Dear sir,

My sister-in-law (Brothers wife) having account in kariyapattinam branch, branch code 1551, she deposited rs. 31000/- to her account on 13/11/2016 the amount taken by the manager in his cabin and also he asked "are you going to withdrawal any amount from your account" but she said no. The next day manager called her and ask to come to the branch to change the pay in slip for rs. 41000/- the remaining amount rs. 10000/- is given by the manager and he ask to withdraw the amount as new notes from her account so she got afraid and will not go to the branch.
Ten days later when she went to the branch and check the passbook the amount is not credited to the account. When we ask manager he told the amount is already credited to your account at the same time we check the passbook entry the amount not credited. Then he told the amount will credited today but that day also not credited finally the amount credited after 20 days. Like this lot of money misused by the manger please take necessary action.

i requested on 02.12.16 tfr my a/c from kalamassery branch to vytilla branch . Till now ( beyond 24 hrs.) not yet tfr .
Pls. Intervene and get solution. .

Never provide cash withdrawal forms. Whenever we visit your branch at S-17, Rajendra Nagar, Ghaziabad pertaining our account related query they straight away uncompassionately say no connection, server problems, wires are damaged etc etc.

    I mohd irfan (MANF-SRF) in dept. of business administration, D.D.U. Gorakhpur University, had submitted the document regarding my continuation certificate, half yearly progress report and certificate for upgradation from (manf- jrf) to (manf-srf) which uploaded to the ugc-canara bank on[protected], but till today when i am writing this complain fund is not transfered in my account. It never happend before that it took more than 30 days from the date o[censored]plaoad

    My account number is[protected]. I've created internet banking recently with user ID 76349564. In payments menu, fund transfer option is missing. So, I'm unable to transfer to other accounts and do internet banking. Could you please suggest me a solution to this problem.

        The Corr.PPO(PPO.NO C/CORR/FYS/05010/2016, DATED 04.04.2016) copy has been sent to the Canara bank, Aravankadu branch. When i was temporary residing. Since i shifted along with my family to Kotagiri and i maintain a bank account wit SBI, Kotagiri branch. Thereby I request you good office to resend the original Corr PPO copy to the SBI. Kotagiri to enable me to receive all the pension benefits for the past six month. I have been mental agony. I already sent you letter as on 06.08.2016 and this is my third time request. I hope you to taken necessary action to my letter.

          Greetings sir this Bharath from chickaballapur district, shidalaghttta taluk bhaktarahalli village ... as above citted subject i am holding savings bank account in canara bank bhaktarahalli village IFSC code CNRB0009017 ... i have waited for so long to withdrawn 24000 for my college fees but they told we are having less amount i have to give who have CALLED me through phone i will give only 4000 ... he will be providing extra amount for other people (influence people )... from the day when old notes are banned i have gone 3 times they are telling the same and i have withdrawn only 2000

            After doing several mailings and speaking with customer service support there was and there is no proper solution to the a particular problem.while doing online transaction it is showing " your transaction is failure and ask your bank to allow for transaction", This is what on every payment sites are displaying on your bank ATM card.

              Respected sir,
              I am SENTHILKUMAR holding bank a/c XXXXXXX100122 at Kariyapattinam branch, Tamilnadu. In our branch the branch manager Aswin prasad with the help of Raja working as BC in the same branch and also Ragupathi the local boy they use to bring black money for big parties and the deposited in poor people Jan dhan yojana accounts and withdraw the amount without the party knowledge. If the party came and ask about the withdrawal BC Raja answering that " if you not making any transaction in your account the account will closed soon so we are helping you to save your account from closing by RBI". Most of the peoples are from Moolakarai village. This process done for 30% commission. Manager doing all process in his cabin and his home. Please kindly take necessary action.

                    I have open a savings acc in maredpally branch on 29 sep 2016. I applied for my personal debit card. The bank ensure to provide debit card within 10 days. After 10 days when i went their they told me some technical issues happen so i must re-apply. On 13 oct 2016 i re-applied for my card. Till date i. E 05 dec 2016 i didnt received my card. Because of demonitisation i am having trouble.
                    Please send my debit as soon as possible to bthe branch and please ensure that i am able to recive it. I vl be very thankfull.

