So you should pay the double interest with full amount”. I told them “due to demonetization, I was not able to pay the full amount with interest”. They can’t hear my words. I maintain a account for 15 years in this branch. This is the common problem for our people in today’s situation. And also, in this branch I was not able to communicate employees with the Tamil language. So I can’t able to tell my problems clearly. So please give me time for arrange a amount and reduce my double interest to the existing interest. Thanking you!

                            Hi team,

                            My canara bank net banking have been hacked by unknown persons and they did online purchase at "flipkartmumbai maharastra in" at 23/12/16 for rupees 54019. I didnt got sms alertfor the amount deducted to my mobile only for this case.
                            For this transcation, the otp sent to my gmail id from "[protected]@canarabank.com". Generally otp come to my mobile only, but only this case, the otp sent to my mail.
                            Attached the snapshot of the transaction and mail received for otp.
                            Except that otp to mail, online statement,
                            I dont have any notification on the purchase from both canara bank and flipkart on the same.
                            Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            I filed a complaint in flipkart website and the amount is expected to refunded by today. But still i didnt got the amount refunded. Canara Bank needs to take immediate action on our complaints and quick up the refund process.

                                i have lost my canara bank passbook, and my atm card too...Nalgonda branch

                                i kindly request you to block my atm pin as soon as possible and make my cash in the account safe.

                                I am trying the helpline no:[protected] continously and immediately after loosing my bank passbook and atm card and pin no.
                                But i did not get any response from customer care. Its been 4 hours since i lost my passbook, atm card, pin.

                                    Two days back syndicate bank cheque amount(rs 2347) credited to my canara bank account in Tamilnadu, srivilliputtur, pillayarkulam canara bank branch..

                                    But suddenly the same amount rs 2347 got debited on 22/dec/2016 without any reason. I didnt withdraw that money also.

                                    We want to know the reason why it got debited. Also I called customercare to solve this but they told to contact branch directly. I am in banglore but canara banak bracnh is in Tamilnadu virudhunagar disrtict pillayarkulam. How i will go there to ask this?
                                    We called many times to that branch but no body picked our call.

                                    I need my money back. Respond and take action ASAP.

                                      On 23.12.2016 @ 8:59 a. M. I filled the petrol for rs.150/= through my debit card at nisarga service station, yalachahalli, hoskate, bangalore. Rs.150 debited to my a/c, but dealer not credited, again 2nd time rs.150/= debited to my a/c @ 9:01 a. M. So i am requesting you to refund the amount rs.150/= to my a/c.
