I have savings account in canara bank rajouri branch, on 14th december 2016, i went to canara bank naraina branch to deposit cash. It was rs. 49500/- which i had to deposite but the cashier said since my bank account is not linked to my pan card therefore he can't accept the cash.

My account is an active account and, i received my salary in that account. I am also a tax payer then why did he not accept the cash, above all pan card is required for cash deposit of rs. 50, 000/-

Please look into the matter.

canara bank branch hadiabad phagwara denies me to open my a/c .I have visited 3 times, and manager always argues some way or other. I am an employee of a private firm and I am unable to withdraw my salary in the absence of my a/c after central govt. has announced demonetisation

    Plz inspect the canara bank money details..
    Because this bank provides only 10, 000 rs
    To individuals..
    And after 12 o'clock. They say cash is not available..
    Then where is the cash..??
    After 12 o'clock they become cashless.
    And they close their bank before 3:30 and
    Opens the bank after 10:15..
    Today i saw a person came in the bank like vip..
    And went out a with a bag...
    Yes, it is fraud.. Many people even said that..
    I wish to have inspection on canara bank money detail..

      I have a savings bank account and a current account with canara bank and for all the previous years my pan no. Has been linked to both accounts. I was recently informed that the pan no. Was not updated to my current account, hence i resubmitted the required documents for it to be relinked. However i was informed that once my pan was linked to the current account it can no longer be linked to the sb account. I have no idea why the system wont accept it when it has been doing so for all these years.

      I had paid income tax online vide challan no 217 for rs 62560 online selecting canara bank but cyber receipt is not getting generated i have been trying our toll free no [protected] since morning but it is always not reachable bsr code is 0242465

        Dear sir,
        My account number is[protected].

        On 1st december 2016, i was charged twice for single transaction amounting to rs 1152. I gave a complaint letter in my home branch (Jayadeva hospital) and was assured that the money would be credited back that is still pending.

        Today, on 16 th december 2016, similar event has occured again (Amount rs 434)

        If neither the shop nor the bank takes responsibility for refund of amount, it becomes untenable to continue use of your debit card. The experience is very distressing in the background of cash shortage.

        Kindly help me get refund of the money. I shall be highly obliged to you.

            I have sb a/c[protected] with Barabanki Branch . I am repeatedly vising the branch for getting my renewed ATM card but every time branch officials said to come after 3-4 days. I am fat up. How much time will be taken for issuance of renewed ATM card. As I am doing small job at NOIDA and it is very difficult for me to visit the branch again & again in every week.

              It is noted with displeasure, the canara bank mettupalayam branch were sluggish in their customer service. Yesterday i have filled my application with cheque by 11am for making rtgs money transfer. Bank staffs said that money will be transferred by 2.30 pm. Then i dialled to the bank by 2.45 pm, they said it will transfered by 4pm. Again i dialled to them by 4.30 pm, they said it will transfered by 5.30 pm. But till now money has not been transfered, as my balance amount remains the same. Already people were suffering from demonetization, standing in long ques, this type of sluggishness feels very bad.                   Hi myself ramling m bhagale i had added amount of ₹ 5050 to my paytm wallet from my debit card on 02/12/2016 and returned the same amount i, e ₹ 5050 on 30/11/2016 to my debit card linking with a/c no:[protected] it passed 10 days still the amount is not credited to my account, in my paytm passbook its showing amount transferred successfully to the bank, reference no.74766516337648557333576 for successful refund of rs 5050 from paytm to your bank account. Please kindly help me in solving this issue.

                          With most respectfully submits as under-
                          That, applicant is the costumer of canra bank since 1998.
                          Applicant opened his account in sarita vihar branch and transferred in jaitpur branch on the request of jaitpur branch manager named mr. Sharma.
                          Applicant visited at jaitpur branch at about 10:30 am today and seen that some people are stands in the que from 6:00 am for his bank transaction but some persons were entering without any que in the bank.
                          I appeared in the branch at 1:30 pm and seen a person asking about his problem with the manager and manager misbehaved with the person and directed to the policeman to beet him. I ask for this misbehave but she also misbehaved with me and same directed to police man for gate out me from bank and police man followed the order of the manager.
                          It is fact and liable to inquiry that lot of new currency is changing to the people ignore the rules and law by the branch manager.
                          I request for inquiry of the the above allegations of the applicant.

                            Iam canara bank SBI Account holder. ATM card issued in last year. I used card one or two months. Afterwards I forgot my ATM PIN. MY card No[protected], valid up to 03/24. Recently I am facing some trouble to with draw the cash at bank due to heavy rush and taking too much time in que.Because high denomination notes cancelled by the Government.So Please issue New PIN, so that i have to draw the cash at ATM easily.

                                When I was working in Bangalore, I had opened an account in K.L.out branch, Bangalore[protected]. Now I have shifted to Ottapalam, Kerala and wanted to operate the account from here. I have approached the parent branch, who informed me to apply through the present branch. I applied through Ottapalam Branch in Oct. 2016 but till date the account is not got transferred here. Upon enquiry, they informed that the account is not transferred by Kalidasa Layout Branch, Bangalore, inspite of sending all the documents to them.
                                Cheque book issued to me by old branch is exhausted and I am not able to withdraw cash from the account. I have ATM card also, and by opening new account in Ottapalam, I will not be able to use my ATM card of the old account. Hence I want to transfer the account to Ottapalam, and obtain fresh cheque book. Please resolve the issue.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  My sister-in-law (Brothers wife) having account in kariyapattinam branch, branch code 1551, she deposited rs. 31000/- to her account on 13/11/2016 the amount taken by the manager in his cabin and also he asked "are you going to withdrawal any amount from your account" but she said no. The next day manager called her and ask to come to the branch to change the pay in slip for rs. 41000/- the remaining amount rs. 10000/- is given by the manager and he ask to withdraw the amount as new notes from her account so she got afraid and will not go to the branch.
                                  Ten days later when she went to the branch and check the passbook the amount is not credited to the account. When we ask manager he told the amount is already credited to your account at the same time we check the passbook entry the amount not credited. Then he told the amount will credited today but that day also not credited finally the amount credited after 20 days. Like this lot of money misused by the manger please take necessary action.

                                        The Corr.PPO(PPO.NO C/CORR/FYS/05010/2016, DATED 04.04.2016) copy has been sent to the Canara bank, Aravankadu branch. When i was temporary residing. Since i shifted along with my family to Kotagiri and i maintain a bank account wit SBI, Kotagiri branch. Thereby I request you good office to resend the original Corr PPO copy to the SBI. Kotagiri to enable me to receive all the pension benefits for the past six month. I have been mental agony. I already sent you letter as on 06.08.2016 and this is my third time request. I hope you to taken necessary action to my letter.
                                        Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