                      On 2nd december i had written a complaint to [protected]@canarabank.com regarding a teansaction through upi app from my account no:[protected] of rs20000 on 1 dec it shows error in transaction and the amount has been debited from my account and on 2nd dec of rs 50000 and it shows payment failed and the amount has been debited. There is no response for that mail. I called on the customer care number also they told within 24 hrs they will solve the problem and nothing had happend. So plz take some action and solve my problem and plz debit the amount into my account

                        Dear sir,
                        Refusal to accept ohd notes by cananra bank, pettah branch (Trivandrum) for general public (Non-customers)/ senior citizen -
                        I am a senior citizen staying just 5 minutes away from canara bank, pettah branch (Trivandrum). On[protected] around 3 pm i appraoched canara bank, pettah branch (Trivandrum) being the nearest bank branch to my residence for exchanging 4 numbers of old 1000 rupee notes along with my id proof. The lady sitting in the counter refused to accept my cash and told me that they are exchanging a maximum of rs.500 (One 500 note only) for the general public (Non-customers) and directed me to meet the senior officer concerned sitting next to her for futher directions. I approached the senior officer with the 4 ohd notes and id proof and made a request to exchange my 4 old 1000 rupee notes. He asked a few questions and vehementelly refused to accept my notes and told me that "we give preference to our customers and you go to your bank and if you do not have an account, i can not do anything".
                        He also ridiculed me for not opening an account with canara bank so far. I told him that it is an emergency and i am having necessary id proof, declartion in rbi format etc. And badly in need of exchanging the old notes kept by me for the last few days due to the heavy rush and crowd in the bank. He sarcastically expressed his unwillingness to entertain my request and showed me the door to get out of the premises and continued to accept cash from other customers of canara bank who approached him subsequently. I waited there for another 5-10 minutes and pointed out that it is rbi directive that public sector banks should entertain all those who approach them irrespective of the fact whether he is a customer or non-customer. I asked him to reject my application and give his rejection in writing which also he refused with a saracastic smile. I really feel insulted infront of other custolers and disappointed and told him that i will register a complaint with the head office of canara bank and rbi. He noded his head sarcastically and told to go ahead with registering a complaint as if he is ready to face the consequences, whatever it may be. I waited there for some more time so that i can get the notes exchanged and avoid a complaint; but no one was available for any help. I left the branch totally disappointed. I am registering a complaint as directed by the branch official and request you to kindly look into the matter and give necessary instructions to the branch officials to avoid such blatant violations of rbi instructions and fixing their own parameters / stipulations arbitrarily against goi directives thereby causing inconvenience to general public and insulting senior citizens like me who approach the bank as per rbi / goi directives.
                        I also request that canara bank should tender an unconditional apology to me for the insult and inconveninces caused to me and violating rbi / goi directives and suitably compensate me for the insult and inconveninces.

The link provided in the home page of the canara bank for registering public grievances for redressal is not working properly and not accepting the grievances from general public. I tried three times with otp received from the web site but faled to submit the grievance since the same is giving error message on submitting the complaint in the template.

                          I got opened a savings account (A/c no:[protected] in canara bank, kakinada main branch, ifsc code: cnrb0000626, east godavari district, andhra pradesh in july, 2016.

                          At the time of account opening i asked them for internet banking facility and registration. They suggested me to register online. Though i submitted all the required details including my mobile number at the time of account opening, an error message containing "invalid mobile number" has been displaying. Then i contacted the branch manager through email and requested to link my mobile number in my banking profile on 1 st oct, 2016 but there is no reply from the branch/branch manager.

                          After two months i. E., on 2nd december, 2016 i remembered them to update/link my mobile number to my banking account but still i got no reply.

                          Linking my mobile number to my account is a small issue but two months is a very long time. If there was any problem in linking my mobile number to my account they have to let me know the problem and i will try to solve it but they don't even reply to my mail. They had provided contact details for assistance but without batting an eye on the customer's problem, what is the use of providing contact details.

