Respected sir,
This is jasmin from thanjavur. the amount Rs.2000/- failed during neft transaction on 03.08.2016 from my net banking transaction. many time i have complaint my canara bank srinivasapuram, thanjavur, tamilnadu. he said we follow the steps and submit a complaint, but till now the amount of Rs.2000/- not refund in my account. i have send complaint two times from online last week but not take any action against my complaint....

Since i shifted along with my family to Kotagiri and i maintain a bank account wit SBI, Kotagiri branch. Thereby I request you good office to resend the original Corr PPO copy to the SBI. Kotagiri to enable me to receive all the pension benefits for the past six month. I have been mental agony....

ATM card is not working while online transaction

After doing several mailings and speaking with customer service support there was and there is no proper solution to the a particular problem.while doing online transaction it is showing " your transaction is failure and ask your bank to allow for transaction", This is what on every payment sites are displaying on your bank ATM card.

Amount of 110 deducted when used paytm

Transaction failed money debited

I am ragam lakshmi priya with account no.[protected] at dilsukhnagar branch. I had done transaction of rs.9900 on 30.11.2016 using upi from epower app. My account had been debited with same amount and the recipient had not been credited.

Not receving my debit card after 2 months from applying.

I have open a savings acc in maredpally branch on 29 sep 2016. I applied for my personal debit card. The bank ensure to provide debit card within 10 days. After 10 days when i went their they told me some technical issues happen so i must re-apply. On 13 oct 2016 i re-applied for my card. Till date i. E 05 dec 2016 i didnt received my card. Because of demonitisation i am having trouble.

Complaint regarding upi app

Deposit of amount

I had been to deposit the amount. (old 500 and 1000 notes). There was a big queue, just 1 single queue for both cash withdrawal and deposit. Around 2pm the bank did not have money to provide the people. But, they could have allowed the people who wanted to deposit the amount. Instead they just closed the shutter and did not inform anything to the public. Public waited till 5:30 and at 5:30 they just said the bank is closed.
So irresponsible!!...

Neft payment limit

We are having a current account with prahladnagar branch, ahmedabad. We have the top most cadre of current account with all facilities and where minimum balance of 1 lakh has to be maintained at all times. Still, we are able to carry out only 10 neft transactions per day. Inspite of repeated requests, the same has not been changed. The bank staff is not aware how to increase the "number of transactions" that can be done through neft per day...

I have deposited chq on 25th Nov (Vijay Bank Chq), but Bank has submitted that chq to UCO Bank for clearance. See what banking system we have in India. Chq got returned. But Bank has chargned returned charges on me. When i am calling customer care no one is responding.

This case who will take the responsible, there is no issue from my end. why you guys are charging Chq return charges on me....