                              With due rescept
                              I am vikram jeet i. E, custmer of your canara bank till[protected].
                              Few day ago, i visted your bank where i felt so guilty and shame for misbehaviour of your staff. I am there in que for withdraw rs.1000 for an urgent work (My mother treatment). We were going to doctor that time. After 15-20 minutes i reached to cashier. I asked him -'is there cash available??' cashier replied-yes, you fill that withdrawal form first then come to me i will give your money. Then i pick up that form and start filling. Suddenly bank manager - himanshi aggarwal shouted on me in a very rude tone"apko koi pese nahi milenge pehle ap suresh pathak ke stock statment report leke aao" i requested mam please i need it urgently my mother is on the way to doctor but she again shouted on me "jao yha se koi pese ni milenge"in front of 20-25 people she continue shouted on me very badly i felt so shame. Then she bring a form to me and said me sign on that form for your money. I asked that time to manager after signing this form will i got my money in cash???. She replied yes yes your full payment will paid my bank on the spot i quikly sign all forms and in a minute she said me now you are not our custmer take your demand draft and get out from our bank.. I asked for cash then she again shouted on me on bahalf of suresh pathak that you just leave our bank. That time i was feeling worse condition like a begger in front of that 20 persons i am feeling shamefull.. Then i came back from bank with nothing in my hands except a demand draft which was useless at that time.
                              O please sir please this is my humble request to take a quick action on bank manager himanshi aggarwal. She is very rude and incorprative to every custmer all custmers all aware of her rude behaviour
                              I request sir please give me reply of this application.

                                I had been to deposit the amount. (old 500 and 1000 notes). There was a big queue, just 1 single queue for both cash withdrawal and deposit. Around 2pm the bank did not have money to provide the people. But, they could have allowed the people who wanted to deposit the amount. Instead they just closed the shutter and did not inform anything to the public. Public waited till 5:30 and at 5:30 they just said the bank is closed.
                                So irresponsible!! If they do not have money to give, they could have allowed people who wanted to deposit the amount instead of wasting the time from 2pm to 5 pm.

                                  I am g. jasmin from thanjavur tamilnadu, i have savings account of canrabank thanjavur srinivasapuram branch. i have send neft transaction in the name of mr. govindaraj on 03.08.2016 the amount of rs.2000/-. but the transaction failed not send the money to govindaraj. i have complaint near at canara bank branch two times but till now the amount not refund. i kindly request you to take neccessary action and refund my amount rs.2000/-. my account details and failed transaction details are given below,

                                  Respected sir,
                                  i have send money on 03.08.2016 to my relation account through my net banking of Amount Rs.2000/- by my husband.but it was not credit to my relation account. it was due to transaction failed but the amount Rs.2000/- debit from my account. so after 15 days i went to my canara bank and gave complaint regarding neft transaction failed. many times i went to canara bank srinivasapuram branch thanjavur-613009 tamilnadu and bank staff said we follow and send this issue to headoffice but till now i am not get this amount Rs.2000/-. yesterday also i gave complaint but till now not credit the amount. please do the needful. the details of neft transaction are given below also my personal details of bank given below.

                                      I am Holding S/B ac no xxxxxxx 011901, Mulund Camp, Mulund west, L B s marg, Mumbai - 80, at present residing at Tollugunge, Kolkata utilizing Bank _ new Alipur Branch . I update my Passbook 28/11/16 was shocked to see that there was withdrawal on 1500/- in favour of India pest Control dated 18/11/16, when complaint to New Alipur branch it was told that sice your main branch is Mumbai speak to them and a mail to sent to both about holding the bank transaction for some time which was done .Simultaneous Mulund Camp was spoken about that but the strange and rude behavior of the bank employee Mr Rajinder was really shocking and alarming that canara bank has such type attitude staff in the bank . he was least bother to solve any problem instead was not at all concern that a amount has been will happen withdrawn from a customer account stating its a smaller amount and it is possible it can happen stating as " HUMAN ERROR". i even told him i will com[plaint against him he said i can complaint to any body nothing will happen
